The rider refused to deliver the package in my exact address,He stated the reason he refused to deliver bc my area is too dangerous. I know our area is way too far but its not dangerous,. There is riders from other courier that they deliver the packge in my doorstep w/o hesitation. He wanted me to do meet up instead which very inconvenience in my part because i still have work im on shift and i dont have someone to ask to go to him to get my parcel. It so unfair in my part because reason i ordered online / in shoppee bc it is very convenient that no need to go outside go for shopping because it will deliver to ur house door to door and i paid for shipping fee its my right to ask the rider to deliver it to my home.He makes me feel that its my fault that i cant get my packge bc im not avail to meet him so he threaten to returned my parcel since im not avail. It makes me upset. I aid for shipping fee so it will deliver properly to my house and given me a hassle.

I have ordered many times from Lazada and Shopee and outside Shopee and Lazada. Today March 20 is the first time a delivery man asked me for a few coins for his passway. Barya lang naman but the point is ngayon lang to nangyari. Just asking if it is required? It just so happen that I don't have any coins because the owber already paid for the item,it's not COD.

Today i received an automated message from j&t that my parcel and prepare my payment.. what i did since it has a number of the rider i contacted the rider instructed him my location and he said ok.. the j&t rider came but not to deliver my parcel but my cousins so i asked him if wheres my parcel i showed him the message. But he doesnt have my parcel. Around 7pm today the rider told me that they lost my parcel. And tagged me on the system the im unavailable to receive.which is not right!!!

I’ve had a parcel delivered from metro manila to cebu, i secured it with lots of bubble wraps and sandwiched with cardboard, and even attached a handle with care do not bend sign and it still arrived to the buyer bent! i have attached a photo proof with the large amount of bubblewraps, cardboard, do not disturb sign and the condition it arrived to the buyer! I HOPE YOU DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS J&T! WE MADE SURE IT WAS SECURED AND ASKED YOUR STAFFS TO HANDLE IT WITH CARE BUT THEY DISMISSED THAT!

This has happened to us for several times. COD ang item pero tatawag ang rider na hindi raw kayang i-deliver kaya i-pick up na lang. J&T Narra 1 branch. Considering them, sige, kahit paid ko naman ang shipping fee.

Kahapon lang, I was notified na for delivery na nga ang items ko so I expected na darating ang rider. Pero hindi siya dumating at sinabing "Customer is not available" sa notif niya. Lagi na lang "Customer is not available" pero katulad kahapon, hindi naman dumating. O tulad nung nakaraan, paid na ang order pero iba pa rin ang nakalagay sa notification. Nung tinawagan ko para tanungin kung bakit "Customer is not available" samantalang na-deliver na at nabayaran ko na, ang sabi niya lang sa akin, mali lang daw ng punch. Pero yung paulit-ulit na ganun ang scenario? Namali pa rin po ba yun ng punch?

We are far from the branch kaya nga COD ang pinili ko, nagbabayad din ako ng tama kaya deserve naman siguro ang good service. Tapos ngayon pinapa-pick up na naman ang mga item sa branch kasi last day na raw, e wala namang attempt ng delivery kahapon. Sabi ng rider, pinagbabawalan na raw siyang mag-deliver sa area namin kaya dapat i-pick up na lang. Nakikiusap ako na baka may ibang rider na pwedeng maghatid, wala raw. Wala tuloy kaming choice ngayon kundi i-pick up ang item namin. Nagbayad na ako ng shipping fee para sa COD, magbabayad pa ako ng transpo para sa pagpunta sa branch nila, may baby pa naman ako bini-breastfeed. Kung pwede lang ipa-cancel yung iba ko pang items na parating, ginawa ko na, para hindi na sa branch na yun mapadala, kasi siguradong for pick up na naman ang mga parating. Nakaka-hassle po sa part naming customer. Pinili ko ang J&T kasi nga may COD for convenience but look what's happening.

Where did "Cash on Delivery" go? We're paying the right price so please give us the right service. Mabigyang pansin po sana. Salamat

I ordered a tablet through online (Facebook Page) on January 2, 2021 and received the item on January 14, 2021, unfortunately the tablet i received was not the one I ordered (in terms of size, specs, ram and no freebies) the tablet also defective. The box containing the tablet also tampered, there was a other slip below my order slip and it was not sealed. I immediately contact the customer service about my problem and advice to file an Incident Report on the said branch which is Holy Spirit Branch. In the next morning, January 15, 2021, I filed an incident report requesting for refund, I also made several follow-ups regarding my complaint in their customer service but until now, march 5, 2021 my refund is not yet release. Also the FB page which i ordered the tablet are no longer present.

The assigned rider texted me at 2:24pm to tell that he is in the 2nd floor of the location.

Usually, for other J&T rider, they will use call instead of text.

