i bought a samsung A2 Core a pep cell.after 2weeks my phones started reacting i took it back for repairs and was told it will take long.how am i supposed to live without a cellphone after i have spend so much money on a phone. im not a happy customer at all

I bought a phone at pep today 2 September 2020.The name of the phone is Tecno pop z mini on the display it is written that it is a vodacom locked sim and after activating you get 3gig data for 12 months there is no starting and ending of promotion on display.Now they say you are the one to be blamed it is not their problem cause i bought the phone because i saw that promotion please see to my compain the no for the phone is 0792194315 I'm not happy at all because what ìs displayed is not happening for me i always think Vodacom is the trusted company

This will be the absolute last time myself and family visit Pep Rynfield, Benoni. Huge queues around the shop and 2 staff on tills. The staff on the tills are extremely slow and unfriendly. Disgusted.

I bought my phone Samsung A2 Core at Pep since I buy all of my phones there on the 24th August 2019. But on the 19th July 2020 it started overheating so I took it back to Pep in Phumulani Mall, your consultant Maureen tested the phone and booked it for repairs. She told me to come back after six weeks which I did. To my horror I was told to pay for the repairs or take my phone back without being fixed. While the six weeks she gave me exhausted my guarantee. So I'm not happy with this

I was in one of your branches in East london, Gillwell Mall to be exact, and the sales person by the door refused me to enter the store simply because I told her that I want to use my own sanitezer. The lady was rude didn't even bother to hear me out when I tried to explain to her that I have allegies so I prefer to use my own. What makes me upset is I normally shop at Hemingways and the ladies there never ever had a problem with that because the first time I once used your store senitizer I had a skin reaction and I had to quickly leave the store and ran to the public toilet to wash my hand because they were itching and turning red, and also your senitizer was very sticky it took a long time to dissolve.I don't know whether it's your policy but it's very selfish especially for someone like me. I was very upset and I consider ever going back there.

Went to PEP clothing in vanderbijlpark in President Hyper Vaal..Just before i went in the shop.i took out my sanitizer as i do every time when i go to both clothing or home one..i sanitize infront of the lady..rudely she said sanitize i said i did and you looked at me while im doing it..No with our sanitizer she said..i said i cannot j7st use any sanitizer i can be allergic to it hecause i have imune disease i swole up..No then you can't come in so i said i need to buy stuff no sanitize use you cannot come in..so she did not let me in i went next door ro pep home and no problems i sanitize with my sanitizer and i went in..so why so rude to me..i always buy at pep but never will i put my feet again in pep clothing while that lady iscworking there..i felt very sad and angry..

I went Pep Ermelo branch to buy a product.I took a product i wanted to the till,to my disappointment, i was told that i can not buy or pay for the item because doesn't have price tag.But the item was still on the shelf without a price.Employees there were helpless.No efforts shown to assist me. None complaint with CPA!!

I received a bad customer service at pep cell alex mall,the lady was very rude to me.i wanted to pay my Dstv premium, then she told me with attitude that the system is offline.i like the store unfortunately every now and then I find her behind the till with same attitude. I have never been in that store to pay dstv premium and be successful as long as she is behind the counter, always offline.that bad attitude it's gonna ruin the reputation of that store.the lady by the name of LULU

I bought a school trouser that was a smaller size for my son just before lockdown and it the shop was closed so i couldn't exchange it and i lost the receipt but the tag on the trouser it still there...got assisted by Mamsie who asked me how do i think she must assist me without a receipt i said i dont know and she told theres nothing she can do. i just want to know is it impossible to do an exchange without a receipt or she was just being rude

Pep boardwalk Richards Bay. I've complained about this problem so many times and instead of getting better it gets worse. Why is this the only Pep Store that haves unruly staff who scream and shout on top of their voice. Seriously when are the complaints going to be taken seriously. The manager should be fired cos they can't control the staff. Also not giving 10c change eventhough there is in the till. That store is a nightmare

I went there for the third time and they keep telling me Paxi is offline they don't have network bluh bluh bluh and the interesting part is, speed points are working fine. They are always offline even during the month when its quiet. Letsoho Shopping center Pep cell and Pep clothing stores has the most pathetic customer service. I don't remember experiencing such in Hlahatsi Shopping center and Parkmeadows

a parcel was delivered from pep stores Ivory Park Tembisa two weeks ago and received into the Marianhill pep 6640 on the 13th of August of which i received a message for collection of parcel however to date the store says that they cannot trace my parcel where abouts.what i know is that when a customer receives a message for collection it means that it was scanned into the store as received.No one wants to tell me where my parcel is and noone is taking ownership to get my parcel to me or the least compensate me for the goods that were in the parcel.this is absolute poor service and is pure negligence.does this mean that pep hires thieves or does it mean that you have a poor process and simply are unreliable.i want my goods because they belong to me not pep.You have no right to keep it and if you have lost it,you need to pay for what you have lost.no one is calling me with feedback yet even the management of your stores are careless and arrogant also.what she knows is to ask for the receipt,will the receipt help you find my parcel?if these goods did not exist how did it get to your database?

I sent my parcel at Pep Kolonade Mall on the 22 July 2020 and they lost my parcel in their store. Since today I haven't received my refund or my parcel back there's no one person taking responsibility for their actions and they don't care. I'm the one going one and down because I want answers and I want to be refunded for my parcel. I want my parcel back or my refund and there's no update or feedback on what they are doing on their side I'm very angry and furious right now.

I BOUGHT SCHOOL SHOES AT BOTHAVILLE PEP STORE JUST BEFORE THE SCHOOL WAS ABOUT TO CLOSE LAST MONTH BUT I DON'T REMEMBER THE DATE, AND I LOST THE RECEIPT AND NOW I JUST WANT TO EXCHANGE THE SHOES AND TAKE THE BIGGER SIZE AND THE CASHIER SAID THEY ARE NOT GOING TO HELP ME WITHOUT THE RECEIPT I HAVE TO SELL THEM TO SOMEONE TO GET THE MONEY TO BUY ANOTHER PAIR.MY CHILD WENT TO SCHOOL WITH BARE FOOT AND YOU CAN IMAGINE IN THE MORNING ITS STILL COLD.PLEASE I NEED ASSISTANCE WHAT TO DO.

I got to the store,bought paxi bags and the cashier that helped me asked another cashier to help me. The cashier came,scanned my bags without greeting me, when I start giving her sender's cellphone number she started telling me how I just start giving her my cellphone numbers without greeting her,and she started calling me names as to this is how I was taught to behave at home, I told her that she's the one who didn't greet me,she just started scanning my parcels but when I return the same treatment I get an insult. So her name tag wasn't clearly visible(The only letters I could see was (Fran), so I asked for her name and she started hiding the name tag even more. She then called a lady by the name of Thabang to come help me.
