I want to complain the rider of my parcel name Digi Oclinaria. He did return my COD parcel to the sender/shop owner. I've waited since last Wednesday for him to deliver my parcel #781376624625. Without even calling me, hence im a regular customer and he knew already about my whereabouts. That said parcel is important to me and im very disappointed. Im from Caridad Baybay City. Hoping for your disciplinary action.

I texted him (by provided shopee #) alternative contacts to call whenever i can't be reached. And shopee has three attempts of delivery before cancelling or saying that the delivery is failed! Tapos 1PM lng namin na receive ang text nya and sabi nya unavailable kami. And he said that he won't deliver AGAIN even if i texted him ahead of time. 2 weeks din akong naghintay sa parcel di nyo pa tinatawagan customer nyo kung idedeliver nyo na. Pakiayos naman po. I hope this could be a room for improvement.

COMPLAINT #12425 - Delivery Issues
Hi. I ordered something from shopee and J&T is the courier assigned yo deliver my parcel. On February 24, 2021, 7:28AM I received a text saying that my parcel will be delivered within the day. I received a text from your rider at 5:15PM saying he's already here (outside my house). Unfortunately, I was already asleep that time so I didn't get the chance to go out and get my parcel. But since it's already paid, most of the time, riders just leave it to our care taker and I receive my item in the morning. But that didn't happen.
I texted the rider; Jonathan Lopez, (please see attached screenshot for reference) and he said that he'll deliver it in a bit. I waited and no one arrived. No text received as well. I texted him again the next morning but I received no response at all!
P.S. I have attached one photo only since I cannot add more but if you'll be needing additional references, please message me.
I am hoping for immediate response.

Items are fragile, was told to bubble wrapped 4 times and we did. Upon delivery, mugs were broken still and had to refund customer.

I understand that I failed to check the notifications of the parcel to be delivered today. This was because I am from night shift. The rider called me once and texted me once that he is already in the area. I already checked my messaged an hour later. I apologized for not being able to respond earlier and asked politely if he can still deliver it today. His responses were really off and very unprofessional. Please look into this sending you the screenshot of our conversation.

I would not accept the parcel because its kulang. As i was double checking my orders in shoppee, sabi nya " marami pa akong idedeliver", with that arrogant face.
Sabi nya di daw nya fault na kulang, mas lalo naman hindi ko fault. Hindi na raw cya magdedeliver sa amin. Hello, tinakot ba namn ako. Andami kayang couriers. Hassle daw sa kanya. Hay naku! Im totally disappointed with that kind of service.

I got two parcels which were about to be picked up by Feb 12. Since I will not be around by the said pick-up date, I requested my staff to anticipate J&T on my behalf. He did call me by 12:21PM, and since number is unknown, I didnt take the call and sent him a message instead (Who's this? 12:22PM; If this is from J&T my parcel is on Cruzada,thank u 12:27PM) When I got home, I was surprised that both parcels are still in the house, in short,NOT PICKED UP. I waited for another day, and by Feb 14, I sent him again a message why it wasnt picked up but got no replied.Even my calls were not taken. I already called and sent PM on J&T cust service to follow up, again,still not picked up. Today, Feb 15, the rider called me up and I asked him if he really did come here in our premise.He answered yes, and I asked him again and again since I am more confident that he did not. He said that he went to our office,and complained(on high tone) that I have complicated pick up addresses.This is the same rider whom I requested to send me pouches since Im also working from home.I asked THRICE before he delivered me J&T pouches (not mentioning that he also commented that I should have requested those pouches to his other co-riders). He already picked up the parcel today, leaving one parcel due to packaging issue. I advised him to never ever shout to any customer.And J&T rider doesnt have ID?????? This rider really needs customer service training prior deployment."RESPECT BEGETS RESPECT."

COMPLAINT #12025 - Customer Service Issues
I looked at J&T website and found out that its operation is 24/7 8am to 5pm delivery service including weekends and holidays, yet my item in shopee indicates "Failed to Deliver due to Office closed".Is the corrier not fulfilling its duty, and just marked my item undelivered? I was expecting it will be delivered before Valentine's day since it was packed and sent by the seller 2 days earlier before Valentine's day.

2 boxes should be delivered to the same name and address first box was delivered smoothly, while the other box where held for 2days and tagged for pick up when we specifically indicated to the waybill that it should be delivered door to door and payed express delivery that cost too much, multiple delivery rider handled the box yet was NEVER delivered to the address, no call, no contact at all, they never explained why it was held for 2 days when they did not even attempt to deliver. Already filed a complaint but same scenario. parcel was then put on hold AGAIN! Customer service is also not helpful. report was never made! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

My parcel was supposed to be delivered yesterday by Sir Jaime Matricio. He said he didn’t bring my parcel because it was too big. He said that I should pay first the fee before I get my parcel when it was not valid since it is supposed to be COD. I didn’t agree with him since the parcel is not still given. He rudely said, “Ang gulo niyo kausap. Kung ganyan, i- pick up niyo na lang sa main yung parcel niyo.” Please make action to this immediately. He even said, “I- report niyo ko kung gusto niyo.” And then I found out earlier that my item was shipped back to the seller. I am looking forward to your response re this matter. J&T branch is Roxas, Oriental Mindoro.

