I am Marichu Leyesa the one who is applying for the said account. Everything was installed last Sunday Sept 26 2020 after applying last Aug 2020. Suddenly we received a call from the office that our application is on hold due to my mother's sister who has an outstanding balance. It is very unfair on our end to have it installed and will not gonna activate it not unless we are the one who will pay for the said balance. We don't have any contact on my auntie as she left us and shes been living in the province for almost 2 years. We ask the agent if we can still apply despite of the situation and was advised that it's fine since they were a diff person. So, with that being said we decided to continue the application. It was a horrible experience and customer service that we have encountered. After paying 4000 pesos and having it installed then what now? I will do any legal action in this. It's unacceptable that you ask us to pay 4000. And you will not gonna activate the said application. How come that installation was processed first than validation? If we are not allowed to apply then why did you installed that router? I am asking for an immediate response. Thank you.

I am an ex-employee of Converge ICT as of August.

I am sorry, but your 4000 pesos is gone. This is all done on purpose to raise funds for the expansion of the company (i assume, because we were actually by told NOT to process any refund requests and just pretend we are doing something about it. Sometimes we just hang up). They simply wont get back to you for this reason. As for pending installations, you can forget about it while the pandemic is going on as they will use that as an excuse even though there is no more lockdown.
Their tactic is to just ignore people who lost connection, ignore those requesting refunds. The endless ivrs and seemingly endless hold time are there for a reason, to get people to give up.

When i spoke out about how we are not treating the customers fairly, i was threatened to be fired. So i resigned.

I've applied for a plan with Converge ICT online last July 1 and paid the initial fee of PHP 1500. The application status was "For Installation Schedule" but 3 months in and it is still not installed. I've called their hotline and sent messages thru their social media and contact us page but there is no reply as of time of writing.

Hi, i want to file a complaint with CONVERGE ICT SOLUTIONS Inc. I was asking for a service transfer which was advised would take 2 days before they give me any updates. 6 days past but i have not heard any from them. The last call i made they told me that the service is not avalailable in the location and i have to terminate my contract and then i need to pay. My issue is urgent since i need to transfer house the internet is my means of living and i have to do a cost cutting that is why i need to transfer to a house which i do not need to pay for rent. Igave them ample time but they just told me bluntly that i need to pay for theearly termination fee.

I am an on time paying customer. Though the account is under my husband's name but I am the one using it for work and I am the one paying for it. I am paying P1625/ month to supposedly get 25 mbps internet speed but I am not getting what I am paying for. I hate being late but because of SLOW CONNECTION TO NO CONNECTION AT ALL, I have a lot of lates and lot of log outs now which I don't deserve as an ontime paying customer. I deserve a better service. You should fix the problem. If you cannot do anything to better your service you should allow us to terminate our contract with you without any penalty because this is all your fault. We are doing our part. Do your part as well. I hope this will not be taken for granted as I am getting impatient already because my work is being affected. Hope to hear from you the soonest possible time.

wrong nap assignment on our area, eventhough theres an available converge line in the nearest post in our house, it has no power and suggest to wait. for over 5 months no progress in the installation so i reuqested for installation payment refund, but it seems they dont have any plan to return the 4k installation payment. already called multiple times and confirming thatmy application is already cancelled, but i still dont receive any details on the refund for over a month now.

I often experienced poor or no connection specially today 09/28/2020. I get converge services due to promising advertisements and feedbacks but unfortunately i am very unsatisfied. They lock the contract for two years but they didnt provide us good services. I understand that some problem will come up but not all the time you need their services. They also ignore my email regarding my complain. I paid monthly dues but they could not provide me the services that i expected. Im very annoyed.

yeah thank you for supplying us a copper wired internet when it couldn't even fucking handle rains, i thought it can handle a fucking rain but turns out it doesn't. Fucking scammers all you care about is fucking money and your costumers who pay large amounts of cash just for better wifi just lost there money because of your dumbass brains. I raised a ticket in Converge last 09/17/2020 due to internet issues (LOS flashing red light) and there are no updates from them. Called a couple of days after raising the ticket, they said someone will fix the issue within 24-48hrs, nothing happened. Called again after 2 days, able to speak to Supervisor, the supervisor asked for our mobile numbers and he said that he will update us WITHIN THE DAY but he didn't text or call us, called again after 2hrs, the agent said that we are scheduled for repair either Thurs or Fri. Thursday, no one came, Friday, no one came. Called the hotline again and they said that there is no schedule for us! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY POOR! AGENTS AND SUPERVISORS ARE ALL LIARS. Especially the agent named Mark. NO ACTION FROM CONVERGE! FIX OUR INTERNET CONNECTION!!

From June 21 to August 25 we don't have internet connection but with a continuing billing. I did not pay the two months billing because there is no internet service, bakit ko naman babayaran ang bill nila na wala kaming internet connection. Last Sept 22 I notice na wala na naman connection so I paid the 3rd billing nila which is almost 1700 plus pesos. Then I received an email informing me the disconnect ang line ko, at dapat bayaran ko yung buong arrears ko. Makatarungan ba yun magbabayad ako kahit wala silang serbisyo. Willing to pay pero need nilang adjust kung ano lang dapat ang bayaran ko.
Napaka unfair ng converge pag sira ang tagal nila gawin pag putulan ang bilis. Sana ma address itong complaint ko kasi wala talaga sumasagot sa email ko regarding sa pag ayos ng billing ko.

Please po refund nyo nalang pera ako kasi ang hirap nyo kausap. 1month na wala pa internet namin para sana dadag connection lang namin kasi di kaya ng connevtion lang ang trabaho namin sa bahay..
Tatlo kami CSR kaya need namin hight connection or more connection ng internet.

Pero bakit ganito subrang tagal na pero wala parin nag install.. bayad na kami pero wala parin balita kahit agent nyo di nag update.
Call ako sa agent kahit sa office nyo walang nasagot.
Bastos kayo sa kliyente nyo.
Very very bad service.
