On the 3rd April 2021 I went to purchase medication from Clicks Cresta, my number was called and went to the pharmacist on duty, I asked for a bottle of mybulen and adcodol, he went to get the stuff for me and after I gave him my details while he was still packaging my items I asked if he can give me a price on the deworming for adults and children, he went to get them and came back to check the price for me and realized the mybulen was not on the counter, he asked me if I had taken the mybulen from the counter and I answered him by saying why would I take the mybulen if it wasn't packed yet, so he looked at me as though I had taken it which I said why dont you check the cameras if you think I have taken the medicine. He told me to open my handbag so he could look inside to see that I didn't take the mybulen so I opened my bag as per his request, he stuck his hand inside my bag and pulled out an open container of my used mybulen and said here it is, which I answered by saying no its not that is mine as I took it out his hand and opened the container so he could see I did not steal his mybulen like he implied.

By this time I was furious as he actually honestly thought I had stolen the mybulen, after I opened the used container he turned around and said to me, why do you need more medicine if you have some mybulen left, which I answered by saying it had nothing to do with him. I was gobsmacked that he actually accused me of stealing medicine from counter and didn't even apologize after. He handed me the basket with the medicine and I proceeded to the tills to pay in shock.

I went to the tills to pay for my goods and called the store manager to explain what had just happened and after I opened my mouth by mentioning the Pharmacy he said maam the pharmacy has their own manager so you need to go lay a complaint with their manager. At this stage I am even more cross as no one is willing to help me and I am being pushed from one side of the shop to the other. I walk with my 6 year old daughter back to the back of the store where dispensary is and waited in the long line to talk to the manager. After waiting 15 min I went to the front and asked one of the pharmacists on duty who the manager in charge was, only to be told its the gent Felix that just accused me of stealing medicine from him. He over heard me asking and came to the counter where I said to him that I am not happy that he accused me of stealing and I am going to report him to head office, and he turned around and said I didn't accuse you. So I asked him if looking in my bag was not considered accusing me of stealing and he clicked his tongue at me and walked away.

I find this absolutely disgusting and as customer that spends thousands at Clicks on a monthly basis I find this totally unacceptable to say the least. I did not and will not take this lightly and I want this resolved else I will take this further and have this placed all over social media until something is done about this gent.

This is disgusting customer service and by no means should any innocent customer be made to feel like a criminal for your staff's mistakes of not knowing where they put the medicine.

I was very disappointed this morning getting to Clicks Trade Route mall pharmacy to collect my mum's medication the pharmacy opened at 8:29. I was first in line but I was told I might not get my medication first as it will depend on the order it is packed. Firstly I was there before 8 since the store opens at 8 and was serviced after 8:30 to be told that I need to wait I mean I also need to be at work, working with customers myself I am very disappointed at the service that I received.

The 2ply toilet paper is not up to the standard that we are used to (my family). I've been purchasing this product for many years. This has been the first time that I experienced poor quality with this product. Please check the quality to avoid future issues.

Good afternoon

I have a complaint about one of the pharmacy consultant who was rude to me. I went there this mor ing to get my medication that was prescribed from hospital for me. I was waiting on the queue waiting to be called and my number was not called. I saw that on the screen it disappeared. I then went to the consultants and asked about it and she rudely dismissed me by telling me that my number hasn't been called. After 3p minutes i went back to her that is when she told me my number was called a long time ago. I told her that but i asked as i didnt hear my number been called as i came to her to check because i cpuld see it was a long time now. After a while when i went back she said the number was called already. I was in the shop for more thatn an hour and she didnt eveb apologies that she disnt check my number. That was bad customer service as i was sick with an ear problem. My lift left as i was taking too long and i needed to take my meds

Good day,

On a monthly basis I collect my medication from clicks Westgate and I used to receive SMS as well as billing email from my medical aid then I would go and collect. For the month of February I did not receive it and March as well. I have been down with flu for the past 3 weeks. Today I sent my son to collect my medication for Feb and March and he was told I have forfeited it. I normally receive my medication in advance, I collect while I still have one bottle even with my previous pharmacy. How do I forfeit my medication. What's gonna happen if I run out of my medication as I can only get my script twice a year?

I need help to understand how do I forfeit something that I pay for?

I called the call centre and my call was transferred to Westgate however it rang unanswered.

Due to flu symptoms I'm in no position to go to the store myself hence I sent my son.

