Bastos ng rider nyo sa si BILLY BALDERAMA ng J&T Sta. Cruz Laguna Branch. Una, sa pag aabot pa lang ng item parang sya pa ang galit dahil sa pagdedeliver. Basta basta na lang iabot. Pangalawa, kulang magbigay ng sukli. Hindi sa nagdadamot ako ha, oo maliit na halaga lang yon pero sana Naman magpakita sya ng magandang ugali eh. Kung ituturing na tip Yung kinakaltas nya Sana Naman magsabi muna. Hindi Yung paghuhulain pa Kung bakit kumulang sa sukli. Pangatlo, nakita ng kapitbahay namin na nakatambay sya sa may basketball court malapit samin na naninigarilyo habang may mga item pa na dapat maideliver na. Pang apat, gusto pagdating pa Lang sa labas ng bahay, lalabasin na ng receiver at nung natagalan ako lumabas dahil nakatulog ako, Ang ginawa nya kinalampag Ang pinto na akala mo may humahabol sa kanya. At panghuli, napakaSINUNGALING. Umaga pa lang nagtext na ko sa kanya na 12-1 lang ako nasa bahay dahil di ko Naman alam Kung uuwi ba nanay o tatay ko at nasaakin din yung pambayad. Unexpectedly, umuwi tatay ko at sya Ang naabutan ng rider sa bahay. Tinanong Ng tatay ko Kung nagtext ba ko sa kanya, Ang sinagot ni rider ay Hindi daw.

I ordered from shopee before Jan. 4. The parcel arrived here in the Phils. fast. However, it is stuck at the JT warehouse since last Jan. 8. I chatted Shopee to expedite it and emailed to JT but all I get are excuses and apologize. I am tired of waiting for that parcel and who would want to receive a parcel that it ordered early but will arrive by Jan. 28.

Bastos yung delivery man niyo. Tinawagan ko para i pick up ko nalang ang order ko at nagkasundo kami na magkita sa isang place pag dating ko dun. Wala pa siya so naglakad ako papunta sa isang store na subrang lapit lang sa napag usapan naming kikitaan. Pag dating niya tumawag at. Pinakiysapan ko siya nalng ang pumunta sa sakin at napakalapit lang naman tutal my sasakyan naman siya ay ang gago. Sinagot akong nagmamadali na daw siya di na daw niya ako mapupuntahan. Samantalang napakalapit ko lang. Ang tamad. At bastos nag delivery man niyo pasalamat nga siya at pinick up ko yung order ko. Lone Jay Maghinay pangalan ng tao niyo paki desiplina at bastos.trabaho niyo yan mag deliver. Bakit ang bastos niyo.

I always keep on texting the rider but he didnt replied on me.. one time the rider john visquera replied that he cant deliver my order because its to late at night already but he promise to deliver it early nxtday..on the nxtday it didnt happen..until i track my order then i found out that it will come back to sender without asking my permission and i never cancelled it..this happen many times.

So this driver named Micahael John Ocaban from Taguig doesn't have a good manners. We didn't noticed that he was waiting outside for almost 4 mins and left. Though there are lots of peeps to be asked outside our gate. And also this is not the first time that he did this. He's being rude. We tried to call him several times and he didn't pick up our call. So we tried to message him and let him know about his attitude. And that's the time he called back and got mad at us. I hope there will be an action to taken. "This is not the first time he did this"

Tumawag siya asking me asan yung amin. Sinabi ko in a nice way and he even said “okay” so akala ko alam niya na saan. He’s calling me pero pinapatay niya agad before I even answered it. When I finally answered the call, he’s shouting na, telling me asan ba daw yung amin. He’s been shouting at me all throughout the convo and even accused me kung bat daw ako nagagalit wherein in the first place ako ang sinigaw sigawan at pinagmataasan niya ng boses. First time to experienced this kind of delivery!!!

I would like to make a complaint on the delivery that supposed to be delivered today.

I spent entire day waiting. And in fact I called them multiple times and they did not even answer.

He answered around 11am and they said that they will deliver around 3pm i have waited still did not come I called again multiple times like 5x then they answered and tell that they will deliver around 5pm and still did not come.

I received a missed call around 6.02pm and they sent notification of delivery around 6.12pm

So i admit i missed the call for 10 minutes. What do u want me to do? Check my phone entire day? I called them right after the missed call just only 5 minutes past and they did not answer. I ask them if they will still deliver the order and they said no and i will just pick it up. What the hell. I am so frustrated I have waited the entire day for that order.

