I was at Glengarry clicks and watched your staff be so rude to a client through Clicks incompetence not the clients. I have also experienced similar problems at this clicks through their incompetence. When the manager arrived the problem for worse. I am not surprised your staff is so rude judging by the Manger at this store. A fish rots from the Head!

My sister sent back a faulty kettle at Kwamashu station clicks firstly they argue about the kettle not working whilst still under warranty bt they refused to give her back the receipt what if similar problem occurs again

I wentto Clicks Wonderboom last month to collect my prescribed medication(ARVs) I got 2 bottles instead of 3 and when I ask why ,they said they don't have anymore.Okay I went again this month it was worse I got 1 bottle instead of three,so I don't know what the cause is,can you please clarify about this,cause I'm supposed to go to the clinic by June for my next visit of which you gave me less medication,so what must I do?

Good morning
I went to change my hairdryer they too busy have conversations more than attending to customers. The managers are worse dont even greet when coming to till to assist. The lady at cosmetic section is never in her section I went there several times. Shes standing around having chit chats with friends from outside while on duty. As i entered the security saw the person not sanitizing but allowed the person to enter the shop. The only guy that was at service was the guy with a white coat on that showed us on the floor where the contact solution was.
I am using this Clicks because it's near us other than that i wont go there. Service is terrible. The bad thing is every time i go i notice something else. You are going to loose customers.

I went to get Make Up from Clicks Protea Glen Mall in SOWETO

Date : Clicks Protea Glen Mall , Protea Glen, SOWETO
Time : 16:45pm

I got to the make up section the lady was busy with another staff member I greeted them and waited for her as she said she would come
After About 2minutes waiting they were done but she doesn't come to me or call me, I approach her and ask her why isn't she calling me now that she's done ... she gave me attitude and said I was throwing an unnecessary tantrum


I reported to the the manager who listened to me for and said she had to get busy then I spoke to the assistant manager

The assistant manager said she would lodge the formal complaint on my behalf and only took my name and number

I have never been made to feel to unappreciated as a customer

I went to collect my script at Clicks Pharmacy at Princess Crossing and was served by a lady called Maude. It took her over 30 minutes to complete my script as she was running with a small boy attending to him while serving me and took forever to collect my medication. I was extremely ill as I just came from the doc. When I raised it with her. She slapped back with a comment "That is why colored people do not succeed" She also said she will not explain how to use my meds and threw it in the bag. I found that extensively and extremely rude and offensive.

She humiliated me in front of other customers and something needs to be done about her behavior.

I am a Type 1 Diabetic and due to complications now have Chronic Kidney Disease. Every month I have this battle of receiving ALL my medication bcz your staff are incompetent and unprofessional. They never send me a notification to say my medication will be delivered, the upd guy used to call me to say he is about to deliver BUT HE NO LONGER DOES THAT. My medication gets delivered in drops and drabs OR NOW NOT AT ALL. Then when I complain they simply revert back by email saying no one was home. That is an utter lie bcz there is always someone home, your delivery just doesnt get out of his car to come to you, he basically hands your medication to you from his car window. You dont sign anything and off he goes. I believe you teach your staff to be liars bcz should an investigation be done in this matter, they'll say yes they tried calling me but I did not answer but what they actually do is make a missed call so it can just show on your system that they contacted me. I want this matter rectified BCZ CLICKS DIRECT MEDICINES PHARMACY IS PLAYING WITH MY LIFE. I WILL TAKE THIS MATTER FURTHER SHOULD YOU FAIL TO SORT THIS MATTER OUT BY TODAY!

I never use Clicks pharmacy cause of the poor service and the fact that they take so long and are doing the customer such a favor by serving us. But on Monday 15 March 2021 I was at Oakfields, Benoni so I went in hoping to find better service as the store was not busy. The pharmacist, Charles Nyanhete was on his mobile chatting and laughing and completely ignored me. The pharmacist assistants also ignored me even though there were no other customers. I then walked out after waiting for awhile. I then finished doing my shopping and came back and was called by Maite Raseona - who took her time - while talking to her friends in the back and could not work out how many tablets to dispense on a TDS dose for 2 weeks. After counting on her fingers for a while she was still not gaining any ground on providing me with the required medication. I took the script back and went to a DisChem were I was professionally helped and was given some valuable advise. Moral of the story - not one Clicks store that I have been to thus far can provide a decent service even a quiet store.

