Need pa daw ipaconduit wiring, hindi naman namin alam na yun pala ang need, eh ayaw ng may ari ng expose na wire, may other way naman sanang inooffer yung may ari, ayaw naman trabahuhin ng mga installer kesyo di na raw nila trabaho yun..basta ang daming demands na walang site visit

We transferred home in June 27. Since then, I have been trying to contact Converge to transferred our line. It has been 2 weeks already and no one has entertained my inquires. All they do is to say, "Pasensiya na po." As if that would suffice my work the studies of the kids. I lost my other job because of them. They are the worst. I will definitely sue them.

No internet connection since Wires were peeled and cut due to house construction along the street. My work as a teacher is affected since most of our trainings are online. Its been a month since i reported this problem.. lot owner also is complaining that they cannot continue the construction because of the wires that passes across their roof.

Very disappointed kami sa customer service ng Converge. We applied thru their website and all the agents na pinagfa-follow up namin they all said that "ganyan ang nangyayari kapag sa online kayo nagapply" feels like we were scammed. I paid last June 20, after a week we received a phone call na disapproved daw dahil we did not pay the initial cash out when infact we already paid it as soon as we received the instruction via email. After more than 2 weeks of follow ups sa mga patay na email address na binibigay nila never once they replied. Pagpunta namin sa Noveleta Office ng Converge the staffs told us already sa pila palang na iemail nalang ang concern. Ayaw nila kami iassist gusto kami pauwiin dahil wala naman daw magagawa kundi ieemail lang. Ano po klaseng service yun? we ask for contact numbers na tatawagan para ifollow up yung concern, wala daw email lang meron. We emailed our concern thru 4 different email address:

We received the email regarding the payment of the installation fee AFTER A MONTH on June 28, 2020 and on June 29 we paid Php1632.00 (installation fee is being paid in installments) at the outlet at 7-eleven. They sent us an email that our payment has been received.

On July 7, we received an email saying that we were on step 6 and said that we should proceed to make the initial payment AGAIN.

The agent that we filed the application form with said that maybe it was just a glitch in the system however I am still worried that it might be cancelled. Especially because we waited for a whole MONTH for the new wifi to be installed

Please answer if we need to make payment again

Unreachable service numbers! I dont have connection for more than a week and i believe the problem is within the inside the house connection! I was trying to contact all the numbers to get a field technician to fix my connection, i’am working from home and i was suspended from my company due to my inability to to do my job!I had a several tickets created but not even once they replied to my emails or responded to one of the tickets! I’m fed up and frustrated. This is the worst internet provider when it comes in servicing their customer. I will seek legal actions because of what happened. If this concern and issue will not be resolved and if I’m not be Compensated, I will sue Converge for this.

I paid in a wrong account numbers because converge text an account number last April 2020 and realize this June 2020 you did not receive our payment upon checking you just send us a wrong account number last April then after 3 months you text us that we need to pay amounting 7000plus I was shocked then I check that it was different account number you sent us before... Converge is the payment name of the company who received it and didn't call us ...please correct this and refund our payment sent it to the correct account number. in times like this 3000 is a big amount and come to think we have no work. please returned our payment.

Checked the application I paid which was created by one of your agents HOWEVER IT WAS CANCELLED. Another agent of yours made another order yet it’s on hold. I just need explanation about what’s going on or if there’s any chance for my service to be installed because I will file a former complaint if this won’t be resolved.

am Andrew Gregorio, I am residing at Poblacion Sta Maria Bulacan, I made this email to report issues regarding our internet provider (Converge). We have been their customer for almost 3 years now and we havent got any serious issues not until year 2020 started. Because of the Covid19. Me and my sibling (Aeron Jaye Gregorio), which is the account owner decided to work at home as a BPO representative. Since I start working at home, I am using VOIP for my job and whenever I accept calls both parties cant hear each other as in hindi kami nagkakarinigan ng customer ko, We already reported this more than three times but there was no solution given, I tried to contact their online support but it seems na nilalaro lang nila yung mga customers nila, There was a time that I called them pero yung representative kumakanta lang. second contact I was able to spoke to a representative named Yna around 3rd week of June and gave me a ticket number 002 110 752 saying that I will receive an email about the reported issue, More than 7 days have past I did not receive any emails and decided to call again and talk to Allain(ID:5537) last 3rd of July and was told that they will be sending out technicians kinabukasan to see what's going on pero walang pumunta na technician they also gave me another ticket # 002 223 699. I cant work properly, 1st schedule ko is 3am to 12 noon pero pag dating ng 930 am hindi na kami nagkakarinigan ng customer ko and I am forced to log out and hindi ako bayad sa work ko, now my schedule was changed to 8 pm to 5 am which is much worst. from 8 pm , 1am na ako nakakapag trabaho dun lang nagsisimula umayos yung connection nagiging half day pasok ko and starting last week of June, Ineescalate na ako ng Management ng work ko dahil sa internet issues na na eexperience ko and at the same time yung salary ko is affected, tried to do hundreds of speed test pero ang taas ng jitter nila which normal should be around 1-40. please help me resolve this issue with converge

