I made a payment last April 16 for my 2 months bill but up until now its not yet fix.My internet was disconnected just this morning around 3am.Oct 22.2020.I submitted the receipt and the owner of the account i accidentally paid was paid.As per the customer service I spoke.

I had my service converted to fiber on Oct 16, 2020, and until now modem is not activated! 5 days and counting w/o service! Called tech support multiple times and they are not a great help. They just put you on hold for 20 to 30 mins then hang up!

Same issue,modem replacement since october 22 until now we do not have connection.

Good day, sir/ma’am!

I, John Willard J. Andal, a customer of Converge ICT, with account number 0020230925661, would like to report my bill that I received via text message amounting to Php2,275 and upon checking their application- the same amount is reflected there. The problem is, the wifi fiber was only connected last September 18, 2020 and I have already paid an amount of Php1,500. I believe, the said amount is to cover the first month of my bill in Converge ICT and it has only been a month since my fiber wifi has been installed. Why bill me the amount of Php2,275 when in fact, I should be cleared of the bill for the first month? Attached are the screenshots of the bill via text message and via Converge ICT application and my proof of payment of Php1,500.

I am hoping for your help regarding this matter. Thank you and God Bless!

I want to refund my installation fee... B'couse i wated to long its been a months since i apply and i pay thru gcash...the porpuse for applying the internet is b'couse my son and doughter have a online class for their school...
B'couse of delaying your installation now my children is suffering for module every day we need to go to their school te get their module.. Pls we need that money for other porpuses

Same issue here. Waited for almost two months then the installer Jonathan dela Cruz rescheduled the installation for the following day. He never came back and do not answer calls. Until converge cancelled my application due to customer transfer house?..lol.. We did not tranfer anywhere. The reason is you have a lazy installer.Very disappointed to converge. Bad service.

I've paid the new installation upfront fee on the day they sent me the payment details. Still, to this day, 10/20/2020, no update whatsoever. Their CS doesnt even exist. CS doesn't reply to my concerns at all. Their mobile app is a wack getting delayed and whatsoever. Practically, everything is shitty up to this point. Oh, by the way, they tend to close tickets for feedbacks they dont even acknowledge.

I've been trying to transfer my account from Makati to Los Banos and it's been 3 months already. I tried contacting converge's laguna branch but the phone number is always unattended. I tried reaching out via Facebook chat but they are asking me to go to their branch to process the transfer. Which is very difficult due to the pandemic and the office is too far away. They aren't even giving any other solution. I have been paying for the service without fail, but haven't even used it since the pandemic. We left Makati last march and already move out since august. Your customer service really disappointing. halfway from the call, the line gets cut and most of the time unattended. Causing me to be billed a huge amount for phone calls. The ticket that was raised 2 months ago was just answered 2 days ago and again no solution and was pointed to laguna branch which does not provide a solution on making this transfer. So how long are going to reply to my complaint? another 2 months?

The technician was not able to install my internet due to the unavailability of ports in our area. Converge required me to pay Php 1,500 in advance but now there is no update regarding this. It's so hard to reach their customer service as well. Hope you can help me get my refund.

Paid the 1500 initial deposit before the installation. Got visited by the installer they advised there is no NAP so they could not installed the service of converge and i need to ask for a refund. Process the refund however till now no response in regards to when will they process it or are they already processing it?????

We received a message that converge haven't received payment for our account amounting to Php 2500 but our wifi just get activated on October 6, 2020 and we still not complete a one full month. We also completely paid the installment fee. And the message said that it is due to October 20,2020 or else the service will be deactivated. Di pa nga po tapos yung first month Php 2500 na agad babayaran and madedeactivate na agad ang service. I hope it's a mistake. Also, I saw that they mispelled my email account how can I even change that?

ive been having a major issue about my net connection between 6pm-6am since saturday night (Oct. 10, 2020) its already been the 6th day having this problem, i try to filed a complaint last Monday (Oct.12, 2020) waiting for them to call and check my internet status, someone called me and said that my internet is fine in their server but the problem still continue so i tried to contact them again and after 3 days of waiting someone called again thursday night (oct.15, 2020) saying again that my internet is fine, while checking if my internet is already fixed he just hang up the phone and not calling back, while my internet is totally not fine, im totally dissapointed and frustrated about what happended, 6 days having this problem then this CSR just hang up on me while checking the status of my Net Connection, Now i really dont know what to do, thinking il just terminate my contract with them after having this problem, its almost a week and i cant wait any longer, POOR SERVICE AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE (HARD TO CONTACT!!!) Then they will just hangup the phone and leave you without any assurance about their service !!

Good Day,
I am writing this letter to inform you of all the inconveniences Converge ICT has done to me. I filed for application of broadband internet online on the 1st week of August. Part of the first few steps is for them to find out if your address/building already has their facility/equipment so they can install. They approved my application after a few days and asked me to pay their installation fee. I paid immediately, the same day I received the message. After a few weeks, I received 2 calls, both to verify my address. One even asked me of someone installed already. This sent a bad impression to me since they, among all people should’ve known the status of the job orders of their customers.

I waited for 2 months. I tried to follow up using their facebook account and email. In facebook, nothing but a robot answered you. I received 1 reply to my email basically asking me to wait some more. I tried calling their customer service hotline. I was the 37th “in line” for someone to talk to me. 1 hour had passed, i was still the 16th caller so I abandoned the idea.
Finally on the 2nd week of October, I received a call asking me to reschedule the installation instead of that same day, because they are running late. No one informed me ahead of time. I didn’t know that i was up for installation that day so I agreed since I am not at home. I asked him if I can pick a date so I can make sure that there is someone at home to receive them. But apparently, different teams handle different job orders per day. So my job order is being passed around to different teams everyday and there’s no way to schedule the installation. I ended up waiting for their call everyday hoping that i’ll be home when they call. Finally, the day arrived when they called and I am available. I was hopeful because I waited for 2 long months for something that they have promised to do in 10-14 days. However upon meeting them, the technician told me that their “facility” does not exist in my condominium. This is very irresponsible. Had I known this from the beginning, I wouldve chosen another internet provider.
So how come my application was approved in the first place? How about the calls to verify my address? They should’ve checked and known by then. It is bad enough to make a customer wait for 2 months without a good avenue to ask for follow up. It is worse to simply assume that someone is available to receive them anyday without a single message in advance. But how can something as simple as cheking one’s address to verify their pressence be so hard? So what was the first few steps for? What were the calls about my address for? They should do something about this.
Currently, I am asking for a refund because I refuse to wait for how many months for their facility to be installed in my building. I am sure that the refund too shall take months. I hope to collect 100% of what I paid. I should be asking more for the inconvenience but this might take even longer. I am very disappointed with how they handle new applications. This is an inconvenience that affects not only my home life but moreso my work.

Last week of July we applied for wifi connection. We already paid 1500 for the first payment. One of their agent went to our house mga September 6 and told us na wala pa daw slot sa area namin at hinihintay na mapuno at ipriority daw kami since nakabayad na. Up to now wala padin sila update kung ano na status ng application namin. Kung makakabitan pa po ba o hindi. Then when we check our application status sa website po ninyo naka.