I was called a thief for not paying the medication after the cashier made a error when she rang the medication At the Grove clicks. I visited your store to collect my medication and I bought other things last week Friday, on Saturday I was called and told that I didn’t pay for meds, I should come pay, the attitude and tone of voice was shocking, no investigation was done as to what had gone, but I was summoned to come and pay. When I got to the store, still no investigation was done as to what could have gone wrong, I was told I must pay the difference between what I was charged and actually amount, I mean as a consumer I had the right to say no because I paid what I was charged, apparently the cashier scanned the bar code without selecting pharmacy. But still I was not at fault and I really felt insulted being called on Saturday and told that I didn’t pay for my meds, I was made to feel like I stole the meds because according to the pharmacist I paid for other items but not the meds, how can I walk out of the store with the meds in a cage?
And was it necessary for her to tell me that there is no cameras in the store? I know clicks can do better with calibre of staff they employ at the front line, because insulting a client without doing any investigation is definitely not customer service or professional

On 2021-03-12 my daughter went to Clicks pharmacy Walmer Park Port Elizabeth to pick up her repeat script after an Sms was send that the script was ready.
The lady at the pharmacy counter was very rude towards by asking her did you received an SMS and if not you are wasting our time. She told the lady that she was sent by me and that she do not know if an SMS was sent or not. She told the lady that she was told to press the pre packed button by me so it must be ready. The lady again said you people must stop wasting our time and that my daughter is now in front of other people where she were suppose to be at the back of another que. After all her rudeness and tantrums she went and look and find the medication at the prepacked goods.
At a previous occasion my wife went to pick up medication after an SMS was received and the they refused to hand her the medication.
If this is the way you going to treat your clients from now onwards I will make use of another pharmacy after how many years.

I went to Clicks Waverley on Wednesday the 10th March 2021 to buy some vitamins. I do not often shop at this Clicks but I was in the area so decided to just go there.
Anyhow I was upset because there was confusion with the prices on the shelves. There were no prices by some of the products and I had to ask one of the packers for a price, he grabbed the item out of my hand and seemed fed up with the fact that I asked for a price. According to the law and Consumer Protection Act there must be visible prices on the shelves by the product. Come on Clicks we are the consumers that keep you guys in business so get your act together and train your staff!!!

I made a purchase for an oxygen oximeter on the 21/02/2021 for my father who had recently come out of hospital due to covid. The reason for buying this item is because it was recommended by his doctor when he was discharged since he was on still on home oxygen. When I got home I opened the item and found that the pulse oximeter was a bit loose but thought maybe it had to be that way since I've never owned one before but as days went by my older sister came home to assist with my dad and advised the item shouldn't be so loose I then decided to go back in store to report it since I had the slip and it did clarify at the back of the slip that returns and exchanges can be made within 30 days from the date of purchase I then went back to clicks in the galleria mall to make an exchange since I had kept the slip. When I got there I was told by Thabriaz who is the manager of the store that he can't exchange the product because he feels I had dropped it since I'm the first customer to complain about it bearing in mind the product still worked and in same condition I had bought it he told me there was a pin missing from it and I asked him if I had dropped it shouldn't the item stopped working completely and was advised that 7 days (of which is not mentioned in the slip) had passed so I had to deal with it since I didn't bring it back bearing in mind this was the 13th day that I was bringing the product back as per the slip warranty. I then asked what if the issue was with the back end where it was made maybe the missing pin was not put mistakely by them companies make mistakes I then asked how is the item stored in store because when I bought it no-one even checked with me present if the item worked or not before I left the store I was then told it was none of my business how they keep the product in store of which I found very rude how can you tell a customer that it was none of their business because firstly I spent my money on the item and secondly I'm being told that I mishandled the product since I did mention my father is sick and could've dropped it I have never experienced such rude behaviour from anyone especially from someone who is placed in store to be a representative of a company. I've been with clicks for a long time and the level of disrespect I experienced today was shocking now I'm stuck with a faulty product who is still under warranty and don't know what to do. Is this how clicks operate now no sympathy for their clients whatsoever who is he to shift a blame to my dad and say had dropped the product due to his illness without even considering the fact that I could've bought the item in that condition. I'm highly disappointed in the level of service I experienced from clicks galleria mall.

