I visited the store in New redruth Village and asked the staff about toweling nappies for babies. This is the second store in one day that did not have stock of such.

The lady who assisted just pulled up her shoulders and said nothing. I asked if they had stock at the back she just said nothing. I then proceeded to ask why the store does not have stock if they know people buy these items. And she again just pulled up her shoulders. When I said is that all you going to do she and another gentleman laughed at me in my face.

Not sure if it is because I am white that I get treated this way but that is purely rude.

Staff at PEP store kzn Eshowe 3815 very arrogant
I visited the store to buy flash airtime, the lady who assisted just pointed another cashier and sent me to her and said nothing.

The next cashier closed the till and referred me to the other cashier, the third cashier just pointed me before got too close to her till diverting me to the other cashier, on the forth cashier i got fed up, the cashier shouted at me telling me how many times they must tell me, I have to use cash when buying flash.

I asked her to not shout me instead she must give me airtime and cash back so that i can buy flash. the cashiers was very rude, they refuse to help me, calling another customers, while waiting to be served.

I reported the cashiers misconduct to the manager, I wrote down their names.

I went to pep in kwaguqa mall.i am hurt about the way they treated me.i wanted to make a paxi they told me to wait for about 30minutes after that they told me they can't help me if I don't have the store code.According to what I know they were suppose to help me find the store code but instead they told me to comeback when I have a store code.had to take a taxi back home.i am so disappointed in their service

I bought R30 airtime and asked for a cash back, i told the cashier to make it R10 vodacom and R20 cell but she said she can't do that, i asked her why coz i have not yet paid. She said I must go and find someone who is going to do the rubbish that I'm saying. I asked her why is she so rude, she said that is none of my business.I went to another cahier but she turned me down. They gathered together and laughed at me as I'm a fool. I have never been this embarrassed in my life in front of other customers. How can PEP promise us good service and friendly staff but in return we get such disappointing service?

(ESikhawini plaza Pep 6420 sheffield bea) I asked for cash back and she told me to buy with R30 since I was buying for only 10, i did exactly what she told me to do. But then i kindly asked her to make R10 vodacom and 20 cell c before i make my payment she told me she can't change that, i asked her how coz i have not yet paid so it shouldn't be a problem? From there she said i must go somewhere else coz she can't help me. I then moved to another cashier she told me me she don't have the amount of money im asking for (R400). They gathered and loughed at me as if im a fool. I kindly asked them why are they so rude coz it's still in the morning the cashier told me that its "non of my business", i have never been so embarrassed in front of the customers in my life. They didn't even have name tags on them.

I suggest pep need to keep their promises, you can't promise us good service and friendly staff but in return we get this.its a shame.

I would appreciate if I would get feedback as to what action was taken,
I was at pep 0960 Johannesburg to purchase some stuff after making payment on my way out was called by this woman said it's a manager we we searched as she says she got a tip I have never been so humiliated in my life apparently we stripped for her, she searched our bags, we requested for a refund as we we not happy at the till she still continues to humiliate by saying she did not search our bags.

In October 2019 i brought back a faulty phone i bought at PEP after it gave me problem within short period of time of purchase, after giving it back i was told that it will be sent to repair centre i will be notified when its done, weeks past with no call i went back to enquire they said its not back yet,time went by again and i kept going back they were telling me its not back all the time, untill i decided to stop waisting my time, till this day i haven't recieved it, the value of it was R250 nokia. Would you please help me get my phone back plz

I visited pep store i forgotten the date at moutsiya mall i put a scarf around my nose and mouth as nkosazana zuma said instead of mask guess what the lady at the door said cc where is your mask i responded by saying i have a scarf with me is there any problem she said i cannot enter without a mask i didn't argue with her i just go back to my car after few minutes i came back i wanted her name on the name tag Victoria i felt humiliated that day.

The managers husband tested COVID-19 positive(She told some of the staff),and the manager took a sick leave,left the stuff confused as to wether she also tested covid-19 positive or not,but according to them, few days ago she complaint about her husband always attending house parties with friends,and she also complaint of flu.Then my concern is,isn't the store supposed to be closed and all staff members be tested also?

I bought a pair of boots at for work in May month and the heels is already coming off.

