Please po refund nyo nalang pera ako kasi ang hirap nyo kausap. 1month na wala pa internet namin para sana dadag connection lang namin kasi di kaya ng connevtion lang ang trabaho namin sa bahay..
Tatlo kami CSR kaya need namin hight connection or more connection ng internet.

Pero bakit ganito subrang tagal na pero wala parin nag install.. bayad na kami pero wala parin balita kahit agent nyo di nag update.
Call ako sa agent kahit sa office nyo walang nasagot.
Bastos kayo sa kliyente nyo.
Very very bad service.

1 week nyo naging buwan..

I want to refund my installation fee. I paid last July 30,2020. Yet no installation made.. I tried to contact all coverge contact support but to no avail. I decided to apply other internet service i would like to refund my money

My mom applied online and her application was approved. She was asked to pay the application fee of 4000. After paying, the technician arrived the next day to install her internet but the technician found out that there are available slots or ports in her area. Why does converge present a false belief on applicants that after paying everything is going to ok. They should have inspected first the area of the applicant to see if there are still ports or slots available before collecting any fees. Now the problem for applicants is refunding the fee that they have paid which not a small amount. And I have reading rants from other applicants that it is very hard to refund. I hope that this problem will be address by converge asap.

First of all, I called on September 21 at around 8 a.m. and told the agent my problem. After saying that I need to restart the modem and he will get back to me at the time said which is 10 a.m., they did not call me back! Second, I called againt at September 22 at around 11:30 a.m. and waited for 1hour and 30 mins, imagine the time wasted just to get to talk to a customer agent. After around 1 hour and 30 mins, I was talking to the agent about my new problem which was that my cable was cut and he put me on hold for 5-10 mins which was dropped and redirected to a survey about their customer service. What a big fat waste of time. I called for the second time, wait time was now about 15-20 mins, and was answered by an agent and as soon as I was telling my problem, he dropped my call! I now called for a third time which was about 30 - 45 mins and told the agent that I wanted to speak to person whose position is much higher than him. He denied me this request and want to know my problem and for the duration of the 4 hours calling converge all I got was a service reference number or ticket number to reconnect my cut cable. WASTED 4 HOURS just to get a TICKET NUMBER!!!!!! POOR SERVICE! BAD AGENT ATTITUDE!!!!!!

2months na simula nung nagbayad ako sa converge pero hanggang ngayon hindi paren kame nakakabitan ng internet.
Sobrang crappy pa mg customer service nyo. Nanghhingi ako ng supervisor pero ang ginawa pinatayan ako ng telepono. Sobrang bastos! Lagi nyo dinidisconnect tawag ko! Ni minsan wala nag follow up saken. Pag pera tanggap agad kayo pero pag service nyo na ang kailangan wala kayo maiprovide! Sayang lang pera ko sa inyo!

Bakit po yata masyadong advance billing nyo po Sept. 1-30 may billing na po agad eh di naman po maayos ang serbisyo nyo po madalas mawalan po ng internet lalo po sa gabi wala na po at pagdating po sa umaga pahirapan pa po 3 months lang po maganda ang serbisyo nyo po sa taong bayan at kayo lang po yata sa lahat ng nagbibigay ng serbisyo na bayad po muna bago serbisyo hanip dami na po nagrereklamo po sa inyo gandahan nyo po muna ang serbisyo nyo po at hirap pa po kayo ma contact for complain

Sinabi ng installer na maactivate ung internet for 2-3 days pero nkalagay na dun sa form n binigay samen (ok ung testing ng internet) and nanghinge pa ng additional fee para daw sa pagkabit at paginstall nila kht dpat ksama na s unang binayaran un pero nagbayad pa din kame .. pero almost 1 week na wala pa ding internet and hndi na nagfofollow up ung agent and installer regarding sa issues and prang nanghihinge ng additional fee pra daw mapabilis ung activation. sana mabigyan ng attention ung concern ko.. thank you.

It was almost 1 and a half month since we apply then suppose to be september 14 is the installation date but no one calls and update us. There is no assurance about the date of the installation. Pls.
