1stly I wanted to do a laybuy and I was told it was too small as it won't fit or whatever in their storage and when I said I will add more items they told me that they were closing, 2ndly my parcel was sent from Cape Town I still haven't received it, only to find outit was never given to the courier guy they just scanned it and today, today(Pep Cell) I made a mistake with word I said Memory card instead of USB and when I asked the teller to please change it she said she can't especially now that it's lockdown blah blah blah and the attitude in the main is too bad on old ladies, only the store manager, guys and 1 lady that are sweet. This is Elliotdale store 4706 (if not mistaken)

Last Thursday I went to Pep Heilbron (Freestate) I had my "buff" which fully covers my nose and mouth (Bubbel laag) a big intimidating man asked me rudely "where s your proper mask?" Then "this store only use proper masks. I was so shocked I turn and walked away.Is this rely how you treat your customers?

Today at 11h30 I was insulted in front of everybody by a teller called Lindy at Florida CBD Pep stores in Goldman Street. I was couriering the parcels to Bloemfontein and requested two plastic bags, but she said one will be enough, although I told her to give me two. As I estimated my parcels, one was not enough and I had to then wait for her to help two other customers before she attended to me again. The details of where the parcels are going were on a small piece of paper and I asked her to check if it might have fallen on the floor at her side. She said to me she gave me back the paper and she on several occasions told me that I am a lair and that she hate old lieying people. She was practically shouting at me. She was very rude and her tone when she asked for my id document was extremely rude. I have never been disrespected in this manner and the swearing made it even worse. I asked her not to swear at me because I just told her to check the paper on her side. I reported this to her manager but I would like the head office to deal with this matter as I believe she does not deserve to work with people or even work as she is destroying the company's name and insulting customers is totally wrong. I want to be informed of the outcome of this matter as I feel it demands a severe disciplinary action. Receipt numbers as proof that I was at the store are: PEP 0651 ROODEPOORT - 0651-001 00905839 AND 0651-001 00905842.I informed the manager at the store but still unhappy as the cashier continued working and was not called for discussion of the matter, she just said she will talk to her.

I don't seem to under why the head office doesn't deliver the savings card in stores... Went to Pep at Dube Village Mall,they told me that they don't do card I must to Bridge City Mall when I got there all 4 of your pep stores doesn't have cards... And it's wasn't the 1st time this happenes..its the 3rd time going to the store to open a savings card and being to the very same story... If ever you don't do cards anymore please let us know in order for us to go and look for other places to save our money.

My friend in Stilfontein NW sent me a parcel via Paxi at the civic centre Peps. She went in on the 9th June 2020, but didn't receive a parcel number or sms confirming the parcel had been received. I contacted her on the 19th June to ask her for a tracking number as I hadn't received the parcel. She went into Peps, but they were not helpful at all. After much todo with them, we finally managed to get the tracking information from them today..24th June 2020 and it appears that the parcel was only collected by the paxi couriers on the 19th June 2020...after my friend had gone to to query it. I would like to know what Pep staff had done with my parcel and why it took 10 days then for it to even be collected by paxi?? When it should have already been with me and now it is only in Jhburg, and much longer must I wait for my parcel which should have only taken 9 days. This really is not good enough.

Pep Montclair mall, in Durban needs to receive a new Pep paxi scan machine. Their machine has been taken for repairs countless times according to the Pep employees. I use pep paxi courier on a daily bases and this pep branch continuously has no scanning machine for more than two months. Always being told that it is taken for repairs.

2 Pakkies is op 1 Oktober 2020 ingegee by Pep Cell in Carnival Mall. Op 7 Oktober(vandag) navraag gedoen en moes uitvind dat my twee pakkies nog steeds in die winkel le. Nog glad nie opgetel deur courier nie. Hul diens se 7-9 dae vir aflewering. Nou wonder ek aangesien die pakkies nog in winkel is of dit binne twee dae by my kliente gaan wees?
Pakkie nr's D530600251413 en D530600251983. Gewoonlik word die pakkies vroeg in die oggend opgetel. So nou weet ek nie!!!

Used Paxi at Pep Cato Ridge.
Did not receive a tracking number and the number on my Paxi invoice is invalid.

