I started services 2 months ago and given me the run-around for a month for the cable that I was supposed to get. After a month, the customer service representatives told me that there are no lines available in my area so the only option that we have is to downgrade the plan and I agreed. I was not told that there is going to be a 1000 charge for plan change but that was not my fault that the CS failed and did not provided me info that there were no lines here. Should they told me earlier, I wouldn't have signed up for the Air 299 plan.

We have internet connection issue because the fiber cable was cut off during the typhoon and needs to be reinstated by a technician. As per Jacel (Tech Rep) she scheduled for a technician visit today 11/15, called again today around 11am to make sure that there was really a technician visit scheduled for us today and the rep said there is and that I will receive a call or text coming from the technician once they are on their way but no call or text within the day. I called and spoke with RJ (Rep id 4959) and he said the technician went to our subdivision and was denied of an entry. I verified with our security guards in our subdivision, no converge personnel tried to enter our subdivision. I asked for a callback from RJ with his supervisor but up to this time no callback was made. This is a inconvenient on our end because we are working from home and that we have children under homeschooling. If no action takem with this said email, I will escalate this problem to higher management and authorities.

Simula nung nagkaron kayo ng connectivity issue last 11/07/2020, hindi ko na ma-access yung server ng company namin, even the application na gamit namin sa company. Ang hirap pa tumawag sa inyo. Gagawin daw within 24 to 48 hours pero walang progress, ndi pa rin naresolve yung issue. Please do your part as internet service provider. As a consumer ginagawa namin yung part namin. Huwag nyo pahirapan yung mga consumer nyo na kontakin kayo. Hindi kayo marunong sumunod sa commitment date na binigay nyo. I already have ticket for this complaint and all the details to support my complaint is already sent to the email.

It's been 4 months now since I applied.I paid the initial fee of 1500 and waited for installation.After a month the installers came and said that no facility is available in our area.since then, I've been checking on the status and found out that my application is on hold.After 2 months I found out that my application was cancelled.I filed a refund but up to now no update from converge..Please help.

I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH YOUR COMPANY I HAD CANCELLED NUMEROUS TIMES MY APPLICATION BECAUSE IT TOOK ME MORE THAN 6 MONTHS AND NO ONE HAD GOTTEN IN TOUCH WITH ME ON MY APPLICATION. OCT 16 I WAS ABLE TO SPEAK WITH MARITONI LACAP AND CONFIRMED THAT SHE WOULD BE SENDING ME INFORMATION AS TO HOW TO CANCEL. I WILL ATTACH THE SCREENSHOT IN REFERENCE TO IT. WHAT OUTRAGES ME IS AFTER A MONTH NO REFUND WAS PROCESSED BEC MY APPLICATION IS STILL ON PENDING STATUS MEANING NO ONE HAD WITHDRAWN IT TO BEGIN WITH. I ALSO ENCOUNTERED SEVERAL TIMES THAT YOU CUSTOMER SERVICE DROPPED MY CALL. I WOULD KNOW I HAVE A PLDT LINE AND IT DOESNT DISCONNECT BECAUSE OF INTERRUPTED SERVICE. WHAT YOUR CUSTOMER SERVUCE TEAM DOES IS THAT THEY WOULD PUT YOU ON HOLD FOR 30 MINS TO AN HOUR UNTIL YOU DECIDE TO DROP BECAUSE YOU WERE UNSURE IF SOMEONE'S GETTING BACK TO YOU. YOU ARE THE WORST.

They collected my payment for the deposit which after a few weeks I was advised that they cant provide installation. I filed a ticket for a refund and after a month later, they replied. "We will endorse your concern to our concerned team for proper handling". 2-3 months later I still havent gotten a refund from these dicks.

Comment And I have the same issue with this business. Refund was requested since September and yet it is already November and ticket is still open and long overdue.

After typhoon quinta until now we dont have internet connection. We always make follow ups in their field office in Batangas but still not repair.They always promise us that the technicians will check our connections within a day but still to no avail.

Its been 2 weeks now since we lost our internet connection. Converge has been giving us the runaround and just keeps saying that there is no update from their technician. Its impossible to not even reach their repair team at least for a schedule of when they will drop by and fix our issue. They cant even provide a status update every time i follow up. Its always the same apologizing for inconvenience without action. This is terrible service!

I started my application back in September coz converge ict agent told me that converge is way better as compared to pldt. I cancelled my connection with pldt and paid you guys back in oct. 6. My neighbor started his application back in oct 10 and he already have service know why because he offered 500pesos to your field worker. So disappointed. We no longer have quarantine restrictions here in cavite. Your agents then told me that if I can request for a refund I just need to present 2 valid ids. Holly cow after I waited for over a month and cancelled my existing service. Liza S. Is right you guys don't care. I will never recommend converge at all. Installation won't take 3hrs for God sake. So disappointed. Totoo nga pla ang balita na wala kayong pakialam. I will discourage everyone I know not to have service with you kung ayaw nila na sumakit ulo nila. Buti pa yong patay nagpprmdam yong cx service nyo HINDI.

I would like to request a refund for my initial payment, it is for the reason that your installers are just promising us to install on the scheduled time as agreed upon but were not present on the day. I had to be absent and wait for a whole day to your installers but sadly, they don't mind the hassle we subscribers had to undergo just to have an internet connection, they will just give us that lame excuse that their vehicle had trouble and as then voila ,as if nothing really matters. Nevertheless, I had coordinated with our Homeowners association in our subdivision and was planning to write a complaint to our developer regarding this matter. The monopoly of your internet has been troublesome for the home owners in our area and has been an excuse to some of your installers to do unacceptable deeds, they're your company reflection and if for some reason that you cannot monitor what they've been doing, then it will be your fault if you lose more subscribers at the end of day. Your action is highly appreciated.

Our address is 92 United Homes Subdivision, Brgy. 2, Lipa City Batangas. As of now, we are still waiting for almost three months. Our application number is SS-08-1506107.
We badly needed it for our online class. Kindly help us regarding this matter. Thank you so much!

I badly need help. I called many times I lost my internet connection on sept3 technician came sept 21.I reported immediately called many times until now there is no rebate.Customer service always giving you hope that they will help you but they just want to escape.Oct 25 I lost internet connection again until now.I want to file a complain because no one seems to understand and no one wants to help me.

Paano mairefund yung installation fee? Almost 4 months ng delayed ang installation. Then, nagcheck ako ngayon ng status of application. Cancel na pala. Nagmemessage na din ako sa fb and email account for refund pero wala pa ring reply Yung mga numbers niyo kung hindi "doesn't exists, busy naman".
