Nainstall yung router nmen kahapon july 17, 2020 ang sabi ng installer e wait lang daw kame 2 to 3 hours para maactivate at magkakainternet na kame pero until now july 18 10:24 PM e wala pa din kame connection.tapos nakalagah sa status namen ale active na so it means start na ng billing namen na di pa namen nagagamit yung internet.walang macontact ni isa sa hotlines nila.di din sumasagot sa mga emails namen.pano ba to umpisa palang problema na e kailanagn sa work to.pakiaksyunan naman po.di ko na isasama naang tagal bago kame nakabitan ng converge simula ng nag payment kame.

I paid them to get an internet on April but they said we couldn't get a connection because no cable is available which is opposite to what they said that our are is serviceable when I submit the application. On May 13 I asked them to refund me instead but until now still no one is attending to my concern. I sent them 8 emails to look into it and tried calling their hotline several times but still no action from them. It's very disappointing they don't care with their customer resolving an issue like this.

grabe nakaka bother kayo sobra ang bilis nyong manghingi ng initial payment tapos inabot nang isang buwan ung making the account then nung nag bayad nako for initial payment at tumawag ako sa click2call ni isang cx service walang sumasagot sakin ewan koba bat ganyan alam nyo first time ko mag apply ng internet connection tapos ganto pa.. nakapag bayad nako lahat lahat wala man lng update dun sa account ko na nag reflect na ung payment.. gusto konalang i pa reffund ung 1500 na binayaran ko.. tapos tinanong kopa ung dumaan na converge dito at pina check ko ung nup box sabi nila d na daw ako pwede ilagay sa pinaka malapit sa amin.. kaya mag pa req. ng bagong nup box..


sana una palang chinecheck nyo kung available ba sa lugar bago kayo nag papa bayad sobrang hustle talaga tong ginawa nyo please lang i reffund nyo nalang ung 1500 kesa ganyan

Application started April, payment needefor installation done in May 2020, after 1 month by June still no installation happened, whenever you asked for the status, you'll just get an email that it will be forwarded to the concerned team. Requested refund because the concerned team is a hoax then same shit happened, it will be forwarded to concerned team lol. I worked in BPO for 10 years and this is the worst shit ever. I don't want to call their customer service because I know it'll be full of asshole agents, my time will be wasted. If anyone knows any lawyer to sue them for false advertisement, please contact me.

Hello po! My account number is 0020230793068. Nagbayad na ako ng 4000 via ECPAY last "JUNE 17" at na recieved na ng Converge ICT at nag message na sa akin na recieved na with reference number 2020-06-17-1560958. Mula noon hanggang ngayon ay wala pa. Tumawag na ako sa "costumer service hotline" at nakausap ko si "JL" at nasabi ko sa kanya yung problem ko with regards sa connection. Sabi nya na gumawa na sya ng request for installation pero wala naman dumating. 2 weeks ago tumawag ako sa "service disk" nyo at nakausap ko si "Danielle" at sabi nya na dapat ako tumawag doon sa costumer service pero tinulungan nya ako sabi nya na mag e-mail sya sa costumer service para sa problem ko.
Tapos ngayon ang hirap tumawag sa inyo kasi lagi nalang "SORRY! ALL CIRCUIT ARE BUSY NOW" Tumawag ako dati at nakapasok ang call ko pero 2 hours naman bago ako naka usap ng custumer service nyo. Kung kayo kaya ang nasa kalagayan namin, "ANO" kaya ang mararamdaman nyo? Sana naman maasikaso na sa akin at makabitan na ako kasi more that 1 month na mula noong nagbayad ako.
Hindi na kailangan ma punta pa ang usapin na ito sa Kongreso para kumilos lang kayo. Maraming salamat at purihin ang Diyos.

Grabe ang pasakit nyo sa pag bigay ng refund! Ang galing nyo manghingi ng deposit tapos sa refund pahirapan. Marami na akong email sa customer service nyo, bakit hindi ako nakakareceive ng reply, FYI naka CC dun ang NTC at Malacañang. May 1 nag apply ako, nag deposit ako ng 1500. May pumunta sa location namin para sabihin na hindi kami makakabitan dahil malayo kami sa terminal ng Internet nyo! Nag pa bayad kayo tapos hindi naman pala possible na makabitan kami, ito ang tinatawag na kaswapangan sa pera. Imagine kung ilang libong customers ang hiningan nyo ng deposit. Nag email ako napakatagal na wala pa update, sabi nyo magrerefund at forwarded sa billing nyo! Nasaan na?! Nagdadagdag kayo ng stress ng tao, apektado kabuhayan dahil ang Internet sana na to para sa trabaho. Pati ba nmn sa refund napakatagal!

Hi Sir, did you go to their office as advised? I, too, would want to personally visit their office for a compliant but am hesitant because maybe they would not entertain walk-in customers.

Hi. I Have submitted an application for internet service to start working from home back in May and got approved for an installation last June 1st.

This company has taken payment and would not bother notifying their subscriber of the installation status. They also advertised and communicated that the installation will happen 10 days later which clearly is misleading.

I would like to take matters legally and would like to file formal complaint and compensation at this time.

I have made mutiple follow-up every week by email and chat but has never gotten any response regarding this.

Last response I received was June 13th.

nagbayad ako last july 7, intial payment sa converge thru gcash and confirmed naman nila na narecieved yung payment, but today july 12, may na received ako na txt na i need to pay the initial paymnet to proceed yung installation, at yung sa apllication wala pa ding update, lumalabas doon hinde pa din ako nakakabayad ng initial payment. And ang hirap mag update sa kanila patay lahat ng email address na nasa kanila. Worry ako baka wlang mangyari doon sa application ko.

Payment of 4000 has been made for this application but you never installed the service. Your toll is unreachable and you never reply to any of my email since jun 29, 2020.

According to the tech who visited us on 6/29, that on the online application "OPALO" st was not indicated. They said that I need to reapply with a complete address. I reaaply immediately as instructed and its almost a month now but i am not hearing any reply from you.

If you cannot install your service please let me know and please refund my 4000.

Btw, this is the worst customer service experience i had in my entire life.

I would like to ask for assistance in raising a complaint against Converge ICT. We lost the internet connectivity last June 20, 2020 and I immediately tried to call the Converge technical support's hotline but the line is so busy that the call will be disconnected right away when you dial. I went through their website and got the ticket number CTS-002101163, and was advised that someone will contact me within 24 hours for initial troubleshooting. After 3 days, I sent an email follow up and also sent a message on their Messenger page since I did not received any update from them. I badly needed the internet service since I'm working from home at that time. I tried to contact the hotline multiple times but the line suddenly cut off after waiting on the automated system. I sent an email follow-up and messenger chat multiple times but no avail.
I went to their office in Pasig last Wednesday (July 8, 2020) and after waiting on the line for hours, I was able to speak to their service desk personnel and assured me that someone will fix the issue on site within 24- hours and provided me a new ticket number. Two days already passed and as of this writing, no one came to fix our connection or even call us to give an update. I was already removed from work at home arrangement due to unstable data connection.

This is not the first time that we got this kind of issue because we had the same issue from the previous year and it always take weeks and tiring effort to make a follow up to them before the issue got resolved. I was not also able to request to adjust our bill since their billing hotline is also busy. There's a lot of customers that are having the same issue based on their Facebook page - Converge ICT Suppprt.
I'm humbly asking for your kind assistance on this matter as I'm already helpless in fixing our connection. Thank you.
