I went to clicks maponya printed out a receipt at 15:00, I was advised that my script was not yet loaded by fourways mall. The script was sent to maponya mall at 15:37. The script was received at 15:37 and one of the pharmacists printed the script and handed it to a colleague who was at the time busy, I asked why could she not help me as the initial pharmacist was busy and she refused saying Kabelo will help me and I should wait for her until she is free. That pharmacist than proceeded to help other clients who came in after me. Kindly see attachment for when payment was made which was now 16:11 after the service at the pharmacy. What is the point of the numbering system if it will not be used. I reported the matter to the manager as I had been waiting for over an hour and was advised that the pharmacist in question was a trainee. I than asked how is it she came help other clients but not me? The manager advise that the best she can do is have the pharmacist/trainee apologize. Kindly investigate the matter as this is not the first incident I have experienced at clicks maponya mall. The service at maponya mall clicks given to black people by black people is questionable and needs to be looked into.

I went to a clicks at fedsure building where I was told by a nurse that clicks does not do a covid 19 test,I'm so disappointed as I displayed all the symptoms and needed a test done quickly. I have seen on line that clicks does the test can I please get a response to the matter

I visited Clicks on 10 May 2021 just so after 12 noon. Took my self medicating slip and waited my turn.

My ticket number was called and this young lady can't remember her name but she is young Indian or Muslim lady.

I asked her for medication and vitamins, she just told me go down the isle and see if there's any. Ok I went and found and than I asked her if I can get something if you fluish and she asked me you sure it's not Covid.

I don't think I'll be visiting Rylands pharmacy any time soon.

Hi. My husband Johan had a heart bypass surgery and collects his monthly prescription medication from clicks pharmacy in winkelspruit. A few days ago he went in to fetch it and as usual it was all sealed in a bag. A day later when he opened the bag he discovered that one of the main medication ( plagrol) was not packed. He went to the store and was told that it was packed. He then had to buy another bottle and pay cash. I'm very confused. I know one should check their medication but he obviously trusts that all is 100% or they( clicks) would have told him if they didn't have stock. My question, What happened to that bottle of medication??? Would it not reflect as one extra on the system or did it just vanish? Trust is very important when it comes to medication and pharmacy.
I would like some feedback please. Thanks

I went to clicks to get my baby a medication as proscribed by my doctor they didn't have what I wanted instance they gave me something which my daughter reacted to it I only found out when I took back my child to hospital that I was given a wrong medication as then I went back to clicks in kyalami corner I wasn't helped at all

I bought a Tony&Guy straightener. The straightener is not working like it use to. I normally make copies of all my electrical slips because after some time it fade away and nothing is visible on it. I sent my brother today as I am working and cant do it myself. For one of the staff, not sure if it was the manager to turn him away with the copy and not even give him a change to explain. I also work in retail and I know the ink on slips dont last that long, that's why I prefer making copies. If they had a look at the straightener they would have seen it's in a good condition. I dont want my money back all I want was another one. Really I spent so much there because your specials is very good, but if this is the case I rather the shop somewhere else. If it was a reprint it would have been something else, but it is the same slip, just a copy of it.

Just tell me what to do, because if you dont to return and want to loose a customer just let me know.

While rushing to make it on time for closing time, the security closed the door @ 5:25. Yes it may seem unnecessary to complain about, but most of the workers was standing around. They suppose to close the doors at 5:30 as stated on the door.
We always support clicks in fact we buy all our toiletries at clicks every month, this is what makes it so upsetting.

I purchased products which were delivered last Thursday the 29th April. The items were damaged, I called in to lay a complaint. Bonile Mafuya called back, after a discussion, he advised that the courier company will collect the damaged items and the products will be re delivered. I have since not been contacted nor assisted. Urgent assistance will be highly appreciated.

I simply asked him about a certain medication and he answered me inappropriate manner and i was certainly not treated as a customer which is unacceptable.

Last week I received a R500 Clicks digital voucher. Upon going to pay for my items at the till the deputy/assistant manager immediately told me they "don't take vouchers" (whilst standing in front of a large poster advertising your digital vouchers, by the way) and just walked away.
I asked her how she comes to this conclusion without even offering a solution or further way to help. I have had trouble with her on previous occasions, as well as find that the majority of staff in that store are uncaring and unmotivated.
Anyway, I had to ask for the manager as well as tell the assistant manager to at least scan or confirm the voucher number to show I'm not scamming them and this is a legitimate voucher.
Eventually the manager of the store came to assist, begrudgingly and called Head Office whilst I did the same. Whilst I was still on the phone to someone to help me confirm this voucher, they carried on with the payment and handed me my products with no further word. I have seen bad service from this store on 3 other occasions and always leave it but not this time. There needs to be a serious staff change because the current employees there make it a terrible experience. Lazy to stock shelves or amend pricing, shitty customer and management service all round. I would also like to point out that when I took the photo below the manager told me I'm not allowed to take photos.FYI the lady in the photo is the assistant manager never willing to help or go extra mile.

Very disappointed to be informed by Beverly from Clicks on the Bluff in Durban that the Babyliss hot air brush has been discontinued in spite of it being on their shelf.
I needed to buy cartridges for mine and they had none in stock.
Please help in this regard...as i am sitting with a useless purchase which i have owned for years.Had no problem in the past acquiring gas cartridges.

I have utilized clicks online service 4 times, 3 of which i received damaged items. Each time i called in, i was asked to take the item to the nearest clicks store for assistance. If i wanted to go to a clicks store, i would not have bought online!. The latest purchased was delivered today, and once again, the items purchased where damaged. I called customer service and was told someone from the online team would contact me. I was contacted by Bunelwa, who advised that i can go to a store, when i explained my frustrations with receiving damaged items repetitively, i was told he would add R75 cashback to my clicks card, I advised this was not acceptable and i want the items collected and to have the appropriate undamaged items to be delivered. He advised someone would contact me today regarding collection. I still have not been contacted. This is extremely frustrating.

