J & T, Parang, Maguindanao branch, services complaints.

They only accept pick ups, no delivery on your place/home. They 'll send messages saying, "maam you order arrived, pls pick up/dele very". Yet, when choosing delivery, they don't accept any.
The customers payed the delivery fully but pls notice this problem. I am a student, I always have a classes even if its Sunday. Because of unstable network. We used Sundays. Plus, since it is online class. Teachers are more demanding at students attention.
I am living alone.Thus, pls may it be solve. Thnk u for your time & consideration.

Good Day.
I just want to raise a concern about the parcels that was not delivered to me. 1st was I had to request if the delivery càn be extended since We in the family is on a quarantine. Sécond was no ones home to receive it same as the third. And on your website. This is what your delivery rule says.

You will return the parcel after 1-2 attempts if the receiver is uncontactable. But I was able to respond to their message.

Riders here in Dumaguete City do not attempt to deliver the parcels. The delivery address for this particular complaint is a commercial one and is complete with stall #, it was scheduled to be delivered last Monday but until now, the order has not been delivered. Please see attached photo for the riders names.This is such an inconvenience because the order worth 4,500 plus is supposed to be displayed or sold in our store.

Proof of photo of delivery shall be remove as the buyer or the receiver do not always agree.

Why do they need a proof of photo when they have the complete information such as the name, contact number and address provided for them to confirm?

In addition, they don't have a privacy consent that the receiver would agree.

Under the law of R.A 10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012, or simply, the person is protected by not giving his/her own information to anyone without consent.

Good day. I just want to complain your company riders in Talibon,Bohol. As a customer, it is my first time to encounter a rider/service that suggests to return to sender immediately. As if they do not want to deliver the parcel in no time. Also, the assigned rider did not call me for notification only a text message which is unusual since ever since they give a call. As much as I want to keep calm but the parcels were really important and should be used next week,supposedly. I am so disappointed.

Gud AM Sir/Mam!i had an issue here in Jaro Iloilo City..2 of your driver..the one is Mr NADERIV BEATING and Mr ALEX LABRADOR of J & T Jaro branch!attached herewith is the convo of my daughter and your drivers..they tried to reach my daughter to deliver the package at around 2 AM in morning..of which i believe that there is no such kind of sked of deliveries on wee hours in the morning..that is unethical for them to do such thing..the next day I come to your branch here in Jaro and Mr Carlo informed me that it was the mistake of his drivers that they immediately returned the said package back to the shipper even that package is a NOn COD my daughter paid it in cash..i am asking your good office..is this the right thing to do by your drivers?i tried to call the drivers thru their cellphones bit i could not reach their lines in order to ask them why they outrightly returned the package to the shipper..they must extend extra effort or maybe find solutions for that matter..hoping for your recommendations on this matter!thank you

Gud Day Sir/Mam!it come to my attention that the package supposed to be delivered by ur driver Mr Alex Labrador was not delivered to my given address!it was my Daughter who purchased the packaged..Mr Labrador allegedly txt my daughter around 2 AM in the morning which supposed to be un ethical for yourdeliver the package on the wee hours of the morning ..and I was tyring to follow it up to your J & T branch Jaro they said to me that said driver returned the package to the shipper..I think once the non COD package was subject for delivery and you could not reach the receiver either it was failure of the signal of the cellphone or delayed forwarding of sms..the said driver must call the receiver and futher..he must wait 2 to 3 days to contact the receiver and extend extra effort to reach the receiver..but on the part of Mr Labrador..i think..he did not do this..i am asking for the explanation on his part but i could no longer contact his cellphone..for now..i am asking if what will be the best solution on this matter...thank you and God Bless

2 days na sila nagpalit ng courier. At wala man tawag mula sa courier, text ako tanong sa courier wala sagot. Dahil 2 kanto bahay ko sa local hub upisina nila e pinuntahan ko 2 beses din bawat send sa akin ng text ng j&t express notification nila. E sabi nila out courier at antayin ko na lang daw tawag, pinagpapasa pasahan nila kami.

Your courier was not professional and very rude. I understand their tiredness doing their duty, but they must manage to do their job. Awhile ago I almost argue with the courier named JEFFREY NOROMBABA. He's attitude is not proper and he was hesitant at first to deliver the item today because he can't find my address. I told him I asked my parents to receive the item in my behalf. And it's my first time to encounter this kind of hassle because I usually got my items from shopee without problem. I can't understand why most of J&T couriers are lazy and can't find ways to deliver the parcel without problems.

Same courier po. Naencounter namin ni Mama in two different deliveries. Sobrang rude, disrespectul, at obvious na ayaw niya sa trabaho niya. Lahat may struggle. That's a given. Pero wala pang 2 minutes ang interaction mo sa customer, pwedeng wag kang nakakatakot?
Nung naencounter siya ng Nanay ko akala ko exaggerated lang siya magkwento, pero kanina lang siya ang nagdeliver saken. Hindi ako agad nakalabas ng gate para kunin at bayaran products ko, sabi niya sa nanay ko, "kung ayaw niya maistorbo sa pagtulog, wag siya magorder online".
Same courier, I googled the tracking number for my Shopee order and saw his name and contact number. If multiple people are complaining about your rider, maybe something should be done about it. Thank you.

The parcel not yet delivered since Jan. 11, already 4 days on hold in Sorsogon branch. I followed up the rider, he could not deliver because it's his last day of work according to him, but his name and # reflect in tracking details.

The buyer is waiting for the items to be delivered since Monday. Please kindly arrange delivery of items.
