I would like to file a complaint against this rider name, Alejandro Impas ,this is not the first time he pissed me off..He is unprofessional in the way he handles his delivery.He can’t even memorize the place he used to deliver with.. It is very inconvenient for customers like me who is 8 months pregnant to wait so long before he arrives just because he doesn’t know the exact location where in fact he already delivers here multiples times already...I hope J&T could choose their riders properly .This is so annoying.

I was expecting a delivery today thru lazada. I received a text from J&T, item will be delivered today with the name and phone number of the personnel who were supposed to deliver the item. It already passed 5pm and my delivery hasnt arrived yet. So i texted the number provided

I was on quarantine the time they deliver. The rider cannot contact me since The number I registered is not working. So I called the rider that time but after informing that I am on quarantine and our house is under lockdown. I was advised to get it in their office. He also advised me to reschedule it but it was the 3rd attempt to be delivered. Bacolod is under MECQ and I cannot just travel knowing that I just finish my quarantine.
I hope you J&T will give consideration for certain circumstances and not just return it to the sender. Now both me and the sender has problem already because of being inconsiderate of your delive try.

Hello! I am really pissed off this morning because of your couriers! Actually this is not the first time it happens! Your drivers will not deliver my order to my exact location and they will ask us to pick it up in the area wherein it’s really far from our home!!!! This is an absolute bullshit!!! I am working at home and it’s very inconvenient from our side! I keep on asking my little sibling to collect it even it’s very far, and when my siblings will arrive to the said area, the courier’s not there!!!! They should do their job very well! I need you to sort this out ASAP!!!

Before putting "customer is unavailable" as remark make sure you contacted your client that you can't deliver the parcel on the said address otherwise the customer will assume that you will deliver the parcel on the same day.

Hi, i would like to inquire if there is an existing cut off time policy for your daily transaction?
I am a bit frustrated when i went to J&T Bogo City branch around 2 pm this afternoon to ship/return a parcel however, i was denied transaction because they had already cut off all transactions for the day!!! Apparently they only do transactions between 8-11am. What a short time of doing business!!! If this is the case then youd better close down!!!

COMPLAINT #6438 - Customer Service Issues
I was notified that my package will arrived today earlier in the morning. It was also picked up by the rider in the morning. So, I waited for a whole day but he texted me late at night saying that he will just reschedule it tomorrow. I would have told him, he better deliver it first to me before delivering to other places. But I was kind enough. Isn't there any liable cost for us buyers when the rider couldn't even gave us reasons why our expected package cannot be delivered on the expected date?

May issue po yata tayo sa FALSE INFORMATION.
1.) Sabi sa text niya, di raw ako ma contact- wala naman akong narereceive na calls or texts aside sa last message which was the only one I got.
2.) Ang location ko po is known kasi matagal na pong internet cafe tong sister ko, known din ang mga malalapit na establishments and mga kilala na namin halos lahat dito pati mga guards kasi kinakaibigan namin
3.)Always may bantay ang cafe kahit di kami nagpapapasok, bukas nga ang pinto pero may naka harang na grills. I have my 3 siblings na nakastation near sa door & infront sa door so makikita nila and maririnig nila kung may tatawag plus may CCTV cameras kami so if incase needed to file a complaint to have this kind of irregularities sanctioned. We condemn false information that impacts our profile, business in both ways & the loss of time since the parcel is needed for health purposes.
4.) Same day, na deliver yung isa kong parcel na di tumawag nor nag text pero nahanap nila ang place ko. Same time + date dumating sa Tacloban, same courier pero different delivery personnels... yung isang parcel ko nadeliver nga after 6pm on that same day.
5.) Ilang beses ako nagmessage pero walang reply until today.
6.) Paid na ang parcel, ano pa ba mahirap sa pagdeliver nalang?
I hope your company would invest on your customer service trainings, credibility & responsibility build up, consistency on doing SOP & communication skills.

Please deliver my parcel at (name of establishment) fronting (name of establishment). (same address, basically, I was trying to help about the location).
I didn't get a text or call from you so I just want you to know in advance that this is well documented in case I have to file a complaint due to irresponsibility & credibility matters.

Pls be open minded in helping Mr. I***** G*****'s challenges from yesterday's delivery. I don't mean harm but improvements only. I am a pro employee but not on the wrong doings of an employee. Please improve your service matters from communications to technicalities.
I appreciate this extra mile of helping me and the people should know how you stepped up to clean this problem.
