Yesterday the 11June 2020 me and my wife went to the Pep store at Meddastad mall in Bloemfontein.Upon entering the store one guy that works there told me and my wife to leave our things on the ground at the door.Which we told him we can't as they is no one to lookafter our things. They then starting telling us to leave the shop and the store manager by the name of Boitumelo told us to leave her store.I thought this is not a way to treat clients and I will never go there again.I also realized that they don't even have name badges at that store...so that lady that claims to be a store manager could just be just a general worker there.I would appreciate it this matter could be taken serious as I'm still very upset about the treatment we got.My name is Patrick Lehata my numbers are 0826999715.I will be waiting for your call in this regard

I called you guys earlier regarding my issue with PAXI.

I used PAXI as a mailing entity to deliver my parcels in rusternburg, which they did, except I paid R100 for it as I was told that they charge the amount of money in question for 3 to 5 days delivery service, and that for a 7 to 10 days delivery service is R50.My parcels only got to their destination on the seventh day,and thus the service was for 7to 10 days...I unapologetically want to be reimbursed my R50 back....I have called PAXI so many times to lodge a complaint, but the only good service I got was from the call center, they did their level best to assist me,while the management team just treated my case as mediocre, they have never bothered to contact me and let me know they were running late with my parcel, nor have they tried to contact me after I have lodged complaints multiple times.

I am yet to lodge a complaint with the CGSO...

I visited the Oak fields PEP (Benoni) on Sunday 7 June 2020.
Approachingthe shop, a person with a face-shield squirted sanitizer on me hands. (the face-shield looked like it was through a war!)
No customer count was done and then one member of staff walked to ward where I was looking for shoes, when she was right ontop of me, she leaned over me to grab an empty trolley that was next to me.
I asked her to move away and social distancing requires at least 1 mt between us, and she very rudely blew out her breath and said she need to move the trolley as if that would stop an infection.
I was to stunned to take her name as her arm rubbed against me while she rolled her eyes at me.
Needless to say, I left the store and would not go back there for anything!

As I was walking out, the row at the pay-points was very long and NO distance between customers was promoted or enforced, and then if one person is at till #1 & till #2 opened up the cashiers call the next customer, the space between the Pay-point counter/tills and the shelf across from it is not even 1/2mt wide, so image a person waiting to pay and someone need to go past them to the next till... even it they are both a size 6, they will still touch!

Pep in Bothasig is ridiculous and pathetic. If it's not one casher on duty it's staff that doesn't know what they are doing. I was standing in the que for about 20min then when I got to the front I was told the next customer must come I must wait for the other cashier I then told her to ask her manager to help her who is probably the most rude person in the world she told me no this woman will complain. As someone that works in the same industry I find it as a massavi insult. I will never again support any pep store and I will make sure everyone I know does the same

I was at pep store hartswater next to shoprite yerstady doing shopping when I realize that the product I bought I was charged more amount than what was advitised at the shelf, we went together with a cashier to fetch price, then cashier call in Sandra who was soo mean and rude to me. Cashier petunia explain to Sandra what was the matter then Sandra voided the transaction and said to me can't I see that the barcode are not the same. My duties as a customer when I get into store is to take product and pay the price that was advertised not to check the barcode. And it is the responsibility of the supervisor to override the incorrect pricing not to tell me take it or leave it.

I was recently at the PEP store located at Mark Park shopping centre in Vereeniging. They have a store policy where everyone who enters the store is required to take a shopping basket, they say it's to keep count of how many people are in the store. I was with my mom, who took a basket, and I refused to do so because I'm seriously scared of catching the corona virus, hence I avoid touching anything when going out, unless I absolutely have to. The security guy understood and I proceeded to go in and headed straight to the pj section to get what I had planned to go buy. A few minutes later, the store manager approached me, wearing only a face shield and no mask, insisting that I leave the store because I have a problem with taking a basket, which he says, violates their store policy. So, I left and waited for my mom outside. While waiting, I noticed that their shopping baskets do not get sanitised at all after each customer returns them. On top of that, not everyone wears a mask, some only wear face shields, including people who were coughing, using their hands to cover up!!! I'm not saying that they have the corona virus, but the store manager should be educated on customer service and the pandemic, he is putting people's lives at risk due to his stupidity and arrogance! I plan on taking this issue further and ensure that he gets demoted. He was so rude! I will not be shopping at PEP ever again, I am done! I went to Ackerman's & purchased my pjs and new winter essentials there and was satisfied with their service.

Went PeP Belhar to purchase phone that has WhatsApp function. The lady sold me a phone with this function as requested. Struggled to get the function working and realized that it has no Whatsapp call functions. Returned it to the store and they refused to see my predicament. I decided to call customer care and the lady refuse to see my point .She then said she was gonna find someone else to explain. While holding on for 3 minutes the phone was simply just disconnected.
Can someone explain why i would take a phone that only has Whatsapp messenger and not the call function if the normal phone has a normal messenger service

I bought a Hisense phone from Forest Hill Pep store and when I got home the phone did not switch on. I returned the phone the next day and ths store manager named Sibongile changed the phone battery and told me the phone was fine. Today 13 days later the phone does the same thing, I take it back and now the same store manager can't change it because it has been over 7 days and I have to wait 3 weeks for the phone to be fixed. I initially asked for the phone to be exchanged and was told it is now fine with the new battery but today they can't do the same thing of changing the battery.

Enroute to my job and travelling through the small town of Alexandria in the Eastern Cape, I went into the Pep Stores to buy airtime. No handsanitizer at entrance and none of the staff were wearing masks or faceshields. Not even a scarf. When I questioned the cashier she ignored me and just rolled her eyes at me. This is not acceptable. They are putting the lives of their customers at risk. PLEASE Pepkor address this issue immediately
