Clicks service is non existent. Now 4 days after delivery and me advising them of the fact and being given a ref no.They do not respond to emails and on my calling their head office am told that Oscar will get back to me. Now nearly 2 weeks since order was placed and paid for and I am being made to chase them to rectify their mistakes.I am totally disgusted at their treatment of a previously loyal client.

On 6th August 2020 I purchased an item, using discovery credit card, which I returned the following day 7th August 2020. My refund has still not shown in my credit card to date...7th January 2021.
I have sent through all necessary refund slips and credit card statements, to local clicks store, who is dealing with finance department, and still have not been refunded.
Surely how much longer do I need to wait or should I see an ombudsman?

On 3rd of January I saw on my Clicks app that the Toni and Guy XXL straightner was on Special, so I went into store on Monday to purchase it, when I enquired abt the stock, I was told that it was out of stock, I immediately phoned the 2nd branch in area and got the same response that it was out of stock,oh well I left my details and was told that stock would arrive today. But I also saw numerous posts on social media that all stores that claimed to be out of stock had hidden the stock in the stock room,and after numerous customers had mad a fuss they were given the stock, why would you do that. I have been to the stores today as well and still no stock, am I supposed to be barbaric in order to purchase something that you had placed on promotion. Very dissapointed I could only post 1 picture but I have numerous photos.

On the 4th January 2020, I went to clicks in Diepkloof Square Soweto. According to the notice at the door the store opens at 8am, however the gentleman who apparently is the store manager (by the name Daniel) got there at 8:02, walked passed US and some of the employees who had been waiting outside, not even so much as an apology for being late.unlocked the door and let the employees in. They then locked the door, and only opened it at 8:08.This is totally unprofessional. I was there early cos this is where I collect my chronic medication.There are /were elderly people who use that store and go there early to avoid all the congestion that happens once the other stores open.

Sunday I went to clicks marks Park in vereeniging.
Whilst we r in d mist of fighting the pandemic.. And it being everywhere..
Therz a huge stand of sanitizer b4 u enter the store..
How could 1 miss that.
Stupid security guard was busy with other customers.. N he saw me half way in to the store to put away my parcels..
But instead of him politely asking me if I hav sanitized.. He just did as if I was at his spaza shop..
"telling me that did u sanitize or what.."
How can I enter a crowded place without taking care of my self..?
A short light in complexion security with no manner of approach..
The reason u lose customers I think u dnt involve these bastard who thinks that they own something at the store in your team building ..
They should know the values of the store and not only know them but they must represent them cos.. They r the 1st ones u bump into when entering the store.. N u should never feel lost when in store.
Pls sort ur staff out..

I went into Clicks Galleria to get my script. I had been sick and without transport for more than a month. The Indian male pharmacist refused to give me my script. When I asked to speak to someone he told me he was in charge.

Comment Clicks is becoming awfully everywhere. Especially on a phamarcy side ,they take forever to finish one order . I feel every employee should be given 2 minute per customer. Their key performance indication should be based on time of which the customer enter and evacuate premises. Even food restaurants are sticking to time. Time is money.

Complaint attached below and slip. Our goods deactivated at the door was stopped by security. Your cashier did not care at all to busy having a fat conversation with her colleague. Name Tediso Security tried to tell her just ignored him.
Not once she acknowledge us or apologize.

I am completely aggrieved with this situation. My daughter who is a student proactively tried to buy her family Christmas presents on the 2nd December - for almost R 3000. To this day, exactly a month later, she has had nothing but a run-around from Clicks. She has written several emails, phoned, and even visited the Wonderboom branch where she was supposed to have picked up her order. I will be reporting this to the National Consumer Council and make sure to publish it on social media. Seemingly Clicks did not learn enough about public justice from the Tresmme experience.

I went to your store at Bedford Centre today. I must say I was absolutely appalled at the lack of respect with regards to the global pandemic that we are all facing at the moment.
Firstly, there is no one monitoring the sanitizing of hands at the door - customers were just walking In without sanitizing their hands. Secondly, other customers and staff alike were walking around either with no masks on or with masks worn below their noses.
And the final straw for me was the teller who was serving me: she was wearing her mask below her chin, her face shield was perched on top of her head like a tiara. Is she so special that she is exempt from the virus?! She was constantly scratching her face while ringing up and touching my products and blatantly ignored me when I questioned her about her mask.
If the staff at Clicks don’t believe in the virus, please could they at least have respect for those of us that do!!
This is not acceptable, even more so considering that Clicks is a healthcare store.

