A really bad experience by Nurse Erika from Clicks in Mossel bay Mall (Heiderand). About 3 weeks ago I made an appointment to have my baby vaccinated at 11am today, February 25th. Got there and her door was closed and waited half an hour before she came outside only to ask me if we were waiting for her. I said yes and that we had an appointment at 11 and she said my child's name to which I replied with "yes". She said that our appointment was at 10:30 and I replied with a shocked "no". She just shrugged her shoulders and did something weird with her eyes and walked into her consultation room and locked the door. I had a note with the time and day and I pushed the note under her door since it was locked and left. I spoke to the manager but she wasn't much help as I needed to go.
It was quite a task to entertain my busy 17 month old in a public environment where the Covid 19 virus can be anywhere. I've put my child's health in danger and wasted time. I've travel all the way from Vleesbaai for nothing.
Really unprofessional !

Poor service at cosmetic department, whilst making equiries about product. Your employee was more interested in her conversation with her colleague then in assisting me. It caused me to leave the store and do my purchases elsewhere. I must now strongly consider whether I would do business with this store. Clicks Secunda Mall.

On 20 Feb 20 at approximately 13:20, I bought a number of articles from your store, Shop 20 Eldo Square Shopping Centre, Willem Botha Street, Eldo Glen, Pretoria. Upon checking my receipt at home I discovered that I was charged twice for 1xmascara (essence) to the value of R63.95. This was not the first incident of the sort. And as I do not reside in the vicinity its not just a matter of quickly getting back there to complain.

Hi.

I'm filing a complaint regarding the treatment I got from Clicks on the 12 Feb 2021 on around 11h00. I'm 7 months pregnant.I was looking for perfumes and earrings. I then approached the door greeting my friend that was passing by the door beeper beeped.The security that was on duty then accused me of stealing their goods. She then took me to their store room to search me. She found nothing in my bag and plastic bag I held. The manager that was there his name is Victor. He didn't even have sympathy. They held me from 11:30 to 17:45. That was 7hours. They called the police but the police said there was no proof as they looked at the CCTVS. The police said there was no case they won't file anything because there is ko proof. They kept on interrogating me to pay double the price of the goods I was holding on my hand. Then the security bribed me saying I should give her money she will pretend as if nothing happened. She works at Fedelity. My father then came to pay for the goods they said I should pay double the price which is R500 and the price of the goods was R240. They didn't the the goods. They didn't want to give us the slip aswell. My father had to fight for it.

Kindly note that due to your staff at the Valley Centre branch in Craighall, Johannesburg, my whole family will no longer be using the Clicks pharmacy group for my monthly meds, nor will we be purchasing any other items from any Clicks stores in the future.

Floor staff are all wearing their lovely "Clicks" masks below their noses.


The Pharmacy's inability to consistently send text messages when meds are ready, their apathy, etc. etc. etc. have now become intolerable.

It is almost impossible to get a Pharmacist on the phone, hold on forever and then get disconnected. Wait for ever for the phones to be answered, I could go on and on .........

Suggest that you address the issues at this branch.

I'm a regular at clicks Dainfern in fourways JHB. My sister and I went there to look for pregnant women shakes e.g Mom to be brand. While we werein the baby section and moving from ile to ile the security guy named Morris that was on duty (14 Feb 2021) kept on following us. We eventually asked if he thinks we would steal and he told us straight to our face that yes that's what he thinks. He then told us he will follow us until we get out of the shop. I am utterly disgusted by the treatment he gave us because we felt uncomfortable and he was extremely proud to tell us that we look like we would steal! We ended up leaving everything we wanyed to buy and went to Dischem to buy the necessary. I do not think I'll ever buy from Clicks again! Afetr the horrible treatment form Morris.

On this day 15 -02-2021 I went to clicks Thavhani mall I met this guy called Farisani, I was looking for euculiptus oil.And I checked the whole store and also ask others and it was not there.I gave him my contact personally and said that he will call me when they are done offloading stock and he called me around 15:35 personally by his personal numbers and he told me that the oil I was looking for is back then I went there and bought it.