Good morning
So today i went to clicks store in Pretoria cbd(cnr struben and van der walt street) the security there insisted that i should leave my bag and plastic behind, at the door. I refused and told me he will search my bag when im done shopping. When i was going outside he wanted to search my bag then i asked him that since when clicks search customers bag when they leave their store, he said is the new rule. I told him that i was at clicks store at waverley yesterday and they didn't ask me all that crazy staff he was. He then said i should go to the other clicks since im complaining.

I feel so offended. Asking myself that why that particular store differs with other clicks store rules. That security guard was so rude and he must be trained to work with people.
I was in hurry since is easter holidays, unfortunately i couldn't take any picture.

Nurses are abusing the clinic appointment system and refuse to take walk in customers even if they are few. I arrived at clinic at 14h45. Doors was closed no patients. The nurse opened the clinic door at 15h10. I asked her for assistance and she said she cannot assist she has an appointment at 15h15 and she needs 30min per patient. Absolute disgusting service for people who are supposed to be more patient centric. This precisely why you will lag behind Dischem. Service is terrible.

I called the customer service wanting help and the person who assisted me was not willing to help when i told her that the option she was giving me had proved to not work she was aversive and refusing to assist any further. I left very depressed after the call of almost 10 minutes. I feel that she could have at least passed the call to someone who can help. As i told her the solution she was giving did not help and up to now i am still unable to check out from my profile

I'm nonkululeko ngozo I was working at clicks at bergbron Gordon road, started working the 2019.so I'm asthmatic,so at the shop we were 3 until the other one got promoted,and the other one was doing learner basic,so I was supposed to open and close the shop,and I was working from 7:15-6:30pm.so I did complain about my working hours to my area manager (aisher)but still she won't even bother her self of coming just to hear what I want to raise...until I decided to resign,and I still want to work but my problem was the manager(THATO)

I ordered something online for collection at the Humewood branch of clicks in PE and not only did it take 9 days to be delivered and I had to call and ask if it was there when I was at the cashier three of them started arguing as to who was going to collect my parcel from the back. Then while I waited about 20 minutes a tiny mouse ran across the floor and the cashiers started screaming and jumping around. I live in Humewood but I will rather drive a bit further and go to another store from now on

Good day, today 27th March about 16:20/30 I was at the store with my two sons which we usually frequented. I went to go purchase a medical oinment for my eldest son,13 years old. Myself and my 9 year old son was in the line to go pay the medicine and 2 small sachets of 2's panados I wanted to purchase and m6 eldest son was going to the front to wait for us. She we enter entered clicks my shoprite grocery bag was cellotaped by the security gaurd a woman and she also saw my sons back pack blue on his back and allowed us to enter. After paying my items at the cashier I walked to the door with my younger son to meet up with the eldest and another security store guard told me very seriously that we must follow her to a back room. I asked "why?" But she gave no reason and was just adamant that we must just follow her. She insulted me with remarks like what am I scared of. I was never ever so emembarrased in my life. My sons and myself are law abiding citizens and I come from police back ground. My sons told me she accused him that he shoplifted and said the door alarm went off but he said no alarm went off and I also heard nothing as I was right close to the door. She also demanded me to open my shoprite bag and I told her but the bag was sealed by your security guard. Even the store manager was rude and made taunts like keep your mouth and open the bag and what are you scared of!. Then she the manager commanded the store security guard to frisk me, my 13 year old and 9 year old who was traumatised already. I said what why would you want to do that for? She the security guard lady went ahead and start frisking me all over.I told her I know my rights and my children's rights on which both of them told me, what rights?! What is your rights. I will never ever be able to outlive this embarrassing moment and traumatising experience for my kids!!! How dare they treat loyal, respectful and honest customers like this! The security store gayrd is As and a and the manager I think is sikonda. I cannot see myself leaving this matter here. I live like 10 minutes away from this mall and do all my shopping there basicly daily and frequently purchase my medication and sundries at clicks for almost over 20 years and I have never ever!!!in my entire life experience this. I know they ere wrong bit what will clicks head office do about such a matter!? Igonore it or deal with it. I'm not saying they mustn't do there work but this was totally uncall for! I need answers. Why were we treated so poorly and on top of it they gave my 9 year old an experience to be frisked!!! No no no I want this matter to be dealt with asap

Was in your Carletonville branch a week ago bought toiletries as usual, to my suprise my club card wouldnt swipe the embarresment infrontof tge other shoppers, the assistant tried to be helpfull but with no avail as your customer services did not answer their phone i am a very old customer at clicjs and would like to know why my card was blocked by HEAD OFFICE !!

