irereport ko lang po yun delivery rider na si Joh Ford Sarmiento (9517478823). alam na po nya na bawal po ang magdeliver ng naka tricycle dito sa loob ng Alviera Industrial Park,pinipilit po nya na icancel ko yun order ko kasi daw po ayaw sya paapsukin ng guard sa main gate ng alviera.unang una po alam po nila ang policy sa delivery dito,pangalawa po di mo kailangan na sabihan ang customer na itext sya at icancel na lang ang order mo.ndi po maganda ang ugali nya kasi pinagtatawanan pa nyan ako at nakakatawa daw ako.sa dami po ng naging order ko at regular customer na ako ng j&t ngayon lang po ako naka encounter ng ganito klase ng rider na bukod sa matamad na masama pa ang ugali.sana po ay mabigyan ng action to.kasi po J&t po ang napapasama dito at ndi po ang rider.salamat

KADA MAGDEDELIVER SYA DITO SA MIN LAGI SYA NAGAGALIT SA MGA KUMUKUHA NG PARCEL AT SINASABI NYA NA ANTAGAL DAW LUMABAS NG MGA TAO. IN THE FIRST PLACE, MAY DOOR BELL PO KAMI HINDI NYA GINAGAMIT, MALAKI PO ANG BAHAY NAMIN AT PAG NASA LOOB KA HINDI MO MARIRINIG MASYADO NA MAY TAO SA LABAS. 2ND, HINDI PO SYA TUMATAWAG SA PHONE NO. NA PROVIDED. HINDI TULAD NG IBANG RIDERS NA TUMATAWAG PAG ALAM NILANG MATAGAL NA SILA NAGIINTAY. 3RD HINDI PO ITO ANG FIRST TIME NA NAGING BASTOS SYA, POLITE LANG PI TALAGA ANG MGA TAO SA AMIN KAYA HINDI SYA PINAPATULAN. COMPLAINT #14931 - Delivery Issues
As Ive checked the status of the delivery, it's been going on a cycle. It was rerouted multiple times. Once is okay but several times is already offensive. I'm already pissed off because I was expecting it to be delivered on or before May 18, 2021. I have an important use of that product. That should be my birthday present for my cousin. And since you failed to do your job, I was forced to order an item at Dermaroller Philippines and availed their "Pay now, deliver today" promo. Hence, I want to file a request to report those responsible personnels who handled the service. I wont let it pass. I want this report to be expedited. I am really upset. Iam!!!!!!! I have contacted Shoppee several times aready wondering what happened to my parcel. And its all because of your incompetent handling and monitoring. How come it was rerouted multiple times????? You have my complete address!!!! Whats the reason!!!!! Do something about this!!!!!! Oherwise, I will personally file a complain to your head office. I am realky serious. Im pissed off. Reallyy!!!!!!!!!! Do something about this. Report all of those responsible.

I am a shopee seller, may 1 parcel akong for shipping. Nung okay na po yung parcel ko, nagchat ako sa rider na naghahandle sa area namin na may for pick-up ako at kung pwede pakiprint ang AWB. He replied a thumbs-up (meaning ok). So hindi na po ako nagprint.
Pagdating nya to pick-up the parcel, ang bungad agad nya sa mother ko, bakit daw hindi kami nagprint ng AWB? Tinawagan ako ng mother ko, sabi ko pumayag yung rider na hindi na ako magprint. So ayun, kinausap ko at nung boyfriend ko yung rider thru videocall, we told him gagawa kami ng report/complain against sa kanya. Sabi nya, guide lang daw yung dala nilang AWB at need namin magprint.
After matapos yung vc, nagchat sya sakin sa messenger, sinend nya yung new policy ni JNT na hindi na sila magpiprint ng AWB at si seller nalang. Nagreply ako, sabi ko bakit hindi nya sinabi sakin the night na nagchat ako sa kanya kung pwede nyang iprint yung AWB? Bakit sya pumayag tapos nung magpipick-up na sya iritable sya dahil wala kaming AWB. Hindi na sya nagreply.
May 2 shopee accounts pa kami, both located sa Cainta, pero never namin na experience yung ganung rudeness sa mga rider na naka-assign sa Cainta area.

irereklamo ko lang po yung Rider nyo na Jayson Sevilla ilang beses na po nyang ginawa to nagtetxt po ang J&T na hawak na nya ang parcel pero hindi po sya nagpupunta sa bahay tapos ang ilalagay po nya sa tracking ng delivery unsuccesful customer not available kahit hindi naman po sya nagpakita samen meron pa po na nakalagay na order received pero wala po akong nakuha na parcel sya din po ang rider na yun sana po magawan nyo ng aksyon yung ginagawa ng rider na Jayson Sevilla na yan .. meron pa po pala hindi po sya naglalagay ng kumpletong contact no. para hindi sya matawagan ng customer tama ho ba yun ? mapansin ho sana itong reklamo ko para sakanya at gawin ang dapat gawin sakanya ..

