I applied to get Fibr internet connection. I received an email that my application is approved and that I can go ahead and pay for it. I applied Plan 2500. Total initial payment required is P5000 as it includes 2500 installation fee. I paid 5K on July 10.
On July 20 I called their CS to follow up. I was told it shows ok the system that I still owe them 2500 but it shouldn't bee the case. I was guaranteed it will be escalated to their support team and should be fixed in 3 business days. Nothing happened.
I called again after two weeks.i was told the same thing. Showing I owe them the money but is a system error and that I shouldn't have the problem. August 31, I received an email asking for my payment. Again saying It still.owe them 2500. Based on how things are explained on the email, I really don't owe them anything anymore and my installation should push through. Today Sep 1 my application was cancelled.
Was just told the application won't push through.
Now I have no internet, no money and my job is out on jeopardy from waiting to get connected.

I received a text message asking me to pay a certain amount last april. I made a payment but I checked that the account number given to me was a different one. So I call in to make a request for a payment reversal and sent an email. I received a call from converge asking me to pay again so I included her in the email thread. It has been months yet there is no response, no update and I kept on getting notifications. Aug 31, we do not have internet connection and when i call the line it says that my accnt is disconnected. So today, i pay 4,875 and my service is still not restored. I don't get the point of sending you an email request and following up on the same issue FOR MONTHS, yet there is no response. It is a neglect in your part and we are suffering from it!!! Do something on this.

I already paid my Internet installation through GCASH last July 10 I want a refund since I received today a cancellation notice in my application.

Bills has been settled, still you cut our connection one week after our payment. It's been a week and no one's answering in your hotlines, nor my emails in customer service. In just a few days, new bill will arrive. I don't want to pay for a bill that we haven't use.

Any update?? This is so frustrating, we've already settled our bill 2 weeks ago, how come it doesn't appear on your system? When are you planning to reconnect our line? I keep on sending an emails asking for update, you only gave me a ticket, and said that you'll get back to me after 1-2 business days, it's almost 10 days, yet no one's answering my emails. Your customer service hotlines are all useless. We've done our part on our end, so please do your part. Give us an update. Reconnect our line.

June 29 blinking red ang LOS ng modem. using Converge ICT fb messenger and yung troubleshoot app, I raised a ticket, ticket number was 002549014. After few days wala pa din gumawa. I called na sa CSR inabot po ng August 15 yung repair. Naayos naman then August 17, 2 am wala nanaman blinking red nanaman. Nakailang tickets na ako, at calls still wala pa din pong repair team na dumadating. tapos eto dumating nanaman yung bill reminder. Nung first 2 weeks na nawalan nanghingi na ako ng rebate nde pa daw po nagagawa ulet kaya nde pa sila pwede magbigay ng ticket. May nagpunta na pong team that time so dapat po naifile na yung rebate ko for that at panibagong rebate na ulet tong 2 weeks ulet. Homebase po ang work at start na ang classes sa school,kaya kailangan kailangan namin ng maayos na net provider kaya pinili namin magconverge pero very poor naman po ng service.

if hindi mainstall dapat di kayo naningil ng upfront payment, i am counting on the days na nasayang and weeks na tagged ako by my company indefinite leave since hindi makapag work from home because of you guys,
please.. kunti namang justification and update, you’re being inhumane..

may line kayo at poste like literally 10 steps from my home obvious na nklagay converge tapos di parin mainstall? sobra nman po ginawa niyo.

I will be filing formal complain this weekdays with the help of my classmate who is a lawyer specialized in labor. i will see you in court in due time and i’ll make sure you’ll pay me for what i’ve lost..

They were quick to collect the setup fee but no response when it comes to taking action on my concern. We've paid Php 4000 for the fiber 25mbps plan last July 13 but until now they didn't installed it. All their Hotline numbers are hard to reach. In spite of our current situation right now, I follow up several times by taking long queue outside their one manned office in Molino Bacoor and still got one answer "wait for another 2 weeks".

My mom went to the Converge office in San Pablo City, but they did not entertain my mom even after giving them all the documents. I have paid in advance but CONVERGE did not reconnect my internet subscription. Customer service sucks. They are not very helpful even after filing several complaints.

My account 1050602048189 has been queued for installation from July 7 up to now. Nothing changed in the status of my account despite my consistent follow ups. Every time I contact you through email and text messages you always tell me to wait for your installers' call. Unfortunately I didn't receive any call from them. How long will I have to wait?
