Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing about the company two(2) street posts installed in front of my lot property located at Lot 31-B Blk-21 cottonwood st.rainbow 5 village phase 3 deparo caloocan city.These posts was installed without my knowledge and i have not recieve any notice from your company during the installation.As per meeting with the Home Owners Association President the posts were observe and confirm placed in wrong position.
This is causing stressful as the posts i have mentioned are blocking peoples entrance to my lot and greatly effected our house gate structure plan and proposed enclosure fence to the said property.Please see attached photos of the posts stationed together,i have no idea if this was structured and planned without consultation from the lot owner.
I would appreciate it if you would immediately conduct site visit and asses how your company will remove or relocate this posts as soon as possible.
I am verry happy to be a home owner in this subdivision but tottaly shocked when i saw this posts.im looking forward to resolved this issue.Could you please respond in writing to this letter within seven days to confirm what action you will be taking?

I applied last sept2,2020 , until now Iam still waiting for you to install my internet .We do understand the situation but please understand us as well because its already more than a month than the usual 10-15bus. Days that you've given to us it takes so long for you to install it . Please terminate the application and refund our money if you can't do want you need to do because we made a payment prior to your give time frame to us but you can't do what you've promise to your customer.

It a month already since i applied to have internet but until now i'm still waiting for me to get the service i already paid same day i applied super slow service that until now my internet wasn't installed yet I'm very disappointed to Converge if only I'm aware regarding this kind of service i wouldn't paid. The online class already started my children having difficult because we still don't have internet installed. This is very poor customer service and i won't recommend this to my relatives and friends.

I am calling 4 times to your customer service because the connection is very slow and suddenly he ask for my serial number and the connection was lost . I am working from home and i spend 400 pesos just to call your customer service . I request to ring me back if the call got disconnected because the call always hang up . The representative always ask for my contact number but there is no call back was made . This is very inconvenience for me . I call again if there is a ticket was created before the call disconnected to the 2 representative but there is no ticket was created such a bad record for the customer service like this . I am also a customer service in BPO and everytime the call disconnected we will cb the ch . such a poor service . i felt bad . Buti kung binabayaran niyo araw namin eh sa ndi pagtatrabaho haiissstt !!

After onstalling the modem we are waiting for the connection but jntil now there is not.. we need to follow up always and the agent still tell wait. before they tell wait only 5days But now coming 1month .

The call center agents will just tell to wait for 24-48 hours but still they fail to give the needed action. The modem/router was plugged in since it was installed as per advice. More than one week of waiting for the service being paid already but not yet delivered, is adding stress specially to our present pandemic situation.
The internet connection is badly needed as I am in a online class.

Comment Please.. 3 month na kaming walang internet, fully paid kmi.. july 17 pko nag file, bumalik ako s office nyo ng august 19... oct 7 na ngaun, till now ang txt nyo s sken nkapila p rin yun status ko... nagstart na klase ng mga anak ko, deploy ako ng zamboanga.. babalik lng ako ng manila para lang magfollow up sa inyo... antagal na nmin naghintay, sayang nman yin binabayad ko monthly pero wala kmi connection... maawa naman kayo sa amin..

To date, no internet connection was provided. Despite multiple times of phone calls, email follow ups and pm's via FB chat function, but to no avail. The call center agents will just tell to wait for 24-48 hours but still they fail to give the needed action. The modem/router was plugged in since it was installed as per advice. Ticket Number #003115549 & #003239095 was issued.
More than one month of waiting for the service being paid already but not yet delivered, is adding stress specially to our present pandemic situation.

It has been 1 week since mainstall yung wifi pero until now di parin naaactivate. Antagal ng nakatengga sa bahay namin pero wala paring internet. Ang unresponsive pa sa mga chats and messages. Maiactivate nyo na po sana yung wifi within this day because magoonline classes na po kami. Mafix nyo na sana po itong problem namin. I will look forward sa response nyo about this matter. Thank you
