Here's to file a complain about your pick up driver here in Pampanga (Telabastagan). He scammed me and other people about selling dried fish and ended up not giving us the product. He used J&T's pick up number to sell goods that's why when I wanted to contact him he wasn't reachable already. Attached here is a proof of payment and the conversation we had when he was selling to his products. His name is "Sede Viray" (not sure of the spelling) and he used the Gcash account of Daisy Lene D to make transactions.

The item delivered is in bad shape, three sides of it was broken,talked to seller about the issue and they assured me that before they ship the item it is in a good shape and not damaged. The problem is your company did not handle the item carefully and I was very convinced that it was the courier's fault prior to your issues that goes trending. How your personels handled parcels is very upsetting.

They dont want to delivdr my parcel cause they said it is out of delivery and too far but why is it listed in thier drop off place list. And now said to pick it up in there branch . And make my parent pay for commuting to come pick the parcel up there. And when i call there saying.. dont be "atat". We are talking about our payment and also our parcel.. then they'll just tell that not to be "ATAT". Were dont just pick the money on the groud my parent work for it.. and then their just saying those words.they text my brother that thwy will deliver it in banisilan but then they after it the call again and said they cant deliver it.. are they toying with us..or waiting us to offer something. Im really dissapointed..i encourage the complainants..pres. duterte let the nbi invistigate them and the police..if they got many complains pres. Will close them .lets go

Comment the delivery guy even had the audacity to tell me to hurry after I agreed to just meet him in his choice of delivery place.

My partner ordered items in shopee multiple times and it we're delivered by j&t express as always. The other raiders are good because they delivered actually in the area except of the other one. Your raider name Jerry Mendoza located at La Carlota City, Negros Occidental branch he was the one would delivered the package he had a lot of reasons and he wanted to met him along the highway. I understand that since the weather was not good but the second time still the same and he had a reason also that he carried a lot of package but I think it was not and the weather is good also and the worst is he didn't provide me the change like 18 pesos since his all money was 1000 peso bill.

Your parcel driver Alex Martinez shouted at me over the phone. He cannot find my place and I have told him every detail that I have in order for him to find me. I even walked in order for him to see me. I just cannot understand why he shouted at me over the phone.I hope you can do about this complaint.

It happened to me not just once nor twice and I am soooo disappointed about it. Some riders tend to tagged my parcel automatically as "RESCHEDULE BY BUYER" even without me knowing. They didn't even attempted to call me nor text or deliver the parcel to me. And it happens mostly on my PAID PARCELS and it really pisses me off!!!

Are delivering damaged items to customers. Despite being labelled as Fragile Items and already shows the signs that the items are damaged, bent and crushed, they simply put heavy tape on the item and has the nerve to deliver it to the poor buyers.
They should not deliver it in the first place and tagged it as damaged because their Company J&T Express mishandled the items that were handed to them properly by the sender.
These two branches should be investigated and heavily fined for their unscrupulous acts.

I would like to know why i have to pick up my item to the warehouse and i had to rent a car with the amount of 200 just to pick up those. I MADE MY PURCHASE ON 11.11 FOR ME TO AVAIL FREE SHIPPING AND DISCOUNTS.NOW, BECAUSE OF MY ITEMS ARE HUGE ITS MY PROBLEM TO PICK IT UP AND HAD TO PAY FOR A RENT JUST TO PICK UP THOSE. Good day! This is to file a written complaint to a certain sub con from Lipa branch- EARLVIN BOLANOS. I sent my parcel last week and received by my buyer Nov 3 or 4. It was from my online shop but since I just set up a week before I sent my parcel, i thought it was COD mode of payment. However after much time checking with the online shop customer service, it was sorted that I just sent it as a regular shipping which my buyer paid for 238. Upon receiving the parcel, she immediately sent me a private message thanking me for the package and the freebie I gave her. I sent a message to Chester Mayon QA of J&T Lipa branch and he handed the phone to a certain EARLVIN BOLANOS. This guys doesn’t even know how to execute due process. As soon as I spoke to him, he just insisted that there was no payment made by my buyer, and he will fight for that. Which irritated me. Let me remind him that I am the customer and that he should listen first before making any judgement. He didn’t give any resolution. He is asking for a proof. Okay, how the hell will I get a proof? the money was handed to the courier as per my buyers instruction, and never did it happen to any courier company to take a picture for a COD right? You take pictures as a proof that the parcel was delivered but never for payment because I know for a fact it was illegal to receive for j&t courier especially for a regular shipping right? He insisted he will fight for the courier.. ahm okay, you’ll fight for what? Again, without any proper investigation? So, where is the due process? Where is the fair trial? Lastly, he is a bit rude and inconsiderate. He kept on saying since there is no proof he will fight for his courier. This is really disappointing. Your company and service is okay. But the people working below needs more training. I think they should know how to take care of their customer and the customer will take care of your business.

The delivery man was rude and doesn't know what customer service is. The delivery man called 7:58am for my delivery but he arrived at 10:00am. The delivery man also took long to reply. 40 mins waiting time for his rude reply. After meeting the delivery man he spoke so rude. Doesn't know how to respect a customer.