On the 15th of December 2020 I placed an online order for click and collect. Generally, the waiting period is 1-3 days. I can understand there are certain delays since it is the festive period.
However, it is now the 01st of January 2021 and I am still awaiting my order. This delay is unreasonable and ridiculous.

COMPLAINT #10531 - Delivery Issues
I am terrible disappointed by the poor customer service and disregard shown to me by a Pharmacist Assistant at the Clicks Pharmacy in Vincent Park, East London. In fact, my heart is actually quite broken to think of how I could have been treated and I am ill on top of it. I had to compose myself in the car before driving home because of how I was made to feel.
Right from the moment I arrived at the counter, the pharmacist assistant did not greet, was grumpy about having to go to the aisle where the medication I required was situated (despite wanting to put the medication through my Medical Aid). She made me feel uncomfortable and did not even provide me with any instructions on when and how to take the medication that I required. I was already in pain and she fussed about not being able to find me on the system. Eventually, after working through my medical aid card, my medicine went through, placed in a bag and no further communication received. When I asked if I had to sign anything, she just shook her head.
Upon phoning the store to complain about the experience, staff members kept passing the buck, back and forth, until eventually someone put the phone down in my ear - this happened about three times.
Discovery Health imposes Clicks Pharmacy as its "preferred" service provider to its patients. I'm not sure if this is done to punish us or to further aggravate our illness by having to experience such poor customer service where one is made to feel bad about seeking medical advice and assistance. I thought healthcare providers had a calling to want to help people, people who are ill and in need of medical advice and medication. Clicks, what's going on? Is this the new norm in your customer experience department? Clicks, you should be ashamed of how your staff treat customers at the Vincent Park branch. To think of all these years how much we have been loyal to you, only to be treated so poorly by your staff.

It is sad that your brand is surviving political interference few months back but some of Clicks shop staff don't have energy to make your brand one of the best in pharmacy.
Monday 28-12-2020 I received a very bad attitude at Clicks Theku Plaza Newcastle as I was asking a lady where can I get Phipps for my newly born child and I was ignored even when I was repeating myself louder.
Its unfortunate most staff at the shop had no name tags including her so I couldn't get her name even when I asked for it.
If this brand is planning to operate with such individual it's a shame.
A guy next to her assisted me fortunately.
I dont think I'll enter that shop again.
Shop manager at that shop must address the importance of quality customer service and name tags to be put on cos no name tag disrespect the company policy itself and who we are.

Today i went to clicks kroonstad next to Checkers to buy medication for my daughter and little did i know that i was gonna be humiliated like that, to have a clicks employee looking right into my boobs and asking me if his pen was not inside there, i didnt know where to hide i felt cheap and embarrased, i mean i know my boobs are big i mean i was born like that i cant change it and im already trying to build my confidence and he just came a d put me right at the back of the line again. I felt sexually harrased by this man and i felt unsafe that if we werent inside the store maybe he was going to touch me even. I want him dealt with. I was assist by the lady calles Maki i didnt get the guys name but Maki will sure know who he is and i can also easilly point him when i get to clicks, that if i would ever set my foot there again, im scared and embarrased and im a very loyal customer from clicks i shop there every month. I need a response.

Thulamahashe clicks is doing well in observing Covid 19 regulations. However I am concerned about the security guard who inspects customer goods after purchases at the door. He takes your receipt, digs into your bag to tick the items. At that point all the covid 19 regulations which were observed in the shop become almost worthless. This inspection usually happens in predominantly black communities. I understand the issue of crime however can clicks come with a better control during these time as this person great risk.

I am a Discovery Classic comprehensive member on chronic medication. This is delivered to the Northmead Mall branch of Clicks by MedExpress. I got an sms from both Clicks and MedExpress to collect my monthly supply but when I went to collect it, at 16:00 today, Tuesday 29 December the pharmacy section was closed. No staff members at the branch could explain to me why or when the pharmacy would re-open. This is not a satisfactory situation. What's going on? I intend bringing this matter to the attention of both Discovery and MedExpress.