I prefer buying my boots from Pep as previously I received good quality.
I have 2 other pairs bought +-3-4 ago and that still in good shape.
This year's boots is of bad quality. Im disappointed.Now I'm not sure I'm very dissapointed as I recommend people to buy their shoes from Pep

Good day I had the most unpleasant experience at pep stores in Mandalay. I left my house going to shoprite to do a small shopping which I did after my shopping I realize I forget to pay my dstv and I was already on my way out of the center so I quickly turn into pep so that I can pay my dstv only to be told "WHY ARE YOU COMING TO PAY HERE, WHY DIDN'T YOU PAY AT SHOPRITE". I acted as if I ddnt not hear her and she start speaking in her own a language I felt so embarrassed and I ask her why is she so rude if she can't help me she can't just tel me then I can ask someone else... She keep on talking and at the same time she was chatting on her phne, she then slap her fingers asking for my details before I even give she tell me its offline and I must leave.I don't know is this the best service you train yo staff..
The name of the lady in particular is "AKHONA"

I went to pep in bothasig to receive money that was send from Pretoria,I was told by the first cashier that the money cannot come out then was told to try on the next till that was around 11:40 the second cashier she still couldn't take it out after all that I was advised to go to the Absa ATM to withdraw the money there at 11:44 I got a slip that said the money was already redeemed I went back and spoke the manager who told me that only the sender can find out where the money was taken out ,I then forwarded the call centre number for them to trace what happened ,they were told that the money was taken out at the pep store in bothasig at 11:40 which I never received the following day I went to speak to the manager to find out what happened she was rude and no helpful what so ever regarding the money issue telling me about the process that need to be followed which I then called the sender who clearly explained to her that she did all that she is telling me she even threatened to break my phone as she was refusing to give me her name and the names of the cashiers that help me .to cut the story short I just want my money before I will take further step deal with this with the most urgency my number is 0711248143 il await your call and email response

Westgate Mall Pep store manager refuses to refund my open view which I bought on 8 August 2019. Thursday while I was watching tv the OpenView just went dead. Friday, when I took it back to the store the manager's response, as I should buy a new one even though I produced my slip. If I had to know that Westgate Mall does not have a guarantee or warranty I would never have bought it there. The funniest part is that Pepstore in Watergate and Pep store in Promenade replaces the faulty OpenView if there is proof of purchase so why couldn't mine be replaced. this all transpired on the 31st JULY 2020

Good day. I went to Tsabong Pep Stores(a store in Botswana at a village called Tsabong) this morning trying to laybye a dress. However the size I wanted was not on display. I then proceeded to ask a cashier by the name of Fikile Bimbo for help. However she said there were only four dresses left. I could tell that she was just being lazy. I then proceeded to ask the manager for help and she was able to go to the storeroom and get me the size that I wanted. When I complained to the cashier about bad service, she proceeded to tell me that it is not her problem since she doesnt deal with stock. She was very rude and dismissive. I have been trying to contact the Botswana Customer Line to no avail. I therefore ask that you address this issue.

I am here in Moruleng mall pep to recharge flash vending of R800, to my surprise cashier tilled 4 R200 vend. My problem is I wanted R800 straight because its caused me R6 in each recharge and that automatically I'll gain no commission. Please help me because supervisor said there's nothing they can do.

It feels terrible and really bad to report Samantha and Rozelda both cashier or workers at Sanlam Centre PEP.
I went to PEP Sanlam cnt during my lunch break 12noon to swap a pair of toddler slippers.Not  asking my money back,but wanted to swap with purchased of over R700 .
The door attendance told me to go look for other slippers when I explained to her.
After shopping and standing in line for longer what was necessary because only two cashier's was helping will hard laughing came from office closeby,Rozelda told me because it's a sale good that can't be exchanged, which no one explain to me on purchasing or any visible notice is in the shop.
When she called Samantha ,she said I must fetch slip (I explained that I exchanged some of that slip purchasing at Bellville Mall PEP and forgot to asked for slip).
Both workers telling two different request,and if I went 20km and exposing myself (social distancing) going from Mall to Mall ,what garentee do I have , whatever policies or rules in place,do they follow it consistently.
My disappointment is that people in authority like Samantha do not use discrepancy to give satisfactory customer service.
What would it be for to authorize the swap either them to tell a customer go to another place to get a slip in especially this challenging times where everyone is at risk of Covid-19