August 2020 i bought iron at Clicks, which it has problem allready, i took it back on February the 6th with a proof of puchase, the consultant who assit me at Adderly Street was very helpfull he ask the Clicks card and i give him. Now on the 26th of March same iron got a same problem i took it back, both stores that i nomarlly went to did not have the brand, they check Picbel Parkade Clicks they have it and they told them im coming. At the store i give them slips from the day i bougth the iron and the exchange slip, the coloured guy who assist me told i wont be able to get it because the clicks card number are different. After a long time he was busy on the phone i ask him, how long are you going to take? hes answer was you must wait. For me it was like even if he took a day im the one who need assistance, i left the iron, i give him my number to call me when hes done he didnt do that.

I feel so humilated, yes... im black but im not cheap i will never steal, its my money, Lastly on your exchange rule tell us not to use diffent cards and to bring ID as those were documets he ask me, and about iron you may have it for good im tired of taking the same thing back at Clicks.

I got a hairdryer for a gift from someone working at the store which is a close friend to me.the problem I have when I use the hairdryer I cant even blow my hair because the moment I switch it on not even two seconds then it switch of never in my life have I experienced that with a safeway hairdryer.i dont want the money back just another hairdryer which I can actually use.

I bought me a toni&guy straightener at clicks in Promenade Liberty Mall on the 27 October 2018 , I used the straightener for about 1-2years .I started having problems with the plate that shows the straightener's degrees ,the degrees were not showing at all .I went to clicks and when I got there the degrees were showing on the plate , I explained to them that perhaps the straightener is faulty but they said they can't assist me with exchanging my straightener ,I had to keep it . A year later I had issues with the straightener again.the heat of the straightener was not consistent, it would be hot but the temperature would drop without showing on the plate , I explained to the manager and assistant but they refused to exchange the straightener, I kept explaining to them that it was my second time and they refusing me again . The sales assistant said to me that I cannot buy my appliances at clicks and use it for my home-based business , I explained to her and the manager that it was not a business that I had but I had a regular that would come an do her hair by me , she kept saying that "her appliances is not used for business so she will not help me" i asked her why is it that I have a 5 year guarantee when I can't use my guarantee, I told her that if it is my second time coming to exchange then it should mean that the straightener is faulty , the sales assistant and the store manager plugged the flat iron in for about 3 minutes and said there is nothing wrong with the heat of the flat iron , when I explained to them that its a short period of time and the heat wouldn't show immediately they said they cannot assist me. I'm at my wits end and really feel like this is poor customer and business service.

I was unfairly treated by Seshego circle centre in Limpopo. I wanted to exchange baby diapers without slip. Ms Kganyago and Mr Chabalala told me that they won't exchange them because I didn't buy them from their branch.
They were sharing it among other staff members that they told me the hell to get off.
I went out sobbing inside my mask because I lost my daughter who left a 7 months child ( owner of diapers) on this month 2020. The kid is now 1yr 9 months.
The two are to give us good service not to rub salt in our open wounds.

On Saturday 20/03/21 @ 15:35 I return a hairstraigther @ Clicks Zevenwacht.I received a refund of R359. I went straight to Pep home Zevenwacht.At the till @ 15:50 the cashier inform me that she cannot accept my money as it was fake.I went back to clicks as this is where i received the note.The person that gave me the money took the counterfeit note.She said she is going to report it to her manager.She gave me a new R200 note.After I spoke to my husband about the whole ordeal we return to clicks to see the note.That was about 45min later.The person told us that she already bank it.The training manager took my details and did not border to make any contact.On 23 March we return to the store to enquire whether they retrieved the counterfeit note.The training manager said he is still awaiting on Standard bank.On the 23 March I went to Kuils River police station to open a fraud case.My case was registered with saps.

My sister and I visited Clicks Uitenhage on 22/03/2021. While waiting in the que to be helped, a gentleman standing in front of my sister suddenly collapsed to the floor. My sister and I are both Registered Nurses and ready to assist in any emergency situation. The 2 pharmacists on duty didn't come to help. The one came from behind the counter to pick up the items that fell from the shelves as the poor man fell to the ground. After picking up the items,the pharmacist went back and continued about his business. I asked them whether they had a first aid kit in the store so that we could check the gentleman's blood pressure and sugar levels but they had none. Seriously! For such a big store and a pharmacy on top of that not to have a first aid kit is incomprehensible.We asked for the ambulance to be called,which they did. It was time for us to leave but at the time the ambulance haven't arrived yet. I hope that poor man was taken to hospital and given the necessary care. Clicks Uitenhage should be ashamed of themselves. If not for my sister, springing into action when she did, this could have had a far worse ending.
