I understand that the way is not good, that's why i told him that i will meet him in nearby place. But he insisted to pick up the parcel in his settled place. He is so rude

I received a message from J&T that my parcel is out for delivery by Rider:Roma Junrey A (639223707707) DELIVERY!TN: 780809801250. I send a text message to the rider around 9am asking what time he will deliver my order and I state my exact location so that he will not find it difficult to locate my place. I got a response around 1pm stating that he can't contact my number. I replied that the signal in our place is not stable it is because of the bad weather. And I ask if he is already in our place. I got no response until evening. Around 10 pm I checked the website and track my order. I was being tagged as : Delivery failed due to customer unavailable. I messaged the rider why I am tagged as customer unavailable and got no response still. How come I am not available when I already contacted him and stated my exact location? This is the secind time around that I've experienced the same problem. And I know that the problem is within the riders because I've got a lot of deliveries for my past orders and they can deliver it in my location. And now this is happening. A very big DISAPPOINTMENT.

My parcel was shipped on Oc. 28, 2020 and 'til now, its status is to be transferred to Calamba (Laguna). It has been 7 days already and it's still stuck there. It is supposed to be delivered today, Nov. 4, 2020, as indicated here. Please, resolve this. I have already paid for the items. Thank you.

Hello po complain ko lang sahod ng brother ko noong july 2020 hangang ngaun wala parin puro lang follow up ni responce wala. Sino bang maasar doon dba

Good afternoon ma'am/sir I'm GEA E. CAMINOS I have some concerns regarding of my two parcels which is shipped out on OCT. 26, & OCT. 27, 2020, but sad to say my parcels are all still there in METRO MANILA DC and it didn't move at all, it never departed from CEBU area. Mostly my parcels came to me 6 days after it shipped. Then,why until now I didn't received any of it. Kindly please follow up of it if why this is happening because I have also customers here waiting for their orders.

Good day! I’m writing to you to make a complaint about my parcel. It has already been shipped out on Oct. 24, 2020 and until now it still did not arrive. It has been in Metro Manila on Oct. 25, 2020 and did not move since then. It has been 6 days already. It would’ve been okay if it takes 7 days or more as long as it’s already near my location but it isn’t. I hope you‘ll make an action on this matter as soon as possible.

J&T Lagawe was not able to deliver my orders because of the heavy rains and landslides so they postponed it on the next day. But then they messaged that they cannot continue their deliveries because of the advise of the police officers. The next day there were no rains and I saw another courier's truck was able to come. It has been two days and there has been no rains. One of my parcel's status is on hold, while the other is returning to the seller without informing me. They only informed of the other product, where I responded that it was ok for me to wait, I think that's why it is still on hold. Also, they messaged that I should order it again from the seller but it's not that easy because those were ordered when they were on sale at a lower price! Now the price got higher! Attached are the proof. The speakers are the ones returning to seller.

Earlier around 2pm Nag paship kami ng parcel sa J&T francia branch naga city camarines sur. my parcel was neglected because it doesn't have barcode. But my last transactions i used the barcode but what they did every time i presented the barcode they did not scan the barcode, what they did was to process it the regular way or manually. So it came to my mind that it was useless because the staff are not using it. And I ask my costumer that was a manager in j&t in other place. She said that it is not possible to neglect the parcel. She also said that the barcode upgrade eh para mapa bilis ang transactions because of the pandemic. She also said that it is always welcome to process regular transactions with out the barcode just follow the safety protocols in the store branch. Im also disappointed with the staff that I've talk (Ralph Alarcon) he was rude and not helpful with my concerns. Ive explained my part and his response did not even clarify things.But what he said is then go file a complain if you want I'll accompany you he said that in rude way. Considering that Im a costumer. Im a shopee seller and my courier is J&T. And Ive been a long time costumer of j&t since it opened here few years back. I've encountered a lot of problems with j&t but this is only time na nagreklamo ako. Because this is a lot and the so disappointing as a loyal costumer of j&t. I hope I received a response and action about this matter. (Bellow I presented my screenshot as evidence) I have enough photos as my evidence but 1 photo lang ang pwede ilagay.

