Hi! I have applied and paid Php 4000 for initial deposit last Dec 28, 2019. Been calling and asking for an update since then. It was only last June 9, 2020 when they installed a router. Then again, they told us to wait for the connection to be activated. Been trying to call for an update on activation but all lines are busy. I'd like to file for cancellation but lo and behold, their lines are still busy as of the moment.

We lost connection last 07/24/2020, filed a ticket. and until now 07/31/2020 we are not receiving any update regarding the repair of the service.

How long does it take for your company to fix the service? It should not take this long.

How do you expect us to pay the upcoming bills if your service is not working? we are Working at Home and we chose Converge as our ISP. It is so frustrating!

No internet connection for days now. We also have families to feed. We are paying the right amount on time so please put our internet connection bask wlas we cannot afford to.loose.our jobs during these hard times

What I need is for you to installed it because Im gonna use it for my job. When will you installed it?

I applied for update 25mbps to 35mbps . Instructions says that connection will be unavailable during the update configuration but do not reset the modem . We follow that , after minutes pf waiting , a confirmation text sent by converge saying that the update was successful . BUT UNTIL NOW THERE IS NO CONNECTION . I have shift schedule 6am and I am work from home . This is so HASSLE . There should be a team or a system that after the update, fix the connection ! Fixed this immediately for God sake. I am trying to make a living here !

Please do necessary action! We applied last July 21st and we also did settle the upfront fee of 1,500 right after we received the notification last July 22nd but up until now we didn't receive any notification that the payment is already posted or not because based on your website it's still incomplete/pending. Hi , I already reported yesterday my concern regarding our internet connection . We already paid our bill but yesterday morning , we have lost our connection and the LOS was in red blinking light. I contacted your landline number several times but it always says that your number was busy. I also sent an email to your service desk but they only keep sending me different ticket numbers but 'till now, no response or immediate actions was taken !

If this will not be installed the soonest, please advise us and refund my payment so I can apply to another ISP. I've patiently waited for so long but now, the online class of my child is coming so near, so looking forward to your immediate action on this matter.

We are scheduled for intallation and based on our agreement 5 to 10days working days for us to have a connection. We paid the 1625 payment as the agent says and until now no one is calling us to give atleast an update about the installation. We tried to contact your social medias and what we can only get is the auto replies from you. When i called you click2talk, i had to wait for an hour to be assisted but when its my turn what they gave me is the response for rating your assistance. Oh my God. Nobody assist me

Poor customer service

Have been trying to call their hotline yesterday, the whole day until today but got no answer. Also, already made a ticket but i'm still waiting for their call.

Even though it is still GCQ, with limited workforce. But they still have to take time to deal with us, and handle our concerns. There are many options on how they can reach us, email/contact numbers/facebook/instagram/etc. all they have to do is reply and answer our questions.

I will wait again for 24 hours. I will see if they will contact me today.

It's been exactly 10 days already today since we payed the upfront fees amounting of 1500 pesos, but still no installation is happening. Converge also send us a message and email that they had received the payment already. I hope within this week you can take action for this complaint, because I've been waiting for that Wi-fi connection for more than a month already. Thank you for your understanding.

Around July 3 or 4 -- I reported an issue about my internet service, I got less than 10 email responses from the ServiceDesk servi***@convergeict.com

I have been making a follow up since the day it was reported as I have been working from home since the pandemic. Initially, prior locked down it was working fine until as of writing I am struggling and have been emotionally concern out of stress because no one is responding.

Last July 15th I already paid for the upfront payment of Php 1,500 right after I received the text message coming from them. As per my application status it takes 10 days for us to get installed however it's already 12 days and until now I didn't received any call from them to verify and to know the schedule of installation. I know we faced a lot of challenges due to pandemic, however if you give a promise to your customers, follow them.

I already paid last June 19, 2020 but up until now, July 29, 2020 my internet was not yet installed.I also sent multiple emails but didn't received any feedback or update from Converge's end.