JnT Delivery rider named CHRISTIAN DELOSREYES super yabang at bastos! Ngayon lang ako naka experience ng ganitong delivery rider na kapag tatawag sisigawan yung customer! 3 mins palang syang naghihintay sa delivery area ng condo (Nasa 17th floor kami, malamang bababa pa ng elevator), tatawag nanaman tapos makakarinig ka pa ng "t*ngina naman" bago ibaba yung call. Pagdating ko sa delivery area, madami pa naman syang hinihintay na ibang cx.
Take note: hindi po ito returned parcel or COD parcel, bayad na po yung parcel na idedeliver. Sadyang walang modo lang talaga tong CHRISTIAN DELOSREYES

I'm sorry for the inconvenience but I would like to send a report for the delivery Rider Melmar Baca Tachado in Guihulngan City, Negros Oriental. This delivery man is so rude. He always insulted me, not just me but the other customers as well based on what my colleague said. I am very dissapointed today. I waited to receive my parcel, my mom happened to receive it and he told my mom na "Hindi ko po nerereceive yung items dahil wala akong pera" Lot's of people heard what he said. This is not fair, I always happened to receive my parcels at J & T branch since I really don't like the way this rider approch his customers. This is very degrading! He happened also to return my parcel without informing me, not just me but my friend also can testify. Please do a necessary action for this.

rider Pablito Casero639289980132 lagi na niningil ng 10 pesos para sa gate everytime as in lagi pag may order ako sa shopee lagi ako nagbibigay knowing na ang dami nya deliver sa loob ng village namin. Kahapon nakita ko naniningil din ng 10 pesos sa ibang bahay na dedeliveran. Pati fee para sa gate sinasamantala buti sana kung minsan lang eh palagi.

I will raised this concern/issue to the head. This is to inform you regarding your JNT LAMITAN-BRANCH w a very bad/poor customer service experienced. I am a regular customer of JNT Express since 2019 here in Manila Ph. I’ve trusted JNT Express so much because my parcel hasn’t deliver to long, they deliver it right away once it arrives at their branch that’s the best thing of choosing JNT Express. I really trust JNT Express before and until now pa naman po. But suddenly, this Lamitan-Branch has a really bad and poor customer service this was happened May 8, 2021. One of the courier of this Branch is a lier named
(Omar Cabbeh), the courier reported that my receiver was unavailable that time date May 8, 2021. On behalf of my receiver it is not true because my receiver wasn’t leave the house that day because she was expecting her delivery that day. My receiver once told me that its happened for many times if the rider is neglected they really don’t deliver it to the receiver. I texted the courier that night May 8, 2021 at 9:11PM asking him why he didn’t deliver the parcel of my receiver because badly need the parcel because my receiver will going to use what she bought to me on Eid’l Fitr day. But suddenly this issue came up, the rider replied to me that night. Please see printscreen below! I feel humiliated on my part because I’ve encountered a more than of hundreds of JNT rider but this one is different, they don’t know how to handle customer complain.Yes! Really, they are! Later that night around 9:36PM the admin of the Lamitan-Branch called to me saying that my concern was raised to her by the courier. The admin of the branch explained to me everything and i also seek a help from her because i’m counting on her. If she can tell the rider to please deliver the parcel of my receiver tomorrow morning May 9, 2020 she said that there is no problem with that. She also said that she will priority my request, and i also told here that i have more than 10parcels to arrived that day May 9, 2020 i even send to her all my waybill no. to please monitor all of my parcel and to please do not RTS any of my parcel coming from me, because the rider of this branch once they feel neglected they really don’t deliver the packages to the receiver and thats the problem with that Branch. Around 3pm in the afternoon May 9, 2021 my receiver texted me that the delivery rider wasn’t there pa po and its already 3pm in the afternoon. The admin of the Branch once told me that their cut-off is every 4pm in the afternoon. I told right away my receiver to just go to the branch for her to be able to get her parcel because its already 3pm in the afternoon they might RTS it once the delivery is unsuccessful. I texted the admin of the branch right away about the situation, the admin called to me and talked to me in a sarcastic way she even shouted at me and she hung-up the phone right away. What a shame!! The admin of this branch has a short temper.
What kind of employee’s/customer service this branch had? I am very upset, Yes very very upset.
I’m a Single mom who worked 24/7 to feed my two babies because i was just giving a birth last month.
Do i deserve to get this kind of treatment? I loved my customer’s i worked a lot even i was just giving birth, to get the satisfaction of my customers and this thing came up.
I’m hoping to not get this kind of treatment again.
On my behalf please train well and educate your employees at this branch (Lamitan-Branch) and teach them the proper way of handling customer service.