I understand they have lots of delivery but i constantly communicated on them for updates still did not respond.

I just want you to take action on this because that is not acceptable.

In La Trinidad, Benguet, some J&T express agents are sending me unofficial text messages that are telling me to pick up my package at their branch although it was supposed to be CASH ON DELIVERY. The agent is making excuses to avoid the delivery by sending me redundant messages. More than 4 orders had already been cancelled because of it. Please make this concern reach their facility.

1st time offense incorrect delivery address, almost 2week to arrive. 2nd time offense on delivery but truth is that the product was left at warehouse, i even call but told late that the item cannot be delivered

The rider called me pero yung signal, mahina tapos nag ma dali akong humanap ng magandang spot para sa signal. Tapos tinatanong niya ako kung saan ba talaga yung address. E nasa probinsiya walang block or lot kaya explain nalang ang daan. Sinigawan niya po ako. That’s so unprofressional and rude. Iniexplain ko naman ng maayos. Bigla lang siyang nagalit. E habang inexplain ko sa kanya kung saan, galit na galit siya. Tinanong ko “Bakit ka nagagalit manong? Ito ba ang magandang service J&T Express? Train your rider properly on how to handle situation. Ang simple ng problema communication lang ang kilangan nagalit agad? Ganyan pa ang tamang ugali pag nasa trabaho?

In providing a good service, make sure you should train your drivers not only on how to deliver our parcels but also on how to interact with your customers. I've already encountered a lot of drivers and I can say that Mr. Jan Matthew Salcedo is a driver that should not be part of your company. So unprofessional and negative attitude was shown during the delivery.

Hopefully this will be heard to your Corporate Office as it is alarming. Thank you.

Kahit nasa bahay ako hindi hinatid ng driver yung parcel ko. Nag text sakin ang j&t kaya alam ko today nag eexpect ako na ma tatangap ko parcel ko pero hindi dumating!

My total payment is 302 and my money is 500. So basically my change will be 198 but he only gave me 100. And he left hurriedly. He didn't even gave me an answer when I ask my is my change incomplete. His name is Herano Jr Hortelano. Please take an action of this. Money is important to me even if it is 1 peso. I will gladly give a tip but his action is not acceptable. Give him a warning. I don't want this to happen again. All the details is in the photo including the date or delivery.

930144210297 - Tracking number endorsed to J&T Laguna Last Dec 21 - Dec 30 Update was in Calamba. Dec 31 update was in Leyte until today update is dated Dec 31? Already 4 working days past still no update where the parcel is? I hope you can give real time update to assure your customer that the parcel is still safe. Its such a dissappointment to have this very long waiting period in delivery.

My parcel is already paid and only for pick up. rider Iano Joven gave my parcel to another person. he instructed the person- Cherokee Domingo to give me the parcel. Ms Domingo left my parcel to their company's guard house but when I went to the guard ( when I called the rider he told me what happened) the parcerl was not there. I informed the rider but he just told me to ask other guards. I ask for ms domingo's number but the rider told me to give him my fb account so that he can send me ms domingo's picture. It's a hassle for me contacting ms domingo as well as the rider. if only he just waited for me to oick it up and not give it to another person who i dont know

I ordered a portrait fully framed in shopee. The items were well packaged, fully covered by bubble wrap and carton. I am so sure that if this is handled well, not being tossed around or stacked with other items, it would arrive to me in good condition. The seller did not fail to give me a photo of the packed item and its condition before shipping. I know J&T really is a bad courier, should have known better. I want them to replace the frame. It is not fair for the seller to do so because it is not their fault.

A J&T express agent call me to cancel out my delivery package with tracking 760203398853. The reason provided was they can locate my location and address. Samantalang ang ibang J&T agent nalolocate ang address ko.

The delivery men assigned in our area are slacking off in delivery the packages, they want us to go out and pick up the package in designated area, as it contradict your mission to fight covid "stay at home" and COD/and packages that are already paid "smooth delivery at our doorstep". If this thing will continue, we are forced to use other logistics like LBC as its also available in our area. Please do something about this.

I ordered 6 pieces of clothing (in two separate packets) from an online shop in Iloilo (Tracking No. 930144917608). Only 3 pieces of clothing arrived. When the issue was raised with the seller, we found out that the J&T plastic (containing the two packets) which they used to put my orders is different from the J&T plastic (containing only one packet) that I received.
The J&T plastic used by seller is pure white even on the inside. The one I received is lined with black on the inside. The thank you card from the seller plus one packet containing 3 pieces of clothing is missing/ stolen.
