we have been experiencing over billing ever since August 2020. I visited their office regarding the matter and they said I'll just disregard the over charged bill. I pay 2000+ last November and then this December the bill came and its 3000+.

Its been 2 months since we lost our connection with Converge ICT, our monthly payment is updated but this provider does not update thier online billing system which is stupid we have proof that we are paying monthly without fail but after they having issue with thier system it shows that we have a balance. We try to call thier costomer service but they just keep giving us a ticket number which is useless it seems that there are things going on also with thier employee. One of the agent idont know if its an agent or what but he is working with converge he contacted me and ask me if I can pay just to fix the net which is weird supposed to be its thier job but im already despirate because im working from home and internet connection really important to me and also for my doughter's online class so i pay the agent just to have the connection but after that they have this update thing which cause another issue with thier system and now i dont have connection again. Please help us with this concern it's been 2 months since i have this problem and take note i am not just the only one who has the same issue, I've been reading all the complaint on social media but no one is taking actions and that is why they keep on doing that. Many consumer is suffering internet connection is realy important specially this pandemic may of their subscribers rely on the internet to continue thier job and learnings. I hope someone will read this issue. Please!

Good day,

I am writing this complaint letter to notify you about the services of your company. Since the past weeks, I was facing issues regarding the internet connection. There is no internet connection and I was not able to complete my office work because of this issue. I contacted your call centre and they assured me they would send someone to resolve the issue.

However, it has been two weeks and no one has come to resolve the issue. At first, the net speed was slow to think that it is only activated November 21,2020 but in just a two weeks, December 05,2020, it is not working at all. I contacted the call center again but no one was answering. I tried contacting the agents but still no one has been resolving the issue and this is why I am writing this letter to you. I am very displeased with your services.

We do not have internet connection for almost 3 weeks. Despite our series of follow up to Converge thru their customer service, service desk and facebook / messenger account. No one has come in our house to resolve the LOS issue / no internet connection. We are incurring additional expenses due to their irresponsive and poor customer service. No one has reached out to us.

I upgraded my old package AIR 1250 to a new package named FIBER 2500. I needed more speed. Converge said I needed more MBPS so I got 75 MBPS which is FIBER 2500. There is no fast speed it's the same as AIR 1250. It's very annoying with so many pauses and freezes. Plain and simple Converge tricking people that Fiber is fast it's not. I go to the Angeles City Office and complain and Converge said they would send me an email to download a do a speed test. I did. It's slow, so the tech person said to me it's the heat is the room that's causing the slow internet and ask if I had the modem near the window at that point I said to myself it's pointless to hold a conversation with this person any further. If the speed is the same why am I paying for the same slow speed? On top of that another 2-year contract. I have no choice but to file a complaint with DTI. Thank you I said my piece. The installation was supposed to happen today but we were told that there is no available box near our area, and that all slots have already been filled. It contradicts the information given by us on September 9 about the new box installed in our area which is WHAT WE APPLIED AND PAID FOR.

YOU ASK US TO PAY WITHIN 7 DAYS TO SECURE OUR SLOT AND HAVE US WAIT FOR MONTHS FOR NOTHING. THERE IS EVEN NO FURTHER NOTICE ABOUT THE STATUS OF THE BOX. What is this? Were you only giving us false hopes?

We have no connection since Dec.11. We reported already at the office on tye first day since we are WFH and the children have online classes. The office said that there is a Migration and some areas are affected. But until now, there is no action. Our work from home and online classes especially online examinations were really affected. Here in Nasugbu and Lian, Batangas, we are 72 plus subscribers affected by no connection since Dec.11. Modem has lights but no connection. And all the 72 plus subscribers affected, up to present, we still have no connection. I hope immediate action will be done on this matter. We are counting on your immediate response.

We applied for an installation at Converge on AUGUST and they confirmed that my area is serviceable. After paying the upfront payment in advance, they sent the technician to install around. But, the technician told that there is no available box port in our street and they cannot install. I requested for a refund but there's no update yet. Hoping for your immediate action on this. Sayang pera namin puro perwisyo lang ang inabot!!!

CONVERGE is charging us for November and December bills eventhough we didn't use their internet service. Since October 25(Typhoon Quinta) up until now(December 15), their internet lines were unavailable and yet they have guts to collect money from their subscribers here in bicol. I also have uncredited payment for my October bill and i already sent them my screenshot of the payment receit but it's still not reflecting in my account. I also created several report tickets in their app but they are just taking it for granted. No action and no resolve at all. SHAME ON THEM!

After typhoon rolly (Nov1) our internet connection was lost. despite several follow up still no update on scheduled fixing of our internet connection then there was a billing emailed to me to pay for the subscription for the month though we dont have connection. Last dec.5 my connection address was transferred and successfully installed but the next day internet connection was lost again. then I follow up again twice but there is no progress. I would like to ask for help on how can I refund my payment for nov. bill and transfer fees of 2500? up to date I still no internet connection and I am anticipating for another billing again for this month.

Hi I would like to request some investigation regarding CONVERGE ICT SOLUTIONS. They keep on telling me that they refund my money back within 15 days from November 17, 2020. I have been calling them from time to time, but they keep on telling me to wait for more days to refund just 4,000 pesos. They keep on giving me hopeless reason regarding this matter. I hope that this company will be punished and will never said any false information to their customers. It's getting frustrating little by little each day! it has been 1 month and 2 weeks since Fibre wires severely damaged. No sign of converge linemen at all. WHEN DO YOU PLAN TO FIX THE GODDAMN WIRES?? I’ve been more than patient but this is too much. And worse case is that Converge is charging us the monthly bill even if no usage at all. Fcking gross.