Very demanding as if I also don't have a job to do, I was barganning with him to wait for a while since im still on my way to meet him ( i have work) but was very impatient (no prior notice that the parcel will be delivered that day,so i did not expect it ,so I could have anticipated for it and arranged someone else to meet the package atleast, i was only notified when he was already on the spot on my delivery location which I was not there because i have work) , we have set 3 aggreements regarding the time but he failed to follow , i've been waiting for almost an hour and more, I was also trying to call him but no answer. after 1hour and more he came but I already left since I also have an errand to do. He got angry eventually and told me "pinagtritripan ko sya" without considering that I have been contacting him and waited for 1hour and more, i have altered my prior schedules just to adjust with his schedule because i understand that he has other deliveries to do,but very impatient and inconsiderate, i didn't like how he acted on me he was very demanding.

so he offered me that i can cancel the parcel which I agreed immediately. But after a week I received a message that i have a parcel out for delivery from unknown number ,i thought it was another order i had from other seller, but it was the same parcel before, and again without prior notice that he will deliver it that day (knowing i have work so i excused myself from work again which shoyld not be so i can just meet him), to my frustration, i expected that the order was already sent back to the seller, and as I was talking with him he was trying to avoid me, he could atleast turned off his engine (motor) so i could hear what he was saying but instead he was accelerating his engine as if intimidating me, i don't know what he is trying to prove to me, but with that attitude im very dissapointed so i told him that i will not pay for it because he already said it(came from his own words) that they will just sent it back to the seller or i could just cancel it.. (but i could have just got or received the parcel disregarding what happened before his first delivery to me if only he was sorry and talked to me as a decent person, but instead with that attitude that he showed me i was dissapointed)

i have no photo because he was not talking to me decently we hade short time talking because even if i was not yet done with what i was sayin he already left (i was shocked with his actions and how he acted, is this how you treat your costumers) ,as i mentioned above that he was accelarating his motor so i could not talk to him properly

This has been my 6th delivery from yor branch in Naval, Biliran na hindi naidiliver, ang rason palagi closure of boarder, bakit mga order ko sa lazada, at iba pa naidiliver ni ninja van at LBC, at AP cargo, tanhing sa inyo lang, and this causes so much damage and loses to my business, there has been no closure of boarder kasinyung supplier ko also is from Naval, Biliran Mr. Juve Ang, araw-araw nagdeliver siya sa akin, pangalawa bakit yung J&T van ninyo labas pasok sa Naval kung meron man talagang closure hindi makapasok sana at hindi makalabas, pero walang closure kasi ako nga mismo pumapasok sa Naval mamalengke, anung closure ba na sinasabi nila? Hindi lang ako ang napwerhesyo na ng branch ninyo sa Naval, Bilirin, basta basta na lang magtext na closure of boarder d sila makapagdeliver, pero ang parcel ko sa ibang company naideliver, minsan kasi nagnot na kami pagnag.order kami na huwag na J&T kasi ni ididiliver ng Naval,Biliran branch, pero meron lang talaga minsan na di ko manote, ito po Sir, yung Van ninyo bago makapasok sa Naval, Biliran dadaan yan sa amin, Katabi lang namin si Naval, Biliran, iisa lang boarder namin tapos lulukuhin pa kami ng branch ninyo, just today two of my parcel s a very important supplies sa business ko has just failed to deliver kasi daw closure,magbibigay ng number invalid number. Anu ba yan.tapos puntahan mo mga aroganti at bastos mga staff. Rhis is just a simple complain pero parami ng parami ang nababastos na ng Naval,Biliran branch ninyo.
If you care your business then I hooe you can do something to your Naval, Biliran branch.

A new rider named Ahmad Gulam Amat P639360213532 was noted shouting many unpleasant words after I wasn't able to answer his text and went outside of my office as I was attending to many patients at City Health Office Lamitan. I was shocked in the way he acted, he was very different from the previous rider who delivers my parcel. This rider (Amat) does not even answer well on the phone and is so demanding on his text, as if we do not have an important job to do.

This is to call your attention about your delivery men, though not all of them, they will call to deliver your parcel. Customer is waiting the whole day but no delivery will arrive. This happens to me for ao many times and i already find it annoying. Waste of time waiting & lack of commitment to customers. They are inconsiderate of the schedule of customers. I myself will postpone or cancel other transactions just to wait for my parcel but nothing arrives. I try to call or txt them but no answer at all. I hope this practice will be stopped & corrected the soonest possible time. Thank you

I would like to inform the management about the way Maasin Southern Leyte J&T regarding on how some delivery men delivers the items. We have a parcel given to us today Feb 9 about 6pm by somebody unknown and said that the J&T delivery man allows her to bring my parcel and give to me. The question is What if that person will not give to me my parcel ang run it away? Would J&T will pay me? Ok lang ba yun na ipa dala2x lang sa ibang tao ang mga parcel namin? Paano kung mamahalin ang laman nun di mawawala na? Hoping will not happen again.

I would to complain mr (Christian zapanta) rizal branch due of his delivery time is always late i get notified everytime that he get the item earlier but he didn't deliver it on that time he delivered around 6pm onwards and thats a bad habit it didn't happen just once it happened all the time pls do take action about his attitude i send the screen to of the time he received the item now its already 630 pm but still the item is not yet delivered here...
