Iba ung design at size ng tshirt n dineliver ang layo sa advertise ng seller at yung number ng seller sinadyang maliin.Hindi matawagan ung number ng seller na nilagay ng jte sa parcel bogus ang galawan.Pinayagan nila na maglagay ng maling number sa parcel nila huli ko n macheck nung nsa bahay na ako kasi ayaw nila dumeretso sa bahay dahil sa checkpoint ng baranggay kaya sa bahay ko n nabuksan

Sabi ko po sa rider sa resched nalang po ng deliver kasi wala po ako cash today and ang approach nya po is pasigaw at bastos kung magsalita. Pinilit nya ipacancel order ko kahit pwede namang iparesched nalang sana. Ang bastos po nya kausap. Pangalawang beses nya na po yun ginawa. Yung unang ginawa nya pinagsisigaw nya kapatid ko sa labas dahil ilang minutes late lumabas yung kapatid ko para kunin order ko. At ngayon naulet nanaman sigaw ng sigaw sa labas ng bahay namin. JOSEPH MANLAPIG PO GUSTO KO IREPORT! Etonh screenshot pinilit nya pong ipatxt saken kasi ayaw nya umalis sa harap ng bahay namin. Napaka bastos kausap nyang rider nyo.

This happened many times. Riders tagging "Customer unavailable" or "Customer Refused Package". The most recent was for tracking # 900035191673. Rider: Retser Anastacio. According to J&T customer service, the rider provided a document stating that I texted him saying to just cancel the order. Well guess what? I DID NOT TEXT THE RIDER THAT I WANT TO CANCEL MY PACKAGE. Screenshot can be edited so why not check his inbox to see if there's a text from me saying such lie. SO RUDE! SO UNPROSEFFIONAL! I won't be this disappointed if I sent that message. DO you see my point? I can't wait until all the sellers realize that J&T is rubbish and opt for different courier. Been talking to them about this rude behavior of J&T rider and how it can affect their business.

Yung rider po ninyo name John earlson jimenez jnt malolos bulacan. Yung parcel ko ayaw ibigay sa akin nagpapadede pa ako ayaw maghintay. Gusto ora mismo nasa harap ka na nya.sya pa nagsabi na ireport sya. 2nd try nya na magdeliver ganun na naman ginawa nya pag palabas na ng bahay aalisan nya! Ganyan na ba rider ngayon!

I would like to file a complaint for this delivery.. the delivery boy is rude. And has no decency enough to inform delay.. its camputhaw cebu city delivery.. with this number +63 939 751 828..

Your rider has behavioral issues! We waited for like a whole day for the package to arrive but when we called him, he told us to just pick it up! Like hello he could have had informed us earlier so our efforts of waiting could not be wasted! But instead of feeling apologetic he nagged at me and firmly stand that he is right!

No notification from rider to deliver the parcel,but it says an attempt to deliver parcel has been made.There is clearly no attempt made. Been waiting for my order since yesterdat morning. Been calling the rider but no response at all.

On Monday, the next Rider contacted me but I was not available in Bayawan, I recieved SMS statinng tomorrow is.the last day, "Pwede pa ugma sir last day ugma tnx" but I didn't receive any information details for the Rider, your Employee in the office said the warehouse initiated RTS due to delivery failure on March 29 20:25. Tracker posted two entries of Delivery attempt was unsuccessful: Costumer is unavailable. Mar 29 12:02 and Mar 29 12:12 (I don't know if this a sign of stupidity or clumsiness)

My problem is the delivery service of J&T, they notify me, that my parcel is on its way/out for delivery(March 30,2021 @8:42pm). But no one call/text me to deliver .Shopee notified me parcel delivered.But nothing arrive.
March 31,2021 @10:14am I called the person which was stated in the text from J&T itself(not from the delivery person).Rider:Culanag Roel Maglin 639977569159.
He told me he was not responsible for delivering my parcel,for the reason of his name only used for that only(notify text from j&t).He also told me to wait for a call from that person who he called MIRA.
So i waited for how many hours, until in the afternoon 3:59pm when called him back to ask where's my parcel,i ask him also the cp number of the delivery person(MIRA) but he told me he don't have any contact number of that person and he don't know the full name of that person,so i asked him to contact someone who know how to contact that person(MIRA)but he told me he will give me number of thier admin but he never send me number of his admin even update of where my parcel are.
Until now my parcel is not yet arrive.
So what now J&T express bayawan?
I already paid that parcel.

I have 2 parcel to awaiting to be received. Nag deliver yung delivery man mga 11:00 March 30, 2021.. and when I'm about to pay a nag hanap ng valid ID ipinakita ko naman yung ID ko... ayaw I release yung item sabi nya kukuhanan nya ako ng photo.. ayaw ko magpakuha ng photo at security risk yun sa akin.. ayun dinala pabalik yung item... At about 4:00 PM nag txt uli pero indi sumipot yung same delivery man pa rin.. pag di nyo po yan ginawaan ng action papatayin ang negosyo nyo niyan.. sa dami ng mga delivery ng J&T sa akin yan lang ang pumalpak... see attached photo kayo na po ang humusga..

I was not expecting any delivery from J&T since I did not put my address as a shipping address. There was a mistake with the store that I ordered and they ship the parcel to my address instead. The J&T rider name Jomar Sape was very rude when I met him to get the parcel. He said something like "Kanina pa ko nandito, sa kabilang sitio pa lang sablay na, sumabay pa kayo, tangina". Not the exact words but that's what he was saying. I attached a photo of the shipping address I included on the order from the store to prove that I am not expecting a delivery.

They did not find some solution to find a sulution to my concern j&T employee are not active. They are setting down to their chair without action to the custmers concerns!!

I have been waiting for. Y parcel to come. I have been out of town for 2 days so wala akong mautusan to claim but I informed already J&T that I will claim the parcel Early tomorrow pero pinareturn to sender nila. Hindi nila alam na very important yung parcel na yun and if I reorder ko I have to wait again lalo na ngayong pandemic would take 10 days for the order to come
My God J&t riders! Consideration naman! J&t gensan! Rider ricafort! Minsan nandadaya pa sa sukli yung iba at sa taripa ng delivery! Pls be fair with your customers!

I should've received my parcel by now but then it says that it is unsuccessful and the reason is costumer is unavailable!
How come? I have been waiting for the rider to contact me ALL DAY! and I've also instructed my sister to receive it instead because I have work. Another thing is that my parcel was rerouted to other place. I mean why did it go to a different city when it already arrived in our province!
Please! I badly need that parcel!