I was in a line for like more then 5 minutes waiting for my number to be called I got a ticket to fetch my child prescription when they called my number I got to the till they said they had called my number 3 times and so she has to help someone else.... So I say no it's fine.she can help someone else then when it got to my turn then she said I took the wrong ticket for prescription and that I have to go back in the long line refusing to help me... Normally when I go to clicks I take a ticket for fetching my child prescription the staff is absolutely rude no way of talking to a customer.... I am so disappointed in greenacres pharmacy clicks

I went to clicks mafikeng mall on the 15th of april 2021 for my chronic medication, pharmacist explained to me that i must go to my medical aid & change as i relocated to mafikeng, i did that and changed from klerksdorp to clicks mafikeng mall. i went to clicks mafikeng mall on the 19th i was assisted by L Motlhale i explained to her that i relocated to mafikeng & she called clicks klerksdorp asked them to cancel my collection as i relocated to mafikeng. On the 26th april i went to clicks mafikeng mall again and assisted by L Motlhale i explained to her again she spoke to me with an attitude that she can't keep on calling clicks for me i must buy airtime & speak to them my self, i only got 1 item instead of 2 now i went to a workshop for a week without medication please upgrade your system so that when there are changes made for a customer everyone(pharmacist) will be able to see.

In the beginning of April I received a sms from clicks pharmacy telling me I must fetch my prescription. Today I went there just now to get it and the black lady working at the pharmacy refused to give it to me telling me I must come back on the 30th of April. It is a six months prescription that is already booked in your system from March. This is not my first prescription I get from clicks. But this is the 1st time that they refuse to give it to me. If this is the way she treats people then I will never give a prescription in there again. I want my prescription removed there and I will rather make use of dis-chem. Never ever did I had this problem before. It is at sasolburg clicks pharmacy at mall. The old branch.

Good day i went to clicks Limpopo mall Polokwane looking for something and I did not find the thing I was looking, when I got out there is a security at the door asked me to open my bag so dat she can search I did that, she searched, she find a nevia hand lotion she grap it and rudely said I need a receipt for this, I was so shocked they she spoke to me,I said to her wat receipt couz that thing I never bought it and i entered with that, and u can even see dat is been used for days,she said I must stand aside she called the pregnant lady who worked there who was not wearing name batch,she said where did I get that without even greeting me, I never answered couz she was also rude, she called the manager who was not had a name batch still,, she took my hand lotion said she is going to check on da computer at the back how many items she has, she came back and "said the computer says i have 4 and is 4 on the floor so my stock is balancing but still I don't want to take this far"! I was like wat u saying? She said fine you can leave,she even discussed my issue with other customers in front of me saying even at shoprite you must show wat you have in your bag before you enter,I waited there for about 20min like a thief!! Am not happy there way they acted especially the security lady she was so full of herself,and why can't they have the cameras so that they can always run to.. If they suspect things Rather than making you wait like a thief while everyone is watching you/ or before we enter the door why can't they search us or ask if don't have any items dat they are selling! So dat we can remember or think of wat we are having in our bags,, we can't always remember wat we have in our bags especially small things like lipstick and lotin or tablets.. Is this product only at clicks? Because I did not bought it at clicks! If it was a clicks brand I was gonna maybe understand. I went to pick n pay afterwards they have security at the door just like clicks and they do also sell that product I went out peaceful,, My day was so ruined so dat I never see myself in dat store again!!

For the past two days, I have been trying to do online payment from both the app and website. the clicks online are not user-friendly it kept on kicking out auto-selection wrong item quantity even after reaching the payment page and approving the purchases from my bank still there is no confirmation of concluded order, I kept on repeating steps. please improve your online platform is not user-friendly.

I was today(23 April 2021) by the Clicks Pharmacy in Vryheid KZN.I get my medicine for years by Clicks,I was always treated in a very professional way,untill today that I was helped by Joanne Naicker.
The maschine issuing the waiting number's was out of order(with no notice on the maschine).We were alot of people in the queue.Then I asked a clicks assistants passing me to please put a notice on,so that everybody know they have to queue.She got a A4 blank white paper,put it on the screne of the maschine without any (prestik) and nothing written on it!
With a very bad attitude.
We wait for a very long time before we were helped,and it seems to me there was a problem with the people behind the counter(Pharmasist, Locums,or Assistants Pharmasist).

There was one lady trying to assist everybody, I think her name is Dalene,while the others was doing other things.Then a other lady eventually called me(Joanne Naicker).
I greet her and gave her my clicks card so that I can get my medicine(chronic).I ask her why are we waiting so long, where is the people that should assist us and why isn't a "out of order" sign on the maschine issuing the waiting numbers.She was very rude to me in ansering my questions.She said to me that I don,t know what is going on behind the counter and I should not talk to her like that.She eventually asked me three times what medicine I want,after I told her the first time when she asked me.She was so "cheeky",I could not believe how she was talking to me infront of the rest of the puplic that was in Clicks at that time.I am staying for about 40 years in Vryheid and alot of people know me.
I felt very embarrassed.

There was a black lady helping there,I think she is incompetent for her job,she was serving one client for the whole time that I was standing in the queue.
I was working with the public for 23 years,I never treated my clients in this manner.
When I ask (Joanne Naicker"her name and told her that I am going to report her, she said to me:"You can do that"

I think there is a lack of good management at the pharmacy.

I will appreciate it if you will assist me in this matter.
