I dealt with a lady on clicks customer service with no ending but we apologize! My reciept said I had cash back to the value of R2080.00 clearly stated and they she tells me a printing error. In any given shop what you see is what you get its in black and white I fully understand you got to spend a ridiculous amount of money to get those points buts that's besides the point you don't say we apologize to a printing error.

I visited clicks Rivonia village in Johannesburg today and i have never experienced such a disgrace and humiliation infront of other clients. I was assisted by a woman called Kenga OPB, i wanted a prescription that is already captured on the system and sinucon that u was taking with my savungs on the medical aid. The woman told me that nothing will be covered by my medical aid and i will pay cash for everything, i asked her why?? While i have medical savings and my prescription is automatucally covered by the medical aid itself. She couldn't answer me why, i asked what could be the problem as i have never heard of such and never encountered a problem like that. It was clear that she was lying to me, she was just suppose to tell me that she doesn't know she is still learning so that i understand. She lied straight to my face saying the system was not working and it chose for me to pay cash. I only hope she did the write thing because i didnt even sign or see what she charged me from. Im very dissapointed at clicks rivonia pharmacy really, because i work wirh people and in our workplaces we learn everyday and when we dont know we enquire with ones with knowledge. That woman made me look like a fool that i came to clicks taking chances with my medical aid, of which i know very well what is happening. Im very much pissed. I didnt sign for what i took from the pharmacy and she didnt even know that i need to sign. I hate incompetence with all my heart as i always try to be patient but i will never accept lies. I always capture my prescription with clicks and 1st time i experience this nonesense

I would like to say I appreciate the excellent service I received from the pharmacist Gina Le Roux at Humewood pharmacy. I came there very emotional and anxious with the problem I needed advice and meds for.
She was very helpful and her advices and being able to calm me down and off course the kind of meds she gave me has made a huge difference to me. I am very grateful to her, she is a very selfless person because I took a lot of her time but she was very patient with me, I was really a mess and wouldn't be able to drive home with a calm mind if it were not for her.
Thank you so very much Gina, will never forger you :-)

Good Day,
I hereby wish to lodge an official complaint regard the above store.
I have just returned to the office after having stood in the prescription/OTC medication queue for 10 mins.
Only one pharmacist working on her computer and ignoring the already 5 people in the queue. We wait, we here some talking at the back but nobody came out.
I eventually gave and complained to the supposed store manager.
This has happened on many occasions already so sorry Clicks you have just lost another customer.

Good Afternoon..I watched clicks employees for the last past few months they worked very hard,they were dadicated to their work.All those months they were not given a warning,verbal warning or a final warning.they even won the badge which was The Employee Of The Month.By making one mistake which was under-ringing customer products they were forced to resign without being given a warning,Verbal warning or a final warning which they were supposed to be given.they resigned because they were told that they have to resign coz they won't stand a chance to win the case,and that their names will be destroyed and that they won't be able to work in retail stores anymore.all I would like to say is that Clicks should reverse that kind of rule because many of them have resigned because of your stupid rule.Assitant Managers are given a second chances even though they did not lock the store.if you can't give SAC a second chance to fix their mistake why would you give it to a person who risked with Clicks Stock by not locking up the the store.as for example many of them have resigned because of a rule that says an SAC can't make a mistake of not ringing a customers products.As i write this is that I am not happy with the way they treat our youth as if they don't make such mistakes.WARNINGS SHOULD BE USED don't just fire people.ALL THOSE WHO WERE NOT GIVEN WARNINGS SHOULD BE TAKEN BACK TO THEIR JOBS.

Good day. I was in the que at the clicks in the Shallcross Ridge mall this morning. There was 1 teller and the que extended to approximately 25 shoppers waiting to pay for their items. The manager, named Dilon, sat on his chair in his office while the shoppers were becoming visibly irritated. And justly so. Eventually a shopper yelled at the cashier who was servicing people not following the que. Another gentleman in the que requested for the manager to do something about the poor service. The manager announced for cashiers to return to their till points. 5 minutes passed by and still 1 cashier attending to the same person who was not in the que. The gentleman thereafter asked the manager how he planned to solve this issue as the que was exceedingly long and many shoppers left their supplies and left the store without buying. I watched this entire episode unfold. The gentleman had a right to request the manager to get the cashiers to their till points asap. But what saddened me was the unacceptable way the manager behaved. He was rude and was becoming very aggressive too. He told the gentleman to not tell him how to do his job as he is the manager. The gentleman was calm and polite. Whilst the manager continued to raise his voice... This time at all shoppers in the que, Many dropped their supplies and left the store. Human relations is extremely important especially when working with people. This manager needs some serious training as I will definitely not return to a store where the manager behaves in such an uncouth way. Unfortunately I was so horrified at the rude behavior of the manager I did not record his rant neither did I make a video. I left my trolley full of stuff stood aside and watched disgusted at this manager named Dilon.

I have a subscription for meds at the pharmacy. When I phoned so I can collect the new months medication. Just to tell me sorry it is not in stock, then they phoned the other clicks in town to hear if they have in stock, which is good because the did. But when I phoned them the person answering the phone was rude and refused to put me through to tha pharmacy, then the excuse is we can not transfer. Eventually when I am at the pharmacy, lady working there is rude, gave her my details but still could not find anything. But accoriding to the other Clicks everyone is linked so i should not be a problem.
So when I got mad and said how this is possible since you should be linked then she did get me on the system. Everyone that I spoke to was rude and hat no telephone manners. The last lady even sounds like she is not in the mood to help.
I suggest you hire people that know how the systems work and know how to use transfer on a phone.

