Hi i would like to complain the behavior of one of your riders named Arnel Arizala. This occured in Iloilo. He has been making offensive remarks towards our under age daughter during his deliveries. We have given him many chances but this time we have reached our limit. I hope you will do something to resolve this otherwise we will be forced to take further actions.

I requested to ship a parcel on December 19, but until now they havent receive the item. I called your customer service and they advised that it will take 2 to 3 days to deliver parcel from Pasig to Bicol! Its been 9 days now!! I shiped the item for christmas!! he didn't inform me that he is going to deliver my parcel . im waiting with his call but nobody call my number in that day. i called their office one of their admin said that the rider txt me on that day but wala akong na received,they already know that we are in the province even he txt my number but much better he also call me just to be sure that i am going to received his information about my parcel. dapat tumatawag kasi my possibility na hindi matatanggap ang txt .. this is not my first incounter pero pinagbibigyan ko lamg namn yon pero parang nakakabwesit na kasi attitude nito . willing akong mag memeet up or pick up wag lang i return to seller na hindi man lang ako iniinform na may parcel na pala ako kasi nag mumukha akong tanga sa paghihintay ng parcel .

I didn't receive any text or call to that rider before delivery, then he came to my house and I told him that the parcel is for pick up because the receiver is not available for now. I told him it will be picked up later. Then before he go out he cursed.

The delivery is not directly going to our houses. It will only go to the checkpoint of our community with how many kilometers away from our houses. The reason is that their medical certificate has been expired so they are not allowed to enter pur community. However, The problem last for already a week. They will deliver the parcel to other deliverymen which has other shipping fee (per item) going now to our houses. Double shipping fee is a burden to our pockets. Hope to solve this issue. Thank you

Mahirap mag deliver oo.pero working from home din halos lahat ngayon.iba may duty rin so hindi sa lahat ng oras nasasagot tawag nyo though nag aabang kami.kinakausap ng maayos regarding the direction binabaan pa ko ng fon.true pala! The name of the rider of J&T is Ricardo Valenzuela Jr. He is very arrogant the way he handles customer. At that time i was still working then he called but my cousin is the one who answered the phone, my cousin told the rider to wait in the sand area coz we will be there thats around 1:38pm but unfortunately i was not able to go there due to bz doing paperworks, so the rider called again at 1:45pm but i was not able to answer it. I did callback at 2pm since im off duty already at that time but he answered the phone arrogantly then he hang up to me. So i called him again but he said; I cant deliver your parcel if you want get it in the office. Look j&t how unprofessional this rider is. Please help me, take an action to this cause this kind of rider you have will ruined the reputation of your company

Ang tagal dumating ng parcel ko it was ship last december 12 and until now december 23 wala parin :( nkakadisappoint ngayun ko lng na experience to sobrang tagal nasa davao del sur na sya last dec 19 pa pro until now di pa dumating sa Davao City. I rendered services from J&t project 4 branch last 12-16-2020. My product is car gauge. All is good with the packaging and all i took a picture before agent wrapped it. Just today 12-22 my parcel was received by recipient and when he opened the goods everything was broken. Definitely its the deliveries fault though it is indicated on the box its fragile. How will you compensate me for this? Recipient wants a refund and wants to have the goods returned. I will not be able to sell it anymore since its broken!. I need your action ASAP.

I would like to complaint about the delivery issue of my item with tracking number900035920330. As of this writing, i found out that the parcel is on the way to return to sender when in fact there is no delivery attempt even once. I called the J&T Barobo, Surigao del Sur branch and the supervisor said that on the 1st attempt the sprinter failed to bring the parxel due to bulk parcel to be delivered. On the second attempt a part timer was assigned to deliver it but was not able to deliver it in the delivery address and no notification about the delivery i received not even text or call. I tried to negotiate to hold the parcel which is in Agusan del Norte because i have a co-worker who will go home tomorrow and willing to get the parcel but failed. The supervisor said that the parcel cannot be hold since it was already tagged as rts. I am so disappointed because my reputation in the shop where i order the goods will be damage. I hope you could improve your delivery services.

