Tumawag kami sa rider for update KOng nadiliver na ba sa reciever naming na malapit lang sa kanila kasi di nmin ma pick parcel busy pa kami tapos habang nag uusap sila ng asawa KO at rider nyo JNT kinausap KO asawa KO at napataas boses KO sinabi KO sa asawa KO na sarado na ang receiver maka istorbo na kami tapos di naputol pag uusap nila napahinto pa misis KO kasi nag uusap pa kami at biglang sumigaw sa phone ang rider sabay Mora at sinabi yawa o mean demonyo daw ako Yong binigkas nya at may conversation ako na accept nya pag Mora nya sa akin plz take an action of this masakit sakin na morahin ng rider nyo e kami ng asawa KO nag uusap nakisali sya at sinabihan ako ng yawa ,wala kaming bad word na salita ng misis KO bat napasigaw sya ang rider ng yawa o mean demonyo sa akin e di sya kausap ko

The delivery boy failed to deliver the item on the day of the delivery. He was not able to locate my address and didnt even reach me thru phonecall. I was the one who called him pa. So if I didnt call, i wont have any update why my parcel wasnt delivered.

What he did was he simply pass or ask some other delivery boy of J&T express to deliver it to our house, on the day that I called him twice (once in the morning and another in the evening because I am confused why my parcel hasnt arrived yet)

This happened twice already. If he is not competitive enough to be a delivery boy, might as well find another job fitted with his skills. I want to understand him and tried to emphatize but he didnt even apologize for the delay he caused.

Because my parcel was passed to one delivery boy to another, the parcel got damaged and had a hole on the bottom part of it. He handled it with carelessness

I hope you will find action to this. Or maybe ask him first why he keeps on asking other delivery boy to deliver the parcel he was assigned to.

Is that even allowed?

That delivery man you have is not looking for the address that was on the parcel and has the audacity to ask me if I have the correct address on file. That's stupid question, why would I put incorrect address there. That parcel was for my aunt and she's waiting for it and after trying for 1 time they return the parcel. Wtf is this real. Please act on your delivery boy, it's their job to deliver though. They get paid for that, I'm so dissatisfied with your service. Please take action for hilbert nevarez and JOrdan Villanueva will appreciate it.

Hindi ako natutuwa sa serbisyong nyo this previous weeks mukhang naiaba . I've been loyal to j &t since 2 years at ngayun lng ako na disppoint. Laging na rereturn ang oackage ko dahil sa mahirap dn kausap ang delivery man. Pag sasabhn kong pick up . Ayaw nila they dont understand the concern of customers. Im on my bed rest since the doctor adviced me. Then itong mga lintim na delivery man na ndi makausap ng maaus ayaw nila pumayag na for pick up ang package. Kong saa asawa ko papapa pick up ko. Since wala ako sa city nasa province ako c mr. Pinapakuha ko ng package there come always always always a time na nag dedeliver sila pero ndi naabutan ni mr. Kaya na ra2ise ko na pick up kc para makuha cgurado ang package. Noon naman pag tumawag ako sa delivery man pumapayag cla. Ngayun ndi. Isa pa ang labo nilang kausap. Pag cnabe kong paki deliver ang order ko around 1 pm since no pick up cla . Kong ano2 alibay nila na iniwan sa ware house! Bakit iiwan sa ware house. As i check out of delivery.how bulshit !

NOON NAPAKA APPROCHABLE NG MGA NAKAKAUSAP KO EVEN SA MGA delivery man .sa subrang bait nila sa akin bnibgyan ko pa cla ng pang meryenda. Ini insist. Ko .kasi gusto ko masuki ko cla para maus serbisyo nola sa akin. Mag kaiba ang pamamalakad nila compared sa cagayan branch na napaka very approachable.

Sana naman umayos sila at bumalik ang dating pag bibigay ng magandang approach sa customers at para maaus dn cla kausapn ng customers. Ibalik yung dating pwedeng i pick up ang package kc ndi naman lahat ng oras nandon sa bahay ang mag cclaim ng package. Gaya ko na naka bed rest so i need to stay in my province for a month.

Good day.i just want to file a complaint against the way the bayawan city branch was handling the parcel.first i recieved a text saturday morning that my parcel is out for delivery but the courier attempted to deliver the parcel around 5pm but me and my family was out of town already so i ask if i can reschedule it on monday morning and the courier said yes.but sunday morning my parcel was mark "rts".now i recieved again a text at around 6pm that my parcel was out for delivery after an hour it was mark as parcel was reschedule because of buyer reschedule!i never reschedule my parcel's delivery.and no one attempted to deliver it since ut was night already.now i only have 1 day to claim it which is not right.2days was given by shopee for the delivery of the goods.this should be fix asap.

as a seller in shopee it is important for me to send the product on time to all of my customer,UNFORTUNATELY, JNT Rider or i dont know maybe the office itself is not doing their job to pick up the PARCEL that i arrange to pick up on SCHEDULED . In that case i need to go their myself to give them the parcel so that they can send it to my buyer. But currently aside they wasting my time waiting for them to pick up the parcel they didnt even assist me very well and this MANY TIMES!!!! I dont know what to do !? i have several complaint to my buyer and also i got penalized on shopee for not sending the parcel on time. I JUST HOPE THAT THIS KIND OF SITUATION WILL BE FIXED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE BECAUSE ITS RUINING THE BUSINESS OF MANY SELLER IN SHOPEE

I tried contacting the rider to claim the parcel but they won't answer. The number I posted on shoppe is not working that's why I tried calling the rider. I went to their office to ask for updates dec 13 and 14. But they return the parcel to the seller already. The rider post a pic that they went to our house but didnt made the effort to call us out so we can see him outside. This is very frustrating since we trusted JnT so much for our parcel.