I am really disappointed with the kind of service your rider has showcased today. I would like to respectfully request to reprimand your rider, Mr. James Obispo, with cellphone number +639 486514697 for the rude behavior he manifested with my mother, who is a person with disability.
I am not expecting any parcel from today, since what he delivered was already coordinated to the seller to be cancelled, and be returned by J&T Express. I was shock when this driver showed up to my house, without even calling me for confirmation if I can receive the parcel or not. He claimed that he keeps on calling me, but I did not receive any phone calls from his number, and he also claimed that the number cannot be reached.
My parents, puzzled also, were asked to pay certain amount, where in fact they avoid to pay since they do not know what is inside the package. The rider, then ALLOWED them to open the package to see what is inside. Upon informing my parents that the product is already cancelled and the seller know it already and expecting that the item will be returned to them, my parents carefully explained the situation as advised by me.
However, your rider showed bad behavior towards my mother, which ends up in a fight.
I want to complaint regarding this because first of all, it is in the right of the customer to know the product before he/she received it for safety purposes. You cannot argue with me that the parcel is opened, since the driver allowed them to do so, even without paying. What I cannot accept is that the rider cannot comprehend the situation that the parcel will be returned to the seller so he keep insisting he was right.
In this matter, I would like to take action regarding this driver and/or reprimand him for his behavior. I need report on this matter, because if not, I will pursue legal actions for violating the Consumers Right Act of 2015 and Magna Carta for Persons with Disability.
I am hoping for your favorable response on this matter.

Rider's name is Zharnarllieff Paclib 09555670208. This rider is a regular to our area and has delivered to us more than 5 times. We never, as in never missed a parcel because we're the ones who reach out to him and call him to notify us when he arrives para fast transaction palagi. I am somehow relieved if Shopee notifies na sya yung rider namin until this incident happened. Out for delivery na yung parcel as per Shopee and I texted the rider multiple times to remind him what to do. The usual. We cleared our schedule para andito kami sa bahay when the parcel arrives. Pero he didnt show up. The day after, nag deliver na sya but he's like attempting na mamiss talaga namin yung parcel kasi he texted me only once and nabasa ko yung message 10 mins ago na. Buti nalang he's still at our gate. Nakatambay lang sya dun for 10 mins? Hmm. Pero upon receiving, reported na pala kami based sa sticker ng parcel na unavailable daw kami the first time he attempted to deliver.

Idedeliver ng rider ang parcel ko nitong thursday lang kahapon. kaso wla ako sa batangas at nasa lipa ako. Nag request ako kay rider na kung pde ereschedule nalang un parcel ko. Saturday off ko un. Hndi sya nag reply kaya nalagay loob ko na saturday tas ngaun friday nya ededeliver. COMPLAINT #11667 - Delivery Issues
My driver’s name is T VENCENT SUAN. His contact number is 09502156405. He delivered my parcel and then i proceeded to pay him 1,500 pesos because my total amount to pay for is 1,144 pesos but he gave me only 60 pesos as my change. I didn’t notice at first but then I counted my money not even a few minutes after and then I called him back, he then came back and wouldn’t give me my change. He even proceeded to tell me that I only gave him 1,200 when in fact my lolo could confirmthat he saw me give him 1,500 pesos. We settled and he gave me only 150 pesos because I wouldn’t stop asking for my money and my lolo wanted us to stop arguing. I’m complaining because I think he’s not able to do his job well and I don’t want this to happen to other customers as well.

Hi,
I had a parcel yesterday that was out for delivery. I texted the driver so I can meet him as we won't be home the whole day up until the next day. I dont want my parcel to be returned so i did my best to reach out to him to meet him anywhere just to get my parcel. But this rider made me look like a fool and told me that he left the parcel as it won't fit in his motorcycle or whatever. Assuming that it wont fit it means he never bring it with him from the warehouse. So I asked him the warehouse address and that I will pick it up myself. He provided me just a landmark and even asked me what time I will pick it up. I responded and really looked for their warehouse and just to find out that he brought it with him. When I talked to him over the phone I never heard him saying sorry and even rudely asked me what to do then. I really wanted to teach this rude driver a lesson. If we will let it pass, he will think that he can do it the next time. We've been getting many deliveries already and even meet up with the driver if we are not home but this rider is really arrogant!!!! I had my knee surgery and having this shoes which I ordered from Celin gave me hope that I can again wear rubber shoes and not always those rubber slip ons. I have our text messages attached with explanation. hope you can help me please reach this to the proper department. Thank you so much and god bless us.