He promote his club card and I wasn't having clicks club card at all . I also asked him to create one for me but at the store they were all finished then again he helped me to go online at clicks website then we registered it there with him and download clicks app at the same time and now I have my own club card on my phone so it will not be difficult for me to check my club card offers and specials online from now onwards

I tried to use my cashback balance of R208 today at Clicks Sunnypark and was told its R0 and it was used at Clicks Andries Street, Pretoria on the 11th February and that was not me. I don't share my card and on that day I was admitted at N17 Netcare Hospital.

Good day.
I had an extremely poor service at the Airport Mall Branch and waited 50 min for over the counter meds. 1 person assisting and 6 vacant counters,in a chemist that services 2 areas Namely Belhar and Delft.

I really the service is seriously become more poor by the day and this makes me think twice of staying a loyal regular client.

I sent my sister to clicks promenade mall to get me nu hair products, I told her to get me ther shampoo and conditioner, when she got home, the conditioner bottle seemed to like it was used or I don't know bt u can literally feel some product is out of the bottle,i don't knw if I should tke it back for refund or what..i have purcshed the purple one before and it was not like that I got a full bottle..I left it in the clicks bag, so I'm thinking when I'm off from work I will go myself

I made an online purchase in April 2020. My order didn't go through but money was deducted in my account. I called the clicks customer care line and I was asked to submit my proof of payment and I did so. I asked for a refund and still today no refund has been made. I've called and emailed the clicks customer care line countless times but seems like every time I call I get a different excuse. Its February 2021 and nothing has been done.

The service I received today at Clicks, penford, Uitenhage was unprofessional and Appalling to say the least. I was assisted by a Monique Arendse.On the shelf the scale was less marked less 30%.On quireing the price she said its not and I asked her to come with me to the ile. On returning back to the till I asked her where the mannanger was and in an arrogant voice she said "to check out the price".I asked her whey she was so rude and she then said "Ek is nie aunty".By than the mannanger was next to her and changed the amount to the correct price.I told this monique Arendse that I am no relation to her and she said "ek wil jou nie he as familie nie".Still the manager not once made her quiet or said anything. On asking for a pen to write her name down both her and the manager refused to give me a pen.Please I feel the staff should go through training how to address customer's in a correct manner and to be curtious at all times.

Good Day

I went to Clicks Store at Southdowns this afternoon. I was with my 75 year old father who had a heart attack last month in December. He was discharged from Union Netcare Hospital in Alberton on the 28th December. He was given a prescription and we had to get his first batch of his medication from Clicks store at the same hospital. He obviously used his medical aid card to get this.

During sometime in January he ran out of meds and went to the local pharmacy at Heilbron in Free State this is where he resides, we have no Clicks store there.

Now he’s in Centurion visiting, because he wants to be closer to the Union Netcare hospital for his follow up session in coming weeks. Unfortunately while he’s here he runs out of meds, we go to a closer Clicks Store and that’s at Southdowns shopping centre.

A guy called Sello Mallakane tells me he can’t help us because my dad has no clubcard. I tell him but he has his medical aid with, and surely the first prescription must have been uploaded on the system. He tells me that he’s telling me that he won’t be able to help me and I want to tell him how to do his job, I then tell him that’s not the case but surely they should have this information on their system i them ask him to call the Union Netcare Hospital Clicks Store to ask for a prescription, he tells me he can’t he doesn’t have their number. At this point I was really taken aback because Clicks stores should have another clicks store number, he tells me he only have Centurion ones only. I said I’ll google them for you and call them he tells me to go ahead with an attitude. I manage to find them and ask if they can email this store my dad’s prescription, they tell me their admin doesn’t work on weekends.

Then Sello asked to speak to them at this point he’s trying to prove his point telling the guy on the phone that “yeah I told them we can’t help them without a clubcard and they are arguing with me”.

