I went into the store at Kagiso around 15h34. I took a slip for the purpose, but a worker there approached me and took my Counter slip (C157); and destroyed it. Gave me the one with number S158.

The first Slip was called, but becait was destroyed, I could not be served.

I am agitated by this approach. It was an inconvenience on my part

Dear Sir or Madam I am writing to complain about the rude and dismissive attitude of Michelle a Locum at the Clicks Store in Pinelands. Today I went in to buy some medication. When my number was called I mistakenly went up to her counter and she told me in an annoyed and raised voice that she didn’t call anyone - to my embarrassment she did this twice in a raised voice. As a professional myself I always try and be courteous to those around me. A simple friendly response from her would have directed me to the correct counter. This type of behaviour is off putting and next time I will rather drive to Dischem to avoid being scolded for being human.

This morning I went to Mabopane Central City Clicks pharmacy and the service there is a serious problem, the machine that people book on is definitely not user friendly since the prescription button is covered by a paper, I went to collect my prescription and I didn't know there is a problem so I pressed where the paper is covered and got my slip but I was humiliated by the pharmacist when the number was called and she turned me away in a very rude way, I left since I couldn't stand the humiliation and the other customers laughed at me, I was even supposed to make my shopping there but I ended up not doing my shopping and getting my medication because of the poor service of the pharmacist.

Last week I have bought haggies nappies with the description of shelves talk and it was tell us as customer that the product is costing R199 and with discount of 20 percentage which make us customers that we are going to save R50 but at the end they had hidden price and they have not put P.I lebel to make us aware of that .

I am very disappointed with the service I've recently experienced from Clicks courier service. Clicks sent me an email on the 29th January 2021 stating that my packages were out for delivery, nothing was delivered. I thought maybe they will deliver on Sat, still nothing. When I followed "track my order" status - it was updated that they attempted delivery twice but I was not there, which is incorrect as I work from home. today, 1st February 2021 I called their Customer Service. The Consultant assured me that my order was out for delivery, still nothing, current status says incorrect address... how is this possible.

On the 31st January 2021,I visited Malelane Clicks Store & I was carrying a plastic bag with money, few items that I bought a different store and weave(that's worth R2000). The security officer ordered me to leave my plastic bag at the entrance, he reassured me that my bag is safe with him. When I was done shopping, I left the store & forgot my parcel. I then went back the next day to request for my lost parcel, unfortunately the security that ordered me to leave my parcel behind was not on duty therefore I was referred to the manager. Firstly I noted the way she defended the security officer before I would proceed on explaining myself, she kept on telling me that she left with the officer when they knocked off, they walked together to catch a taxi & he had nothing with him. I told her that I am not pointing fingers on anyone but would like to know what the company does when they come across this situation or may I atleast see the camera, she then said that the store does not have any cameras.After a while, she telephonically called the security officer & the officer confirmed that some guys (which I do not know of) came to collect the bag, I then asked how he could hand in a plastic
bag to people in which he did not see handing him any goods? To me this tells me that people leave their goods at the entrance & they pay no attention to them. Secondly I was amazed that when the security guard telephonically called him in the beginning he said he doesn't recall any plastic bag but later was able to explain to the manager when she calls. I am really disappointed on how the manager handled the situation and how negligent the store was towards my goods. If the security officers are not there to look after our goods when we enter the shop,why are we ordered to leave them at the entrance?

Good day, on Sunday 31st January was in the taxi at Mdantsane Kuyasa mall, will 3 clicks staff members wearing Cliks uniform without wearing face masks. Passengers asked them to wear musks they refused and saying they can't do that , they are not at Clicks there they are on the taxi. Remember the three ladies are wearing Clicks uniform,working at New Clicks Kuyasa Madantsane East London,they representing Clicks the big company, but they are killing the nation . They were kids not wearing the must , they are in a risk of being killed by Clicks members.
I just feel that, this matter need to be reported.

I made a purchase at Clicks in Century city at till number 8 using my card, I received an SMS to say the purchase has been done how ever I was then told by the manager I need to re-do the purchase because the money is not showing on their side, they asked me to reverse the money on my side I then told them this is going to cost me bank charges if I reverse the money, they then told me to do a second purchase..I proceeded to do a second purchase this is when I get a second SMS to say another purchase has been done the lady at the till tells me my first purchase should reverse within 24 hours. And yet money has not been paid back to me I have the SMS to that two purchases went off from my account so I paid twice for the same items, the lady at the tills response was this usually happens how can you tell a customer that. This is so unprofessional I have been shopping for years at clicks and this has never happened you guys are thieves and if my money is not given back to me I will be taking this further.

I filled my prescription for Estrofem and Utrogestan at Kakamas Clicks on Friday morning (29/01/21) at 09:30. The pharmacist informed me that they do not have Utrogestan in stock but he ordered it and will be delivered by 10am the next morning. I drive 40km back to Kakamas the next day, only to be informed that the medication has only been dispatched that morning, but will hopefully arrive before the store closes at 15:00. By 14:00 it still has not been delivered. Today(sunday morning) I call AGAIN only to be told they don't do deliveries on Sundays. I am currently 8 weeks pregnant with a threatening miscarriage. I already suffered a miscarriage before. It is vital for me to take my medicine diligently in order to prevent another miscarriage. I have been without my medication for two days now and have no guarantee that it will be delivered by tomorrow. The courier also could not give the pharmacist at Kakamas clicks a reason for the delay. This is totally unacceptable for me and I certainly will never rely on clicks to order and deliver medication on time again. If I knew the service would be so utterly shit, I would have driven the 120km to Upington and get it from Dischem. Totally totally unacceptable.