My urgent parcel was dropped by Pep cambridge Johannesburg yesterday midday, up to end of today its showing still in shop. This is my first time using the service and want the parcel in Durban before Friday. I am gettin so nervous now. Customer care tried calling the dhoo but there was no answer. Unbelievable!!

On 18 December I bought the bag from Pep Store in Vereeniging to us to send Christmas gifts to my children in Benoni. They picket the parcel up today, but what a disgrace!! There were a hole in the bag and everything inside were distroyed!! Every single thing!! If the parcel was just dropped, it couldn't have done that amount of damage. The content were destroyed on purpose!!! Even the tin cookie jars were flattened!!! The total value of that content far exceeded R1000!!! I will never ever make use of that couriers and I will make sure that nobody whome U know, will do. It is absolutely disgusting!!!!

RUBISH SRVICE AND RUBISH STAFF. I SENT MY SICK FATHER IN LAW A PARCEL FOR CHRISTMAS BECAUSE WE COULD NOT GO SEE HIM HE LIVES IN BLOEMFONTEIN 6 HOURS AWAY. SO WE SENT HIM PHOTOS I FRAMES I PACKAGE THE TO BE SAVE FOR NORMAL TRAVEL BUT NOOOOOO THEY DROVE THEIR TRUCK OVER IT BECAUSE IT IS BROKEN. ALL 3 OF MY FRAMES AND GLASS .
THEY ARE RASIST AND DO NOT TREAT WHITE PEOPLE AS CUTOMERS..AS IF I OWE THEM ANYTHING ITS YOUR JOB WHY DONT YOU JUST DO WHAT YOU ARE OAID TO DO!!!!!!!

Hi, My parcel was sent from JHB by a friend of mine who was travelling out of the country the very same day they sent the parcel . They made a mistake o registering my cell number and i never received the SMS. I asked the sender to share with me the SMS they got when they sent the parcel , the one with the tracking number . I went to check with the Shop in Nelspruit Illanga mall that received my parcel and the parcel is there but i cannot get it because i do not that the pin . I contactected the service center to resend the SMS to me and they said they require the Sender to request this . The sender lost her SIM card as she was only visting RSA for a short period and when she tries to chat on Whatsapp with the BOT there is no success. I need to have my parcel now . Surely by providing my ID with a photograph , proof of Res etc that can be sufficient for my Parcel to be released

Hey, my friend in klerksdorp sent me a percal(documents) to be specific and when he sent them they were dry but when i went to collect them they were wet and those are my most important documents without them in my life im useless so i want to know what really happened and how is that even possible that someone sent things dry and I received them wet

What to file a complain agenst the the whole peps stores at willow Brook Mall Delmas. They don't help the customers at all even if a disabled person ask them. Tell you strait you can help yourself this is really bad. I walk out off the shop went straight to the shop in the main street in Delmas what a surprise friendly ladies and help me with my shopping at paypoint I was asked to come to the front and was helped at ones that is a well-done to all off the sales staff. Plz look into the matter

Trust all is well...

Today i went to pep Eersteriver i did a easy payment of R18000 and service was great, decided to go to pep home i had 2 small plastic bags with me one witch was a cell phone and the other a baby blanket. The lady at the door said i can't go in with my bags i can put it on the ground but they will not be liable for anything that goes missing, im currently 40 weeks pregnant and wanted to get some bedding but after her telling me that and shows that she isn't interested in helping me. I am a regular customer of pep and just feel i was treated unfairly.

I hope you this lady will change her attitude and not treat other people like that.

I went to pep store in daveyton mayfield square and i did not greet any of your staff member but then i asked for their service,this resulted in one of your staff members swearing and harrassing me and this has affected me a lot because now i cannot go to pep anymore because the moment i enter on the door iam always thinking that i will be offended again and i always recommended pep service to everyone but after today i will never recomend it to anyone.when the situation took place the perpetrator was surrounded by her mates and i feel like if they are ethical they will testify against her...please take action because i feel like iam not the only one who getting this hostile treatement and pep reputation is getting sabotaged due to someone who is not ethical...