I was surprised to learn that my order is to be transferred to leyte which is clearly way too far from the point of destination--- Sorsogon-- which is my address. You my peruse my claim upon the attached photo.

Further, I would like to know what actions you can take to guarantee that the parcel will eventually be delivered to me.

hi j&t express good day! i just want to share my expereceince yesterday. hindi po ako pala complaint na customer pero na dissapoint lang aq sa service ng rider niu na nag deliver sakin kahapon ,. actually j&t ang trusted courier na pinipili ko every time na mag papa deliver ako .,nag kataon lang na gusto ko ipa deliver yung item na inorder ko sa san pedro laguna last tym nag email na dn aq pero hnd complaint kundi pinuri ko yung rider pero nakaka dismaya lang yung kahapon,. ganun ba talaga? pag sa riles ang customer ayaw pmasok ng rider ay hndi nla papasukin,. nakaka kita aq ng mnga j&t sa lugar namin sa maligaya 2 san pedro laguna eto lang ang nabubukod tanging ayaw pumasok ., FYI po buntis aq at gusto ng rider niu na pumunta pa aq sa kanto instead na i door to door nia ,. pano nalang pala pag wala akong kasama sa bahay so lalabasin ko pa ung rider niu ,. eii malayo kami sa kanto ng maligaya 2 ang dahilan sakn ng rider niu nanakawan na sya ng worth of 5k+ ang nanakaw sakanya paano sya mananakawan eii ipapasok nia naman yung motor nya ,. paki aksyonan naman ,. courier din po ng shoppee ang asawa ko pero cavite area,. nakaka walang gana pag ganto ang rider niu thankyou!

Kindly call the attention of theis rider.very unprofessional , he raise his voice when i refuse for a photo taking. First and foresmost this is not the first time i encounter the rude attitude of your rider. Kindlt orient them and REMIND THEM TO PLEASE ASK PERMISSION FIRST BEFORE TAKING OUR PHOTO.

Shopee disabled my Cash on Delivery option because of the 3 unsuccesful delivery attempts that are recorded in their system due to J&T Express, failed to notify me of their delivery dates.But it was recorded in my shopee that they delivered the item on the 24th of November but failed due to buyer reschedule when in fact I did not recieve any notification from J&T express.I only received their notification once, just last Nov 25, 2020 but I was not in the house and I asked the assigned rider to resched the delivery by tomorrow but the rider told me that it will not be possible to resched the delivery because the item will return to the seller by tomorrow. So i asked the rider why it will be returned to the seller immediately when I was informed just once but the rider told me that it was the schedule.

Last Dec 4, 2020, one of the representative from J&T Express Manila texted why I cancelled my order thru online, and I told him/her the whole scenario and confirmed that my order will not be cancelled but still i did not received any notification from J&T Express from that time until now. But when I order shopee, just this Dec 12.12 i was wondering why i did not see COD option of my payment and when I checked the notification it was written there that "the order has been cancelled as it was not possible to perform delivery and collect payment. Hope it will not happen again. Thank you!.

Gumagawa ng sariling pickup location yung rider. Tinext ko kung saan yung address namin, after 1 hour di siya dumating. E ang lapit lang naman. Waiting pa rin. Baka bukas pa o sa ibang araw pa I deliver.

I just want to report the rider named Jayson Ermisin for being so unprofessional, by 11am my package was out for delivery by the courier, but there's no courier appear in our area, then at 7pm he texted me if I'm available to receive my package and I didn't read it right away, It would be better if he called, which he didn't do. When I check my shoppee app it says that the delivery failed because customer is unavailable

Supposed to receive my parcel 12/6/2020, however , rider failed to do so, i received a txt message that he wont be able to deliver it on the said date, the following day i called the rider and said it would be deliver , it is now 7pm 12/7/20 until now it was not delivered
Rider name : jan loyd samonte and Bryan Alvarez from jnt bagong silang. I tried calling both riders Bryan is on DNd , jan loyd blocked me. And the bad thing here they set the status to delivery failed due to customer is unavailable, i confronted Jan loyd about it and said they are not allowed to reschedule taht is why they chose customer unavailable.

I contacted him because I didn't receive any call or text from the rider. I got his number at the system. When I call him he said he will check with his co-rider, but he did not call me back and did not reply. I beg him to deliver it today as it may be my last chance before my parcel will be returned to seller since I already requested last December 04, 2020(holiday) to reschedule it on Monday(today) as we don't have office during holidays. I am really worried because tomorrow will be holiday again. It was really important items, it can't be reordered as I won't have enough time already. Please help me not to return it to seller. I have been waiting for my order for almost 2 weeks already and yet i still haven't received my parcel. The last i heard about it is atleast a week ago and it still has no movement. When i talked to shoppee agents they said that it is out for delivery today, but after talking to them again after not being able to recieved it, they said that it is still in Calamba and has no movement for 8 days. The shoppee agents said that they weren't lying and were inly telling the information given by the J&T team. And as of now i still haven't received anything and i am now certain that they have lost my parcel.
