Why on earth this FERNAN AFRICA deliver my order when i specifically mentioned PREFERENCE DURING OFFICE HOURS. JNT riders knew about Adventist University of the Philippines (AUP). NO TRANSACTIONS Every Saturday, because ADVENTIST/ SABADISTA. He even didn't notify me whatsoever. He automatically reported me as UNAVAILABLE, which could damage my reputation from shoppee as buyer.

J&T haven't delivered my order yet! They said they can't deliver it yesterday but then today, it's been almost night and they still haven't delivered it. Even changed the courier but it still never came! Tried contacting them but they keep saying I should wait and wait and wait. It's been too long! They should've said they will deliver it today if they can't commit!!!!!

In the tracking system, they even said I'm unavailable even though I'm only at my house! No J&T courier came and delivered the product.

I had a delivery amounting to 1700. The money I paid was already segregated the night before. I counted the money in front of him as he gave me my package. After a few minutes he calls me back saying I just gave him 1600 when I clearly paid 1700. He caused a scene in our place saying that even if I die today you just gave me 1600. I told him I clearly counted it in front of you. I gave you 1700 and then you gave me the package now you are telling me it's only 1600. Your delivery man's name is Alex Cerace. This is an unscrupulous way of dealing with your customers. Kindly address this asap if not addressed I'll be posting this on my social media pages.

I received my parcel opened on the side and fixed it with a tape labeled jtexpress. when I check the items one item is missing and that item is surely can fit in the already opened area. I confirmed that the items are complete before they received it from the transit.. I think there's something happened

The cracked box I've ordered with Shoppee and delivered thru J&T Services was truly unsafisfying. The seller sent this box whole and new. But your courier delivered this just like a broken and recycled box. So disappointing! How is these damages will be charged to J&T and its people who mishandled this item? I've paid for the exact and right amount. But I didn't get the right services. Hoping for your action plan towards this matter. I would not go for the social media to post this and put your company and people into shame, especially the tracking day, time, the name your people and its contact number. Just do your part to correct this matter. Hoping for a positive response with this.

We booked on J&T using their App. We expected the parcels to be delivered door to door. Tracked it and the branch where they dropped our parcels was sooo far from where we booked. We only knew that the place wasn't reachable by this courier when our parcels returned. We went to the Branch only to be blamed by them by not asking them about the place like seriously? It was on their app. It was understood that they can deliver it door to door. Not to make my Uncle swim water to get there. We asked for REFUND and they're not giving it.

I was expecting a delivery today. The J&T texted me around quarter to 10 or let me specify 9:43 am and the text goes like this, "J&T DELIVERY!TN: 780939817772 Rider:Jerome Magbunag639269276837. For COD pls prepare exact amount. Photo proof of delivery is required. Thanks and be safe!." Yet, no package arrived. I am hoping it will be delivered tomorrow. I know I am not the only costumer but I have customers waiting, too. It is not a package for my personal use but for my customers. I know it's pandemic but we're all in need.Then I tracked the number but the website will just state that the "queries failed". I

Same po, it says queries failed. Hindi pa naman po out for deliver sa akin but since nov 29 grabi, stock and static yung shipment. Walanag movement mag-iisang linggo na

Hi,

Delivery ryder Roden Matimtim should have delivered my order yesterday. I received an automated message from JNT that the delivery was yesterday. It waa alredy 8pm that I realize no one came. So I checked the status. It shows on the status the "the buyer rescheduled"

He didnt even called or text me. I wonder where he got that. Hopefully it will be delivered today. The number provided as well on the system is invalid. Pleaae recheck. Otherwise this will be complained to the office of the President.

Ordered 3 gowns, only 2 arrived. The seller from shoppee sent pics before shipping. But when the parcel arrived, there was a rip in the plastic and only 2 gowns were inside. Called the delivery guy and said it already had a rip when he got it from their hub. Clearly someone is stealing products from patcel.

I would like to lure your attention to an important issue that I have faced lately due to your branch services. I bought an item on Shoppee,worth 1164 but the rider didn't gave the exact change i was supposed to receive,I gave him 2,000 he was supposed to give 836 but i was unsure and asked him "sobra po ata sir" (sir i thinks it's too much) that is why he get the 500 back. Later, i realize i was wrong and texted him immedietly but then he isn't answering or replying my call & text. After an hour he replied, see attached picture to see the convo, and the assigned rider who was supposed to be the one who'll give mu parcel is someone. This person called me early in the morning telling that his brother(the person who is assigned on my parcel)wont be the one sending the parcel since he is annoyed by me . And the one who called me began lecturing me.

The ruddest rider I havr encountered in my entire experience with j&t or orders from shoppee. This rider name Longino Riconalla is very irresponsible and refused to deliver my order at home. I am very disappointed how he coordinate that he wanted us to go pick it up instead of him delivering it. Many time that i have received a delivery he is the only one who complaint not to bring my order to my home address. Order conf# 760167696167.


Teach your employee the true service of the Filipino! I am also an employee and i always make sure my customer gets the best service that they can. If he no longer loves his job , then he shouldn't be working this field of work.

As I understand, you are supposed to at least send SMS to the receiver if the items is out for delivery. I am unhappy with your delivery man MICHAEL VALENZUELA. He tried to deliver the item around 12:45pm yesterday Nov 24 and i told him that my husband is out to withdraw money. I asked him to come back later since i was not aware that it will be delivered but he answered me that he cannot because he wants to go home early. I appreciate fast delivery service of J &T 5 STAR for that but with the courier 0. I felt humiliated when he texted me that item will be redelivered today because i dont have money to pay for it. I have the money if he just texted me earlier to prepare it.. and the approach is not proper as well.

The rider assign to deliver was unavailable the whole day when it was scheduled for deliver. When I tracked my order by 5pm it was already Failed delivery due to customer Unavailable. The fact The rider never contacted me, i tried contacting the rider the number the whole day but it was unavailble.