I bought a cellphone at Pep cell Jozini, within a week the cellphone started to have battery problems.I then decided to bring it back to the shop.Simphiwe was very rude to me and she is not treating customers in a good way.she refuse to exchange the phone for me telling me that she don't see the problem .She act as if she owns PeP cell she is the boss.even today that phone has battery problems.I then decided not yo buy cellphones at pep cell Jozini.that lady is very very rude.

I was at PEP Store, Rustenburg CBD- (the Pep Store just opposite/ across the Street where Rage Store ;Webbers Store; The Cross Trainer Stores are, on Fatima Bhayat Street formerly known as Plein Street and i was badly treated by a Cashier by the name of Lesego.
I could not get her surname.

I got to the store.I queued up at the cell phone till.I explained to her that i was solely purchasing a Single MTN Simcard, that which the University of South Africa has partnered with MTN to provide Data Assistance for Academic purposes.

She literally refused to assist me, insisting that i go join an extremely long queue where everyone else was purchasing many items.

I asked her if it was fair and reasonable that im only purchasing a Single Simcard yet expected to Queue with Clients purchasing Many Winter Clothes and other items. She did not even bother to answer. Instead she portrayed Facial And body Expressions of Negative Attitude.

I was extremely dissatisfied by this kind of attitude and behaviour. It is completely unacceptable.

When you are a Cashier.You are a Front line representative. Being a Front line representative means you are the face/ambassador of a particular brand.You can't carry such unpleasant and unacceptable behavior. I felt disrespected and disregarded by this Cashier.

I plead with Management to please intervene in this case. I do not want and expect that Employee loose their Job. I expect that Employee be Reprimanded and taught Proper Client Care Principles and Values.
I think that the store should also re-evaluate their method of payment with regards to Single items and Many items bought per client. It can never be fair that you are expected to stand in an extremely long queue with a purchase of a Single item. That's unacceptable.

On the 16th of June 2020 I went to pep store in balfour park mall to exchange shoes for a small size that had bought for my baby. The customer service I got there was stinking. I was disgusted to the core on how business is conducted. As I was explaining why I want an exchange the security guy who neglected his duties by the door, came and fought me. He then instructed all staff members not to help me. I asked him why is he doing that before he gets to understand my reasons why I'm there. I then requested to talk to a store manager I was told the manager is off. Unfortunately I left the store without getting the right size

I went to pep in Thabazimbi 2020-06-16 between 9am_10h00. The pep which is next to shoprite in town. Was a Guy behind me who asked to go to fore and ask. Of which I allowed him. Then I go to the teller to pay for my stuff. The lady left the teller to help the person behind me. When she returns she called me I have apartheid. Am a racist and that she doesn't know me and that I am the boss at my own place. I want to know if that pepe u only help people u know. Ur teller was bitter. Please watch the footage of what has transpired so that It doesn't happen to other people

Yesterday I was at pep store. The cashier was rude no greeting no talking. I put my clothes on the counter she take out a plastic bag for me to pack my clothes. She just throws the clothes on the counter when I give her pep card she just rolls her eyes she didn't even bother to take it. I take out the bank card to buy she tapped on the counter for pep card. It was a worst day ever and she threw all my cards on the counter instead of giving it to me. Something of my clothes are missing. She made me to hate pep stores and never buy them again. It was like I'm Corona virus .please train your cashier and let them know about customers. Respect is needed not rudeness. Her name is cynthia. Ba-phalaborwa Game mall.

I must remove the clothes by myself on the hangers n I ask when is the new stock of pyjamas n sleepers coming she said is not her job I must come daily to check if the stock has arrived. Am asking myself is this how pep train their staff trust me I will never set my foot in that store ever again n I will cancel the laybye I did for my kids. I will go to other stores but not pep.

Today at 10h15 I went to pep stores at dobosiniville mall to deposit money to mukuru ,I was disrespected and turned away and told by the two ladies who are working at the tills that they don't do mukuru payments the,as I walked away I heard whispering bluntly about foreigners ,their facial reaction said it all when I approached and mentioned mukuru to them,that they are not fans of outsiders .I then proceeded to pep home same mall ,there I was welcomed and helped with a smile and was able to proceed with sending cash to mukuru,I really hated the experience of feeling unwanted and that my presence was not appreciated ,this experience made me feel like I really am not welcomed at pep stores because of my wanting to deposit money to a foreign country.please deal with this.
