COMPLAINT #5252 - Customer Service Issues
Hi. I am writing because I have already paid the initial payment needed and was asked of me prior to the installation. I paid it last Saturday and it said that it will be debited real-time. But as I checked, the status is still Awaiting payment. I even got a text message as the acknowledgement receipt that my payment has been received. I have attached the screenshots for your review. Please get back to me right away because I was already debited the 1,500. I did everything step by step. I followed what was instructed of me.

I was asking for any reference# regarding my enquiry and the information that the representative (Donna Venzon-CSR Magalang) advised me but she said that they're not providing or giving such.
Also, the service was very slow because as I observed they're chitchatting instead of providing fast service since there are lot of customers(some are even senior citizens) waiting/standing outside.

It’s been more than a month since we applied for your internet service but still no update from your company even the agent who was rushing us to pay for the installation fee, is not coordnating anymore. I feel like I’ve been scammed. Logically if we follow the 7 to 10 business days starting from the date of our application- July 3rd, we were supposed to have the service on July 22nd, but still no internet until now (nag MECQ na wala pa rin) I’m a work from home BPO employee who is a SINGLE FATHER TO MY SON, worrying for my son’s needs. Kindly have some humanity and descensy to respond as quicky as possible on this matter, it will be highly appreciated. Otherwise, I’m requesting for a refund so I can use to apply for other service and HAVE MY JOB BACK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Thank You..

The line was installed on July 23 and I paid the fee of P1,500 for 25 mbps to the collector. It has been 17 days after the installation but I have yet to receive my account number, not to mention activate the line. I even went to their office in Guiguinto twice already. But the employee just told me to wait and it will be activated this week, next week, blah blah. Hope you can take action and resolve this issue the soonest. If not, may I just request for a refund?

Nag bayad na ako ng 1,510.00 bakit pig cancel ang application ko? Ano ba ito lokohan? O scam? Paki check po ng papers ko at ng ibinayad ko. May katibayan na po ako na nagbayad na ako. Bakit pinapabayad na nman ako ng agency nyo samantalang bumayad na ako nong july 21, 2020. Pa ki check po sir/mam.

Granted that i have some flaws in my submission but i have fixed it no later than a day after receiving those comments. I'VE GOT NO INTERNET CONNECTION FOR MORE THAN A WEEK NOW AND IT'S UNACCEPTABLE. I EMAILED AND CALLED CONVERGE MANY TIMES BUT NO ONE ANSWERED MY CALLS EVEN FB MESSAGE NOR TWEETS. Concern: I want a Refund As soon as possible. I waited for a month and a half just to know that i was assigned on a wrong NAP Box. I sent the Nearest Nap box in my area in my application but it was full and i was assigned way to far from my Nap Box that i did send and didn't receive any notification about it. How you guys was able to assigned me on a Nap Box way to far in my area that exceed the 300m that you guys alloted. And Since there is no other Nap Box around in my area there is no way that it will be installed.
Ps. Just a feed back and i hope it will be escalated to the head of this company you guys should fix how your system works, you guys are better than this. You guys should never reserved a port to anyone if it is way to far on the area and if it is full

Applied for internet on june and paid on the same month. Technician came for installation but did not install. Portal said application has been put on hold due to No NAP Power. Cannot reach customer service via phone so we kept on asking via email on when it'll be installed but never had any clear answers. We've been witnessing technicians install internet around the neighborhood but ours never came.No solutions have been offered on how to solve the issue.

Husto ko pong ireklamo ang Converge ICT. Nag bayad po ako sa kanila nang P4,000 para ma installan ako nang kanilang fiber internet. After 1 month and 2 weeks, may pumuntang technician dito sa bahay, ang sabi po wala nang available slot sa lugar namin at irerefund nlng po nila ung 4k na binayad ko. May matatangap daw po akong email tungkol sa refund, pero lagpas 1 week na po wala parin akong natatangap na email at ung kausap ko pong agente eh hindi na sumasagot sa mga tawag ko at mga txt. Sana po matulungan nyo akong mabawi ung perang binayad ko.

I would like to follow up about the scheduled installation of our Internet Connection from Converge. It has been more than 21 days upon payment but there was no update to when the installation happen. This will be my 7-8 times to follow up and sending a request through email and your Customer Hotline.
There is a need for the service as soon as possible because the school year is about to start. Please provide an update if it can be installed within this month. If not please give us the step by step instructions on how we can submit a request for refund and look for other service providers that can service our area more efficiently.
