We don't have internet services since August 30th and it is now more than 1 week. We have called thrice to follow-up for the technician and no one came.

We are paying for the full 30 days charge, yet no internet connection. This happens as well way back of July. From 1st of July up until 7th of July no internet connection.

I expect that my bill wilm be adjusted from the number of weeks that we don't have the service.

By the way, you should improve your customer service support. You should have a dedicated chat and email support as well.

We already paid an installation fee of 1,500 to the account that they have provided, it's over a month now but still no update on when will they install the internet. All of their customer's services hotline is down and there's no way to contact them. Even their agents are stressed for the follow-up but still no progress and update.

I just don't think it's fair that there were some applicants in our area who applied recently and had their internet installed within just 2-3 days when we have paid earlier than they did. It’s been more than a month since I paid for converge wifi fiber but still installation has not taken place. They can not be contacted via telephone nor cellphone and does not even reply in emails and Facebook account. I just want the wifi to be installed already so that we may use it.

I applied for an internet connection for converge on second week of august thru its staff. The staff told me to wait for the application number before I go to the converge office to pay the installation and deposit fee. They told me there are going to install may internet connection from 15 to 20 days 2 weeks after I settled my account to converge i got a text message from converge that one of their staff will reach me out thru phone call to propose an installation date but since then I haven't recieved call nor text messages. I want the management to install my internet for my online class. If they fail to do so I will go to DTI to file a formal complaint against Converge.

Now, I have a huge remaining balance. I thought that it maybe a glitch on your system and it will be okay in the next few months but nothing changes. My bills piled up and now I don't have any internet connection because your system thinks I have an overdue balance. When are you planning to check on my account and reconnect our line?

We requested for an additional 10mbps last 8/28/2020. We received a message that there might be a disruption within 24 hours due to the upgrade and we were asked not to switch off the modem. 24 hours passed and up until now, we still don't have any internet connection. Their customer service is impossible to reach. It's like when you encounter problems with them, all you can do is wait.