Good afternoon, I send this message with great upset. I bought products at your store in paarl mall, the special was R60 for the two products which I noticed I was charged R50 per product when I got home. I proceeded to go to the clicks near by me namely rembrandt mall clicks. I went with simply just my slip because I was not intending on returning the product just to recieving the R40 that was wrongfully charged to me. Your staff were arrogant and told me that I couldve picked up the slip just to get the money and I must go home and get the products! With all the driving up and down I had basically already driven out more than R40. I get back to your store and no apology was given just excuses as to why they could not help me before and I find that disgusting seeing as I was wrongfully charged. I received my R40 which served no purpose seeing as I drove so much and they could not even bother to say sorry! I am a frequent customer at click but I can now say that I am so put off of the service I received I do not even want to return. I would like to please know how this is going to be resolved.

I had the worst experience in my live today. The service at the Dispensary is absent. Only 2 pharmacists and nobody at Self medication. I got my cronic medicine from the day Clicks Brits Mall opened. However, today was the last.

Once again I have to emphasize the service was pathetic. Be assured that I will never take any prescription to Clicks Brits mall again.

I went to clicks in CBD Cape Town Strand Street and I bought medication from the Pharmacy and I was advised by the person at the till at the pharmacy that it would be R95.00 and once I paid for the item i saw that it came to R150.00 and i went back to the pharmacy and it was closed and i asked the gentleman at the till if i could give the item back at that time in the store, but then the pharmacy was closed and the gentleman at the till called the manager and she advised that i couldnt at the time because the pharmacy was closed there was nothing she could do and she advised me to bring the item back the Monday and on Monday i sent my boyfreind back to the clicks and they would not help as they advised that they cannot take the medication back as i had already left the store with it. I do understand that but i am the customer and i didnt know that was the policy and the manager that advised me of this should have told me that i could bring it back again once i leave with it. I am stilling sitting with the medication and i am very upset with the customer service as i called the store again today02/03/23021 and i spoke to a manager and he was very unhelpful and he advised me to call back on Thursday once the other manager is back as he cannot assist me. I think it is unfair to me as the customer as i dont know what clicks policies are but i trusted that the information i got from the clicks employees as they should have know what the process is. I feel it was very unfair from my part as the customer that i now have to sit with the medication that i dont want or need and i am R150.00 out of pocket and your employees are not willing to assist me.

Clicks Soneike processed a fraudulent claim on 1 March 2021 to my medical aid Nedgroup Medscheme for an amount of R239.63 in the name of Cornelia (my wife). We have no dealings with the pharmacy for the past two months as we moved our business to DisChem due to pathetic service received from Clicks. Last month Clicks Soneike also processed a similar fraudulent claim where after it was reversed. What is wrong with Clicks! Please reverse the claim and stop this fraud.

I was at clicks Bt Ngebs on Saturday,I was assisted by Yolanda or your Yonela. I didn’t get her name. The lady had the baddest attitude, I asked if I could leave my things with her while I got get my card in the car as I had forgotten my card and the car and she told me that she can’t I should leave them there,if they are back shopped she won’t stop people from back shopping. Every time I go into Clicks Mokopane, they charge items on prices not the same as on the shelves. Today again the cashier scanned an item twice. I told her that but she said I was wrong. When I checked my slip after paying, she did indeed scan it twice, thus I paid double for one item. This is ridiculous. How many people get robbed like this without knowledge. I would rather drive to Polokwane from now on and support Dischem.
