Two weeks after payment deposit for the line installation Converge showed up to install my line at the Pearl Of The Orient along Roxas Boulevard.
Unfortunately the building administration has banned Converge to install new lines as there are outstanding complaints from at least 10 Units who are without internet since two weeks. Within that time Converge has not done ANYTHING but offer excuses to fix the problem. Being a new customer I now seriously reconsider to have their line installed as this is already a bad start. This is the height of incompetence and a total lack of customer service!

I have been religiously following up on the job order for the installation. FYI, I applied July 7. I had been told several times I will called on about it by the concerned people. Three weeks ago, two of neighbors got their installation done, why can't they do mine?
I was told that installation will happen after 10 days by a customer agent, by phone, who acknowledged my payment for the installation fee. The fee which is already posted four days earlier. I also wrote numerous message in the gofiber messaging system and thru email, because it is really difficult to get a warm person on the phone. 18 days na.
I will be doing my classes online (teacher) in a few weeks and I will badly need this service. If not for the present circumstances, I wouldn't be that angry. I would do with a slower connection. Three of us are also working at home. Can you do us a favor? Helps us and my students later , finish the work.

Nag text ng system update sa July 9 2020 1am Na 30mins lang pero nawala Na yung Internet tapos July 27 2020 system update ulit umasa ako Na babalik Na net pero wala parin. August 5 2020 Na ngayon nasan yung Internet at yung service desk email niyo sinunod ko lahat ng troubleshooting pero wala parin dahil ang may problem dun sa aparato sa poste naka tanggal yung linya Namin at naka laylay lang sa Puno. At ang pinaka masama dito eh yung wala kaming billing adjustment kahit wala kami internet tuloy tuloy lang ang bill. Kung pwede ko lang akyatin yung poste ako Na nagkabit ng linya Namin.
Billing hotline: robot lang ang makakausap mo kasi Hindi Sila nag bibigay ng local # para sa direct number
Technical hotline: mahabang pila ng caller tapos yung ibang sumagot wala pang 30sec bababaan ka lang pero yung iba naman papaasahin ka lang ng kausap mo.
