Started our service with Converge on Aug 2020. We had 3-4 complaints due to slow speed connection. And now I have another complain due to LOS. I first raised a complaint through IVR on Nov 1, called on Nov 2 to make another complain with a Technical Support agent, called again on Nov 5 and 7 for followup. It's been a week and they still don't have any details yet for the repair schedule?!?!?! I only had the service for 4 months and it has been a nightmare.
I was previously with another Internet Provider for more than 6 years before I transferred to Converge. I never had any major issues with them and when I report some iasues, it will be fixed within 24-48 hrs. I was only convinced to transfer to Converge because of my friends and word of mouth. And now even my friends are complaining about Converge's Internet service.... slow speed, often losing signal, slow resolution, etc.
We need this Internet service fixed ASAP as we heavily rely on Internet connection for our work/business, communicate with families and friends, to get vital information, etc.
I've read a lot of complaints about Converge's poor service and it seems Converge is not taking it seriously.
I just got off the phone with a Converge customer care agent to file a complaint and ask to be release from the contarct with no cancellation fee but they declined my request.
If Converge cannot commit to their customers to provide reliable Internet service then please release us from our contract with NO CANCELLATION so we can transfer to better provider. It' NOT FAIR to us (consumers) to stay with a provider who CANNOT GIVE SERVICE.

How long do we have to wait for the internet installation?
You already sent a person in our area, but they leave us hanging in the issue.They just look outside the compound and ask for us to wait for a short time; since they need to get the wire, after a few minutes they call and said that they can't do the installation, without informing us why. I already email in your site about this concern, but they just ask to pay the initial installment that I already done more than a week.

Subrang tagal ng action nila para mapapuntahan ng restoration ung area namin para mabalik ung connection ilang beses na po ako tumawag sa customer service sabi mag antay ng email sa schedule naforward na po ung case nyo..OMG so ano huhulaan nalang po namin kung kilan yun?kaya nga po kame nag pafollow up kasi need namin po ng connection sana naman po bigyan nyo kame ng specific date kung kilan mapuntahan dito dapat nga maximum 3days lang ung aantayin eh ano mag aantay kame ng isang buwan? Pano naman po ung nag ttratrabaho at nag online class na umaasa sa connection maging considerable naman kayo sa mga customer nyo kasi hanggat maari ayaw ko mag bigay ng complaint sa inyo sabihin nyo nalang kasi kung hindi na talaga maayos at makapag pakabit ng bago.

COMPLAINT #8152 - Repair Issues
I paid installation fee last sept 16 and was advised installation will take 4 weeks. After a month, converge sent someone to try to install their service but wasn't able to because the port near my area is still not activated by Converge and that was 3 weeks ago. I am filing this complain as I've been calling every 3 - 4 days since mid October and was promised that they will just turn the port on and install the service. I've been spending my time to follow up and call and all I get was a lie saying my ticket will be prioritized but I never received a call or email from them.

Our converge connection was broken. We called several times and went to Noveleta branch but they only gave us ticket number. I gave them a call several time to fix it because this is urgent. The internet connection is used for online classes and the students are getting depressed because they were not able to take the exam because there were no connection at all. We called the technical support but they just said sorry the repair team does not have a schedule for the onsite visit. it’s been a week already.

I have sent my request for site transfer since September 7, 2020 thru email as advised by the representative i talked to their customer service hotline. I included all the details needed for my request however, up until now my request is still pending and no action has been made. It is very frustrating that it's almost 2 months but i can't get a clear answer why they can't accommodate my request. I just wish to transfer our wifi modem from 3rd floor to the 6th floor of the same address. It is very inconvenient for me and my husband who is working from home together with our son who's also having online classes with our current internet connection. I am hoping that you can grant my request the soonest.

On July 27, i paid an amount 1500 , on aug 7, 2020 an converge representative went to our area to check the availability for the internet. But he say that my area is difficult to install the internet or should i say not available in my area?. So i decided to cancel my application but the converge is very poor in service, they not respond to our complain, Sept.5,2020 i call them, and follow up may refund they told me that ineed first to cancel my application before the refund, but ihave many email about my cancellation ., and i call again on Oct13 to follow up again, they need my requirements to cancel my application, but i already give in Email , they say i need to wait the text from LBC but till now No text, and update, and also my status is still "NO POLE ATTACHMENT" ITS HOLD ..., please help us to solve this problem

How long will it takes to install my application?! They must notify the applicant whether sms, email etc. 12days of waiting without any info made with their part.