For the past 7 months I've spend alot at Click. My card got lost and the store reopend a new card for me. Evertime I get to the store and enquire the cash back or points in my card they just tell that there is nothing on the card, so they called Clicks customer service. The lady assisted me at customer service said she resolved the issue regards regards the cash back / points and that it will reflect on my card and instore after 1 week. 2 Weeks after spoken to customer service I when to a clicks store just to get disappointed again and ti hear again " No, ma'am, the is no cash back / points on your card"

I've downloaded the app and then the app told me to spend anothe R250 before I qualified to receive cash back/ points

I did a complaint through HELLO PETER aswell with NO RESOND, and this confirms how serious customers been taken and been VALUED.

I'm am super disappointed, and will rather support another retailer store that I know I get value and service for my money

I was at clicks greenacres today.looking for mouldin gel wax.in the shelf it was R59.99 but when i arrive on tills it was scanning R70.99.i did tell elana that the price is different from shelf.the attitude that she gave me it was a big no no.her service was very poor i even went back to took the ticketing on the shelf while she was just standing.and when i came back she told me that what i did was wrong to take the ticket out of the shelf.but i ask her what was i suppose to do because she wasnt doing nothing but standing.hopefully you guys can give her more training. Because what i know is that customer pays for the price she sees on the shelf.im not happy at all

On Saturday I went to my nearest clicks at Letlhabile Brits. I went to the pharmacy to purchase an allergy cream. I mistakenly chose collection of medication instead of self medication. I didn't even notice it until one of the assistant pharmacist "Lesego Selone" rudely said to me I should go back to the machine and select self medication. Bare in mind she meant that I should start a line and wait another long queue. I was so frustrated, I was asking myself that if that's how she treated me, what about the elderly people who shop around the mall. We live in an area that is not developed, there are people who doesn't even know how to operate those machines. Anyways I went straight to the store manager, he said he's not responsible for the pharmacy department. I was shocked and disappointed I couldn't get any help. My rights as a consumer were violated. This is not the first time I file a complaint against Lesego,one the first incident the clicks' manager phoned and told me he's not responsible for the pharmacy department and Lesego only comes on a rotational schedule. However the manager then apologized for her behavior. I figured that since this lady's bad customer service is not given any reprimands, she continues with her bad service that offends customers. To think that I am a regular customer at clicks and I get to experience this, it doesn't make me feel valued. I am not happy at all. I hope this will be the last time I'm complaining about Lesego Seloane, her seniors should call her into order.

Clicks pharmacy in Zeerust has the worst services.. like prthatic..i am disappointed in the waiting time a clicks ,the ticket number say 40 minutes like really..who waits estimated time if 40 minutes just to purchase medication. I have been to so many clicks and i have never come accross such .. what makes me angry is that i am waiting on the queue for more than the estimated time of 40 minutes. The queue is so long that it starts from outside the door and takes forever to mov. By the time you are inside,it gets even worse as store is soo cramped and you still need to queue and wait..like honestly you guys need to wake up and get a bigger space and more staff for your clicks pharmacy and also customer training for your staff. What makes me annoyed is that i told the white old lady i think she is a pharmacist's. She said " what can we do we working arent we" like hello ? You can tell that there is a lack of customer care skills . Even the tellers at the pay tills are better and friendlier. The pharmacist lady could see and here that i am with a child ,a sick child and need to get medication but nobody cared even the manager to atleast help me so we can go ,cause of the child..

I've just experienced the worse service ever and cannot believe how Clicks staff can humiliate and embarrass their customers like this. I went to clicks to find out about foundation and a primer that I wanted to buy. The cosmetic lady is so unprofessional I end up helping myself. I walked out the shop and went back inside to have another look at the primers when the cosmetic lady just stood there talking to her colleagues in a loud voice saying " this is how shoplifters looks like". The next moment there's staff members all around me basically accusing me of wanting to steal! I've just ignored the situation of which I should have made a scene and should have demaned to talk to the manager. I bought my stuff and walked out. I feel, as a regular Clicks customer, that they should be educated and have respect for other and their duties. If customers want to know more about a product it doesn't mean they want to suddenly steal it because Clicks employees does not know how or does not feel the need to do their job. I'm in the Beauty Industry and for me I always take my time and don't rush when it comes to cosmetics. I'm really upset and will probably never go thier again thanks to Click staff. On how this went down they crush you spiritually and emotionally. This is unacceptable and and should be delt with as this is not the standard of the Clicks brand.

I went to the store in a rush knowing that suppositories are kept on the isles. I asked the staff to show me where they were. First staff member asked someone at the tills to help find but she told him she's busy and he must ask someone else. Then the next person told him the suppositories are at the pharmacy-self medication. I then got my ticket and waited. After waiting my turn, the pharmacist showed me where they were in the isle. I waited for nothing. No one even apologized

I bought a Smartlife waterjug in about Oct last year. Since November I have been searching for the replacement filter. I have been to 3 different Clicks branches near me several times, i have tried on line several times and i come up empty handed EVERY time. This is not acceptable - if you are going to sell a product that requires a supporting product that product must be available. My friend who told me about the jug has had the same complaint. Not good enough Clicks. I look forward to your speedy revert.

I was at clicks Eastgate yesterday, the Maybelline consultant was chatting to a friend and I was told I would be helped later, then proceeded to tell me she doesn’t have foundation testers so I can’t be assisted. She was extremely rude and her colleague. I refuse to shop at clicks anymore and will buy my cosmetics from woolies where their friendly and helpful staff sold me a foundation without testers, because they actually wanted to help. I am disgusted and left your store feeling rather disappointed. In these difficult times you think service and sales would be their top priority.
