sinabi ng mga installer saken na wala daw available slot samin kaya irefund nalang namin kay converge pero ang nakalagay sa Customer's Acknowledgement Form is others instead of No available NAP Ports then ang nakareport sa inyo is not interested. Kung hindi kami interesado edi sana hindi kami nagbayad ng initial payment na hinihingi nyo. Pinaghirapan ng tao kumita ng ganyang halaga tapos ginagago nyo lang kami. Mahiya naman kayo. O baka naman gusto nyong matanggalan pa kayo ng prangkisa na makapag operate?

Same issue din sakin. The status was NO POLE ATTACHMENT.
It's been 5 months since I applied on CONVERGE. I already emailed them regarding my concern. CC with NTC.
Pero hindi ako makahingi ng updates due to my account were already canceled.
I have no idea for the next step regarding my refund. Hindi biro and P1500 for the installation fee. All the other ISP naman is hindi nanghihingi ng any amount for installation.

May agent po kayo na nanghihingi ng 2000 pesos para daw sa installation fee. After ko po mag bigay ng "LAGAY" parang hinold ng agent na maka connect kami sa internet. Supposedly dapat 1-3 hour connected na pero till now under PON parin yung nakalagay sa modem.

Hi Converge! Lampas isang buwan na po since ako mag report sa app nyo at siguro mga November 7 sa office nyo sa Iriga city na cut ang wire namin dahil sa tatlong bagyo na dumaan sa lugar namin, wala pa ring pumupunta para ayusin ang linya namin. Nag avail po ako ng service nyo kasi nag wo work from home po ako. At sobrang kailangan ko ang internet na maayos. Ang masaklap pa po, nag bill kayo sakin e d nga namin magamit kasi walang kuryente dito after ng bagyo at sira pa linya namin sa converge. Sana naman magkaroon kayo ng konsiderasyon sa consumers nyo na naapektuhan ng bagyo.Nag follow up ako last week. Ang sabi antayin. Natapos na naman ang linggo wala pa rin po pumupunta dito. Hinahabaan ko na lang po pasensya ko kasi iniintindi ko kayo. Sana naman ako maintindihan nyo rin ang sitwasyon ko. Tyinatyagaan ko ngaun ang smart bro ko na minsan nagkakaproblema sa signal. Please treat my problem as urgent. Need ko po internet nyo. Kung hindi nyo aayusin to, i cancel nyo na lang at wag na wag nyo ako i bi bill ng etf. Pangit ng serbisyo nyo dito.

I would like to file a complaint with our internet service provider (ISP), Converge ICT. Since the typhoon Ulysses, our internet is still down and their post is still lying on the ground and their cables are just right in front of our gate which poses a serious threat and harm to any of our family members. We have made several contacts with them and we were bounced around and no concrete solution was offered and given to us. All are empty promises. Some of our neighbors have internet already and we, the most affected by the chaos brought by "Ulysses" are still suffering from no help at all.

I called your customer Service hotline and was provided cancellation ticket and ticket refund # last early October. I was inform process on my end is complete. All I have to do is wait for the refund thru LBC and will receive notification.

I never receive anything from Converge so I follow up again last 11/17/20 thru customer service hotline. Spoke to Erica ID# 2918. She ask me to fill out Pre-Sales Refund Request Form again.
I told her I should not be filling out that form anymore since I was assure last 10/9/20 that I have complete the process on my end. All I have to do is wait for the refund. She said I have to fill up that form so I fill it out during the call.

After that day your customer service hotline is already rejecting all my call say account has been cancelled and I owe -$125. No option to speak to live representative and your phone system hungup without providing information how to get my refund.

I tried your email but never receive any reply for the said refund.

*In addition to that I would like to know why is it when I call your hotline it said I have -P125.

May I request your office to kindly to contact me thru email or text about update of my refund and how I will get it. It has been 2 months and I still have not receive it.

Hoping for your immediate action with this refund.

Ilang beses na akong nagfofollow-up ng email for the refund, it's been months na rin!!! jusko. 1.5k is still a huge amount, marami pang pwedeng mabayaran yung pinaparefund ko. Hindi ko na alam kung ilang beses pa ulit akong magfofollow-up sa inyo, Please update naman sa Tracking number para maparefund na namin sa LBC. Yun lang naman po, pinaparefund lang naman po yung pera namin.

We have had no internet and cable connection since October 25 until November 25, 2020. Connection was eventually restored but was lost again on the 29th of November until today. What's worse is that our account has been paid for until the end of the year (December 2020), WITHOUT PROPER SERVICE. Under such circumstances, the service provider SHOULD have enough decency to provide an automatic rebate/refund on the grounds of unrendered services.

5months delayed! pakibilisan naman po, LBC TRACKING NUMBER ANG KAILANGAN NAMIN, FOR REFUND NA ANG STATUS SA ONLINE SITE NYO, PERO WALA NAMANG TEXT MESSAGE NG LBC TRACKING NUMBER! PAKIBILIS NAMAN CONVERGE!

We need the money! Customer care naman, hindi ung ang tagal nyo magresponse, pati sa landline nyo hirap nyo tawagan, pinuputul pa ng customer service representative ung call! Grabe!

When do I get my internet service back? I have been struggling contacting you since November 25, 2020, I did not get any help! Support apps sucks! Chat is robotics not interactive not even generating a support complain ticket! Tried to submit complaint online in your official website, never worked! It is not submitting The complaint! Click to call never worked! I called support hotline and I just I spend all my 500 load for nothing, just got stuck waiting on queue without luck speaking to a support agent. This is far worst customer service I've ever seen!

Its been three weeks snd the.connection is still unstable. Always LOS red. Came to the office three times as early as 6 am to file a complaint to no avail. The technician just always come and go passing by at our place. The man from the office promise to fix this in a week. If still no help comes in, i am not gonna pay this poor service and request for disconnection even of theres a contract. Its eating my time.