I was actually keep waiting for the parcel arrive since I knew the parcel is out for delivery.

However, started from afternoon, I had a meeting. I still keep watch my cellphone for any incoming call. I missed out the text as I thought it will be a call.

He didn’t send any second text to me. Only one text from him (2:24pm).

He then called me at 2:48pm. When I picked up the phone by saying “Hello”, he then right away scolded me with rudeness tone, he scolded and talked nonstop! Kindly be reminded this was the 1st and the only call from him after one text from him as well.

I understand was my fault to keep him waiting for 24 minutes. But the rudeness of him cannot be acceptable. He can actually call me after 5 or 10 minutes after the text he sent to me, and not wait until 2:48pm. Ask, the rider shall call right away they arrived there, and not text (to avoid miss out).

I am strongly unsatisfactory to this rider.

I do wish your company to take disciplinary action to this rider.

E complain ko lng itong raider nyu j&t dito sa tagbilaran city bohol, pangalan: Paga Armel Ramones. Grabe, sa tagal ng hintay ko sa parcel #PH212820261621K ko kasi subrang tagal dumating isang attempt lng ng pag deliver nila timing na wala ako kasi may nilakad ako na importante, nag inform ako sa kanya thru txt na wla ako sa bahay pro ang reply nya RTS na dw ang parcel ko. Subrang nakakadismaya kasi wla man lang consideration, Tanong ko lng kung ganyan ba talaga sebisyo ng J&t? kasi kung ganyan, sana nman e improve nyu.

I sent a package last January 7, 2021 in Davao City to our office in Manila. And when I checked our office if they already receive the package, they told me that they have not receive the parcel.
I inquired to the online delivery tracker of J&T and noted that the package arrived in the Makati hub last January 14, 2021. However, there was no delivery made to our office.
And when I inquired in J&T's customer hotline, they told me that the package has been lost.
The books sent was of critical value to our company. The books, entitled 'Kwentong Alzheimers' has a lot of value to us, not of that monetarily but on operations and care for patients.
I hope that you can help me on this.

I want to complain the rider of my parcel name RODELIO ORCIGA. He did not deliver my parcel even if he is already in the building he did not trying to contact me. He told me that he is having a hard to contact me.. Having said that. He should ask our guard to contact me instead.. This happens many times.

im a regular customer and he knew already what to do if im not available. That said parcel is important to me and im very disappointed. Im from Pasig City. Hoping for your disciplinary action.

I am lodging my complaint against a delivery rider who attempted to deliver my parcel 28 February 2021 around noon time at Poblacion, Claveria, Misamis Oriental. I am located near Cagayan de Oro, Mindanao, Philippines. 

At 10:08Am, I received a message from JTExpress informing me of the delivery of my parcel.  The message contained the delivery TN, the name of the rider: Jaylord James Baja & his contact number 639971964035.

At 11:11AM, I received another message saying: This is J&T Express. You have a delivery today.  This time the courier name was left blank. The cell number is +639518480989, different from what is indicated in the first message.  I responded to this message telling him to text me when he is already at Claveria.  Because it was Sunday, I cannot be reached thru my delivery address which is USTP Claveria.  I gave him instructions how to reach my place.  

When I finally contacted him thru phone, he arrogantly said that , "DILI RA BYA IMONG PARCEL AKONG I-DELIVER, MAAM."  He seemed to be irked at the difficulty of understanding the instructions I gave him on my location.  He seemed to be tired of his work as a delivery rider.  Or is he the boss of the J&T Express Office which took charge of my parcel? 
At 5:51PM, I received another message from J&T Express coming from the same number +639518480989, telling me exactly this, and I quote:  "Good Day!    This is J & T Express informs you that your parcel is return to sender because parcel has 2 attempts today!     Maam/Sir reply until 5pm this afternoon if dayunon buh nimo ug kuha. Thank you.     
For your concern please visit at our office."

This is not my first time with J&T Express delivering my parcel.  But this is my first time to encounter a delivery rider just like last Sunday.  

This thought has left my mind: Does J & T Express employ arrogant riders who are easily angered at finding the customers' addresses?  Maybe not, because, a courier company like you tried its very best to provide the best service to its customers.  Maybe, this is an isolated case? 

I would appreciate reply to this complaint.

Nag order ako sa shopee nga handheld vacuum worth 890 pesos kasama na yong shipping. Nag iwan ako ng pera sa bahay 1000 pesos para incase dumating yong order ko may pang bayad. Please do check your delivery riders here in Baguio city where they are already getting a lot of complaints but there are no actions yet. They are rude and they do not even want to deliver the items to where they are supposed to be delivered. They are even rude that they talk back to their customers. Please take actons to our concerns (Mark Angelo Flores and Marvin Guiraba)