Got a notification from the JN&T itself that my parcel would be delivered yesterday December 19, 2020 yet I haven't received any call or text fron the driver that he's already there. Today, December 20,2020. I received another text from JN&T that it will be delivered again so I waited up to 1PM and I fall asleep afterwards. Around 6PM, I texted the driver Glenn Taghoy as to why it was not delivered. He called me after few minutes and said that on December 19, he called me yet I was unreachable? Like what the hell? I keep my phone's lune open the whole day and haven't received any call or message that it will be delivered. Same goes on the next day. He even said that he was already there at 9AM? Yet I didn't receive any call or text? He's totally lying

I would like to report this rider Estrada renato bagong silang 1 branch nyu. Ang lapit ng bagong silang saamin. But unfortunately wala pong dumadating na package bayad ung parcel ko. Sana naman nag update yung rider nyu. Nagtxt ako walang reply. Tumawag ako wrong number daw. 11k plus ang worth ng package ko. Buong araw ako nag antay ng package na yan. As of 10:54 today dec. 20 2020. Wala nakatulog na ako kakaantay walang dumarating. Nakakainis po yang ganyan. Bayad na nga . Ang tagal pa ideliver. Out for delivery pa rin naman ang nakalagay kay shopee pero kasi. Kakabahan ako. Ndi ko makontak rider nyu. Gosh. Iisipin ko talaga na nanakaw na ung tablet ko. First time ko to maencounter sainyo. Na nagtx kau na idedeliver then walang dumating. Nakakakaba naman.

The address written on the parcel was exact and complete. Including the house number, block number, lot number, street, subdivision, and barangay. I was preoccupied with some important private matters hence I couldn’t attend to my phone for an hour. At that time he txted saying he’s at my street already but i wasn’t able to read it. He called but I couldn’t answer. So i txted later to confirm whether he rang the doorbell at our house. Instead he reasoned out that “your phone was ringing. You didn’t answer it. Now i’m at the warehouse already. I’ll w tomorrow”. That was at 3:30 pm. I’m completely fine with the delay in the delivery. But passing the blame to me just because my phone was ringing and implying that I purposefully ignored his call is beyond the line. Driver is J.E. Martinez.

I want to submit an complaint J&T Express Dipolog Branch, I had a COD that is supposed to be delivered 12/17/2020 and the Rider did contact me but then I was doing something important by the time the rider thus, I was not able to respond. The next day I was expecting the rider to re-deliver it but I no attempt made I received the message from the rider later in the afternoon and I called the rider to try to arrange the re-delivery but instead the right is very rude in talking to me on the phone saying I didn't contact him when in fact I am already calling and talking to him on the phone. I've had so many COD orders not only from J&T and this is the only incident where your personnel/rider is not doing his job in attempting to deliver the parcel and then now 12/19/2020, I will see that he returned the parcel to the seller when I already contacted him asked him to redeliver. The name of the rider is Renando Mantua, Jr which is from J&T Express Dipolog branch. Please make sure your riders are professional and are well-trained enough because it seems that instead of doing what was expected from them, they will only do the thing that is on their advantage without thinking about their customers.

Hi. 781056059976 is my order number. I wanna file a case regarding to the rider name Jefferson Gammad phone number 09754785361. I'm waiting for the item to deliver. Upon 6pm the rider called me asking about my address. I give him all the details. Then he agreed to that. Then the call was ended.

After wards. He texted me that I drop the phone call and he can't even reach me out saying that I should text him to reschedule the delivery time. Here's the proof.

I don't have the audio recording but I can give you text messages and please contact their boss regarding this rude courier.

I would like to formally file a complaint regarding one of your employee, I am a seller in shopee. Someone ordered (San Francisco 49ers by Starter)on 12/15/2020 13:08, I scheduled pick up on 12/16/2020, The rider went to pick up the parcel however he was not able to provide a waybill so I did not let him picked up the item, I told the rider to come back the next day to pick it up and make sure to bring the waybill. I still have the parcel in my possession. NO ONE PICKED UP THE ITEM FROM ME, HOW COME JNT DELIVERED A PACKAGE TO MY BUYER?! Please do quick action about this!