I then say to him it’s fine if you can’t help me I’ll call them on Monday to get a prescription we will come back. He then says the people you were talking to on the phone are not from Clicks! But what surprises me is that he spoke to the same people even telling them that I argue with him. Wooow!

What if this was an emergency? Should my dad suffer more few days because of a clubcard? While the store has his medical aid and prescription? Why is this not uploaded in the system?

I’m disgusted by this guy’s attitude. It’s appalling to witness an employee, Sello Mallakane of such a respected chain store to behave in that manner. I was both shocked and disappointed to be treated in this way and believe you should be made aware of your employees actions.

I trust this is not the way Clicks business and that you will address my concern with Sello Mallakane about the incident. I’m open to discussing the matter further and hope you will respond with a solution to prevent this from happening again.

To whom it may concern,

My name is Princess Madlala, I submitted a script in at Clicks - Featherbrook end of April and only took one of 6 prescribed Trivenz and then when I went to collect for the next coming 4 months at Clicks Honeydew Ridge and Fourways I was advised on all the 4 months that there was no stock for Trivenz hence I went back to my doctor which I payR700 to get my scripts and consultation. And I refused to use Trenvir as it gives me side effects and now I went to Clicks - Cradlestone the lady who assisted was so rude in explaining that my script has expired and she and the managed refused to give me medication because my script has expired despite me explaining that it was not my fault that the medication was not collected but I given the same story that its out of stock. Now I was left with 4 out of 6 and now I have to go to the doctor to get a script which was never utilized in full and I’m not suppose to skip the medication because it’s might cause resistance and the drugs might not work.

I’m so disappointed at Clicks for this inconvenience and will make sure that if this issue is not resolved, my family, friends and acquaintances know about the matter and never ever use the any Clicks chain stores ever again.

The level of service, the lady no empathy at all in trying to assist in the matter as well the pharmacy/store manager who didn’t even show face but refused that I’m given the medication.

I will also report the matter to the media and see what they have to say to such!!!.

I have been buying this brand for a while. Sometime during the end of last year I noticed the quality changed. It no longer is soft. But hard. It's causing irritation as well after use. At first I thought it was just the one packet. But I'm on the 4th bag and it's still the same if not worse. If you cannot produce the proper product,take it off the shelf. I'm a very happy and loyal Clicks customer. This is the first time I'm unhappy with a product.

This has an automated message.I normally select dispensary.It rings for a few minutes and is never answered. A month ago I was told that there was a problem. I was there today and am told there is a problem.
I was told that I must use the dispensary line which I did 032 5254670. I tried that number two times and it just rang. I drove to the pharmacy and dialed the number whilst in the store. Two persons were right aat the phone whilst it rang and it was not picked. One person being the pharmacy manager.Upon inquiring why two people cannot answer the phone. Her reply was that she was busy signing stuff off. Upon exiting the store the phone rang and there are several staff just hanging around. You must have cctv footage. I asked the man standing right beside the phone why he wouldn't answer it. He remarked that the manager would. It is very strange that no persons answer your phones yet the man says the manager will answer. You system at this store is beyond my comprehension and needs some sort of management upgrade in my humble opinion. I rather drive to Ballito Dis-Chem. Unfortunately this store is down my ally.

On the 13th of January 2021 and I went to fetch my chronic medication and was told that the Medical Aid were not going to pay for it because it was 2 days early. The tablets are for 28 days not 30. I then phoned the Medical Aid and they said they did pay Clicks Shelly Beach back the money's on the 27th of January 2021 and I have to go back and they have to refund me.I went to the store on Wednesday the 3rd of February and they could not work out what to do. So they gave me another doses of tablet for free, but in the meantime I still paid for my tablets and no refund. I am not happy with the service because they really did not know what to do. I told them phone the Medical Aid and they where not interested. I phoned the medical 3 times for the problem myself.
