Hindi matawagan kahit ano sa mga number nyo even emails nyo di mareach, nakailang emails na ko. Yung pinapasettle nyong bills sa account ko matagal ng bayad, 2months ung bill nabayaran sya thru BDO nyo. Pakiayos naman to, dahil nakakairita ung mga emails text nyo na isettle dahil icucut nyo ung internet ko. Ayoko dumating sa point na wala na ko net. Pakiayos agad. Please lang.

Same here, kept on receiving demand messages asking to settle my alleged oustanding balance but never was i remiss in my payments even during the pandemic. i sent all my proof via email but they have not reconciled their records until now and demands to settle or they will cut my services!!! Please check your records and the proof of my payments. been sending emails and wasted calls in their hotline.

September 03, I sent my application for FiberX 25 MBPS together with the upfront or security deposit, I was advised via email, SMS and website reference, that my application was Approved and for Schedule of Installation, however weeks past I haven't received any calls from their base, even an email to Inform me for the Schedules, when I tried reaching the customer care/customer service, I didn't get a chance to talk to anyone even an acknowledgement email wasn't present, I tried using their web application "Click2Talk" from 9 AM to 6 PM but its useless unreliable, tried aclling their hotlines at the same time, was also busy, That until I decided to Cancel my Application and request for full refund as of today 09/16/2020.

kelan po kaya mkakabit ang internet. start n po ang online class nagbayad nmn n po kme sabi nyo 2-3weeks. mag 1 month n po aba. ang bilis nyo mag pa dp tpos ang tagal makabit. badly needed for my daughter. plss..

We received an email last August 5 informing us that our application #SS-06-1161023 is queued for installation but until now (more than a month already) there is no action done on it yet. We understand that there are restrictions on mobility and all but how long are we going to wait? When your agent came to us, he only promised for a 10-day waiting time upon confirmation of payment (it has been more than a month already) but he is not responding to our follow ups now. We badly need the internet connection since we have a student and a teacher in our household who need a stable internet connection for their classes. Also, if I may add, we also have in the family a government employee working from home and her job requires reliable internet connection to deliver the services to the applicants. We had already paid the required amount but we are left hanging. I sure hope you know how that feels from our end.

We paid the 1500 Cash Bond 1month na mahigit. Pero wala pang feedback kung kailan installation. Last August nagtetext kayo for Schedule of Installation, said that someone would contact us for the date & time pero wala naman. I contacted all your online portals Twitter, Email, FB and all I got is an Automated email with a Ticket# na wala namang saysay. I called Customer Service today since the past weeks kasi puro recorded lang kumakausap samen sa CS Hotline nyo. The Agent was eager to help, so nag rant ako malamang. Kayo maglabas ng pera ng walang kasiguraduhan, hindi ba kayo magagalit? I told her I have nothing against her and what I'm whinning about is for CONVERGE ALONE. I ask for a Supervisor/Manager to provide me Concrete Answers since I know that most of the responses ng Agent is basically scripted. And then, the Agent put me on Mute without asking permission, I know the call was not disconnected since wala kong narinig na disconnect tone. It was just blank. I said I would wait and ask to not put me on mute since I know they are not allowed to do that. But still no response. I waited for I think 15mins until my patience ran out. I even kept talking so the Agent would know I'm still on the other line. But nah, NOTHING! IF YOUR PROBLEM IS WITH YOUR CONTRACTORS, SO ANONG KINALAMAN NAMIN DUN? KAYA NGA KAYO MAY SERVICE BOND EH AND KAYA NGA KAYO MAY INSTALLATION FEE NA SISINGILIN FOR YOU TO PROVIDE BETTER SERVICE. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CONSUMERS! BAYAD NALANG KAMI TAPOS WALA NA? MAY MGA TRABAHO PO KAMI NA NALALAGAY SA ALANGANIN SA GINAGAWA NYO. AT MAY MGA ANAK KAMING NAGAARAL NA KAILANGAN UM-ATTEND NG VIRTUAL CLASSES. DAPAT PAG NAGAPPLY NG INSTALLATION SAINYO, SABIHIN NYO 6MONTHS TO 1YEAR PO BAGO MA-INSTALL PARA AWARE KAMI! NAGMAMADALI KAYO MANINGIL NG CASH BOND PERO ANG TUMAL NG SERVICE NYO!!!! Our internet connection was installed last July 1.

Last August 14, I paid P3,000 covering the months of July and August.
(Please see attached proof of payment.)

I checked the Converge app, and my balance due this month is again P3,000.
(Please see attached screenshot.)

It should only be P1,500 for the month of September.

Please look into this immediately.

Paano gagawin ko para sa hindi ko nagamit na enternet, nakabitan kami last August 21, 2020, tapos nawala connection ng August 28, 2020, ngayon September 18, 2020 naayos din, tapos ang bill ko 2,447.58, samantalang nag down ako ng 1,500.00, dapat 1,625.00 lang dapat kasi 25mbps lang naman kami, at paano yong hindi ko nagamit na three weeks? paki sagot nama, thanks.

Good Day! I would like to make a complaint about Converge. They installed our internet last Monday, 07-Sept and told to wait for the activation for 2 days and made us sign the contract. It’s been days from the said installation but it’s still on hold. We kept texting the installer and sending email to converge but no there’s no response from them.

Made full payment of 4000 for the installation fee and the other line fee. Internet installed june 28... did not receive any bill until aug 1. My august bill is for 4000, 2500 for the installation fee ( which has been paid) and 1500 for m line fees. Got in touch with our agent ( the one who helped with the application) and was told to pay 100 for june 28 to 30, 1500 for july ( since no bill was received) and 1500 for august. I paid 3100 and got confirmation that it was received. Come sept bill which i got today, it included 900 balance for installation fee, 1500 for august and 1500 for september. There is also a notice of disconnection if payment will not be received. Tried calling their customer service hotline and via email but no response.