Today I witnessed the most poor customer service whilst I was standing in the queue,a young gentlemen was being screamed at by the manager of the store which was totally unprofessional,the gentlemen was trying to explain to the manager what had occurred but the manager kept yelling at this young men which I think was uncalled for,the manager didnt even care that he was making a scene and had most of his stuff standing there while they had a meeting and some of the staff were just laughing and thought the situation was humorous,that could have been me and I bet I was going to get the same service which is unacceptable and unprofessional.

I live in Malvern, Durban. There are 2 pharmacys in my area. The clicks store/pharmacy at the Pick n Pay centre and the one at the Malvern Medicross.

Both pharmacys when you try calling them, they do not answer their phones at all. The one at the Medicross always don't have stock of medication.

On Wednesday, 27/01/2021 after seeing a doctor at the clinic I went to the pharmacy which is inside the clinic. I handed in a script the doctor had given me. There were 2 important medication they did not have. I was told they would get it the next day. The next day came and went with my not receiving any call from them. Today Friday, 29/01/2021 I tried calling them on 2 different members and no one answers the phone. I had to phone Medicross and asked 1 of the sisters to give them my phone no and to get them to call me. That was 15 minutes ago. I have completed this letter of com and they still haven't called me. This is not the first time this has happened.

Looks like I have to take my business to another pharmacy.

My issue is with Clicks Westgate Mall. I had an appointment with the clinic sister today (28.01.2021)but there was no one on site. The person at the pharmacy said they sister resigned and there is no replacement yet. I find this very unprofessional. Nobody called to say that there was no one to replace her yet or to reschedule or advise to go to another store. I wasted my time going there where as I could have made arrangements with another clicks store for an appointment.

Clicks Pharmacy Queensburgh does not answer their phone.
Patient confirms when she is waiting for meds, they let the phone ring without answering.
I have asked her to collect her meds from dischem in future and will continue advising all my patients to do the same.
I do not have time to sit the whole day on the phone when I have something urgent to discuss with the pharmacist.

I was at Rustenburg waterfall clicks today(27.01.2021) the aim was to buy some make-up and toiletries, I approached the make up section and no one paid attention to, yet there were 3 ladies in the department as they were standing in a group and minding their business (gossiping) eventually I called and one approached me with an irritated attitude, I asked her for advice on the color of the face foundation and behold, she screamed across asking the other 2 ladies which color she should give me and one of them screamed back" oooh no she is so too dark give her 360(referring to the color) I was so embarrassed and felt like too dark is ugly according to them.She didn't even try/test the color on me. My plan was to buy a full set of makeup but the customer service pushed me out and made me feel less important and ugly

I used to get my medication from Click Vergelegen Plein in Somerset West. I advised them when I collected the last script that I will no longer be on this medication and to please cancel any of the remaining script repeats I had. For the last two months Clicks has been deducting the costs from my medical aid but not once have I been notified as per their SMS alerts. I only found out when my medical aid sent me the statement. I contacted clicks spoke to Lisa, then again to Lemaar but to date still have not received any positive outcomes except "we will call you back". I would like to be refunded, please. PLEASE TAKE NOTE - I have not fetched this medication at all!!!!

Till this day, 25 Jan has my issue not been resolved. I've called customer service twice and have send numerous emails with no answers.
What kind of service does clicks offer their people?

Trying to phone Clicks Somerset Mall, as well as Vergelegen Plein on Sunday 14:00 when the stores were still open - no answer at any of the extentions for overn40 minutes. Phones are just ringing. Not very positive if you want to enquire about a R600 item.

Can this please be addressed.

I've been having issues getting into my clicks on line account for more than a month now clicks seems do be doing nothing about it , I have sent in emails , called -seems your clients are not important not even a call to apologize, numerous emails as clicks sure blocked my account , been dealing with Shamiema Bassardien who requested my Id surely clicks should,have this information from my account and club card , this is seriously annoying , to top it off someone else sends me a reply after I send in my I'd number stating that a new pin will be sent in 24hrs to reset the account , it's now 48hrs and still nothing , Also if you take a,close look at,my problem it's your online app that blocked me so resetting a pin won't help as the,issue is on your end as all other online apps are working fine , Seems the agents are no reading emails or nor does your support know how to resolve this issue , after all years of,being a clicks client I'm highly frustrated and dissatisfied

I went to to clicks on Saturday for my pre packed collections, then later when I arrived home I found that I found that 1 container was opened. I decided to count the tablets and I found that they were 25 instead of 30 then I looked who packed it, it was Mr Thabo molonyane I don't understand how can a pharmacist to this. The store I am complaining about is clicks brits cbd in the northwest. I am really not happy with the treatment I received from clicks pharmacy.
