Nag-apply ako last June 11, 2020. I reach the steps on paying the initial cash out of P4,000.00. And paid the amount. And after 2months of waiting for installation, a lineman contractor went into our area and found no available NAP port on the box.
Do you have plan on installing another box in our area ( Blk.38n Brgy.12 Caloocan City)?

The company has announced technical issues in our coverage area (Silang, Cavite) yesterday (August 3,2020). I understand that this kind of problems occurs however it wasn't resolved in a timely manner. Unconsistent connectivy to none happened 10:00 in the morining until evening of August 3,2020. Due to service interruptions it has caused me my work especially to my salary. I work from home even before the pandemic and I was assured good connectivity. It was good and in rainy days it's a little slow, I have no compalins about it but yesterday was no connection and it caused me to lose Php 1,850 because of not coming in to my work. Ako nga July 9 2020 1am Nung my system update Sila Bigla nalang nawala yung Internet. Nag text Na 30mins lang yung update eh Aug 4 2020 wala parin. Kala ko Nung may text ng July 27 2020 system update Kala ko babalik Na net kaso umasa lang pala ako. Ang sobrang sama dito eh wala silang billing adjustment tuloy tuloy lang ang singil kahit wala Kang internet. Settled Na ang bill kaso wala Kang makakausap para sa billing adjustment kundi robot biglang mawawala. Tapos yung technical hotline matagal ka naghihintay tapos bababaan ka lang. Sana I regulate Sila ng NYC or DICT!

Request asap installation it about a month now since our application was approved. Ganon b katagal kayo mginstall. Sabi nyo once ngbayad ang 1500 10 days na install agad. Paghindi pa na ka itan within 2 week as for refund na ako.

Na inspect na po ng technician nyo ang place ko kaso sabi nila wala dw pong facilities ang area para ma installan ako...nagconduct po ako ng inspection sa mga ka bldng ko and i found out na meron n nainstallan sa bldng 3 kaya bakit po ganon ang nangyari sa akin eh bldng 1 lng po ako mas malapit sa highway... The line inspector who came by just advised to cancel the application because he was too lazy to look and find for a line and told me have the initial payment be refunded. Hey! I HAVE BEEN REQUESTING FOR THE REFUND WAY BACK BUT YOU SENT AN INSPECTOR INSTEAD WHO TOLD ME TO JUST HAVE A REFUND. WHAT A S-C-A-M! No one has the decency to properly handle the situation. One ticket to another. Prolly opening and closing at the same time without resolving the matter. Connection is badly needed for school purposes but yeah, you wouldn't care! You were just good at the start but reality hits, you cannot cater the demand.

Last sunday july 26 nagpnta ang installer dto akala q nmn ok n kc after 3mos of waiting finally mkkabitan na q,un lmg pag dting ng installer masyado dw malayo ung assigned nap box q more dan 100 meters dw,my 3 nap box na mlapit smin at sv ng isang installer my 3bkante dw,so sv nya ggwan nya ng praan,na mailipat aq dun one wik na ngaun wla mn lng aqng assurance kng mkkabitan pa ba aq o ndi na,kung sobra man sna ung ggmiting wire wiiling nmn aqng mag bayad

Hi my name is Christian D. Berizo I applied my Mothers' name but I will be the one who pay for it, I already paid the installment fee which 1500 pesos in total. My agent said to me that I need to pay it as soon as possible then he gave the number of "Mary ann Austria" I don't know this person but he said to me to pay 1500 to this person which I did it. Now, I am in the step 5 "Payment kuno" 1500. How can I pay it if I already paid it?

We lost connection tho our neighbors have internet connection . We have no internet since July 29 in the morning. We paid the bill on July 20 why is it that we don’t have internet connection . It is connecting but doesn’t have internet access . The status of the modem is ; PON is blinking and LOS and INTERNET has no light at all and WIFI and the POWER has light .

Tapos kahit simpleng upgrade, papahirapan ka pa!!! Ilang araw hihintayin mo.. sasabihin nila 48 hours? Anong petsa na!!??
