I have been consistently following up through email regarding installation. It’s been months since we settled payment but up to now, we still haven’t heard from Converge. I think no one even bothers to fast track installation process after they got our
payments. So disappointing. I think we can report them to DICT or something.
This is beyond unacceptable!

Hello,
I am very very frustrated to the Highest level of my Frustration. You asked me to pay for a certain amount for the initial payment of 1500. I received a confirmation from my payment and you were telling me that I am up for installation and asking me for some requirements online and when I attempted to submit the requirements your system won't even notify that it was successfully submitted and keep getting the same status and now the status of my reference number SS-05-955922 says "NOT SERVICEABLE"????
Why did you ask for payment if it is not serviceable?
Why did you send us messages that we are for installation and yet our place is not serviceable?
Is this something like a JOKE? Are we playing games here? Because we are not.
I need someone from your manager to contact me. This is unacceptable. I will wait until the end of this week. After that, I will contact all the government agencies that could address this and tell them that you are misleading your customers. I can complain all I want. I have my evidence that I paid the amount and I got a screenshot of your System saying that we are "NOT SERVICEABLE" . We got a screenshot of all the messages we received from Converge.

I write to inform you that at around 3:45pm 03 August 2020, I received a call from Converge contractor with mobile number # 09751079486 informing that they are on the way to our home to install my internet.
However, to my dismay and disappointment they have not shown up until this writing. I tried to reach consumer service hotline 02-8667-0850, but after almost an hour of waiting my call was cut. It is really very disappointing experience.
Almost everyday I have been making calls to customer service, but I cannot get thru. They have also a Mobile feature click to call, but also a useless feature.
Worse, this contractor reported that our residence is over span from Network Access Point (NAP) that is why the status of my application is on hold.
What is even much worse is when I applied anew thru sales representatives my application is now approved and for compliance. Meaning, I had to pay another installation and deposit fees in the amount of Php4,000.00, which I have paid already since July 15, 2020 with Transaction Ref.# MA_BP20200715-761120 via BDO Internet Banking.
My children are in need of Internet connection for their education and if Converge cannot install my application they should inform me and reimburse my payment.
I have conveyed my concern thru email to their customer service, but no update or response from them.
Converge Customer Service is the worst customer service that I have known.

I have submitted my application June 22, 2020. After waiting for a almost 2 months I received the call from the installer, the installers had me waiting then they just said that it will under go for another inspection.
this is very inconvenient for me, I had waited for almost 2 months and they have really tried checking it, they just stayed for 2 minutes and said that it is for inspection.
I'am really upset and disappointed that after waiting for 2 months, this is what i get. They didn't even explain why they cannot install it and not even responding to text messages. Kindly action on this ASAP!!!!

This happened last August 15 and up to now we do not have an internet. This is the same isssue with PLDT contractors wherein the alleged parties will remove the existing subscribers to connect new applicants. The technicians are from Fastel Services. They also asked money from the new subscribers.

Applied around June 2020, passed all requirements and checks that they will be able to install internet at my home. paid the PhP4000 requirement and waited.
After a long wait, the installer finally arrived, only to tell me they don't have a way to install at my placed. To my frustration, I already requested for a refund because they can't do anything anymore. The moment the installer left, I called converge right away (it takes around 40mins to an hour in queue for someone to get to talk to on their customer help desk). They said it might take 1-2 weeks to process the refund. I waited for 2 weeks, followed up countless times every 2 days after that. All they can say is that they will FOLLOWUP and ESCALATE the issue to the billing dept. It's tiring, frustrating, and a total waste of time getting these canned responses and no action at all. I understand the volume of requests but this is beyond acceptable already. Their Facebook page is flooded with complaints, no answers on direct messages. Need I say more? I'm pretty sure a number of customers are feeling the same sentiments. If I had money to spend I'd go directly to the top and sue their asses. For a freaking measly 4k installment refund.

In behalf of all subscribers of CONVERGE ICT, I would like to seek for your attention regarding our complain. It’s been months since we’ve settled the payment slot for the installation of our internet but all of us waited for a couple of months now and we’re still not getting what we paid for. Our internet connection hasn’t been installed ever since. Some of us took 2-3 months before the installation. And majority are still in pending and waiting.
Really looking forward to your assistance on this matter. If we can publicly announce how incompetent they are, maybe that will serve as their warning. Thank you and I look forward to hear from you in case you have any questions.