I paid the initial payment of 1500, but when the technician came to our house he said installation can't push through due to wrong NAP assignment and I should wait for 10 days for the refund, so after 10 days, NO REFUND was made, tried calling their CS but ang tagal ng waiting time sa queue (1 hour) na nadidisconnect na ang call, sent multiple e-mails but all I get are automated replies.
During this pandemic, even small amount matters lalo na at 3 buwan walang income ang tao.

Same case, nag apply ako last May 24,2020 then june 3,2020. Nag bayad ako until now walang process yung installation . Nag check ako for status sa converge wala daw available na nap.

I started to notice an extra fee in my SOA. I inquired about it over the phone last March 2020. I was promised that this will be looked into and will get an email update. A month later(April 15th), I emailed bil***@convergeict.com to follow-up as I've not heard back from them. April 21, someone responded that they will let Manila team (billing***@convergeict.com) know about this.
Over a month later (May 23rd), I emailed Manila team to follow-up because I have not heard back from them again. On May 26, my email was forwarded to someone again and misunderstood my concern for SOA request. I immediately replied & stated my concern that same day.
After, no reply again. June 3rd I emailed them again for a follow-up. Until today, they offered no explanation, no reply. Every month I keep seeing an extra fee that I'm "supposed" to pay.
My monthly bill is 1,500. I'm never late in payment. There should be any late fees or unpaid balance. I've been very patient. How long do you plan to drag this on without any updates? Is this your business practice?

For peace of mind, this might help you too. I figured this out thru their Frequently Asked Questions since I was confused with my first billing. I emailed them and they won't answer queries clearly and will only give SOAs or automatic responses.

NOTE: Understand that your initial payment consists of Security Deposit (SD) + Installment Fee (IF). It's NOT a payment for a recurring mainline bill, it's the INITIAL Subscription deposit. Your SD is refundable once you terminate the subscription.

In my case, I paid the whole upfront free: (SD) P1500 + (IF) P2500 = P4000 total subscription. I have a P1500 that I can refund.

My net was installed on May, 2. Statement of Account (SOA) will be read every 1st day of next month which contains your billing. Do not pay unless you receive your SOA. I received my SOA thru email on June 9 and my first bill amounts P2951.62. I received SMS notification before that day that my "outstanding balance" is P1451.62 (it will be confusing when you don't know the computation, see computation below). I was so confused and distrusting because I didn't understand my first billing plus I paid P1500 on June 2 without SOA, it wasn't reflected. So I emailed, yet my questions aren't clarified. This was during ECQ, so it's frustrating to contact them.

Here's what I understood;
The first Mainline fee is computed from the Day of Installation to the End of its Month. It's also known as Prorated Charge that you're ought to pay + Mainline fee of the Recurring Month.

COMPUTATION: Mainline Plan / 31 (Installed Days) = Prorated Charge
+ Recurring bill + Payment for IF when stagerred
= Total amount of the first bill (VAT Included)

My first bill compute: P1500 / 31 * 30 Days = P1451.62 (Prorated Charge during May)
+ P1500 (June bill) + 0 (IF)
= P2951

The next SOA will consist only of your recurring bill once you completely paid your first SOA. Due date of payment varies but mine is every 20th day of the month, which is unfair for me but safe for them.

We would like to get a follow-up on our refund request. It has been more than a month already since we submitted our refund request. But still, no update yet.

Our subscription/account application is currently set to "onhold" status because on the day of the installation, they contacted us that there's no line in our area so the internet installation won't be pursued. But before that, when we applied online through their site, they said that there was a line. Very misleading indeed.

Please help us grant our refund request already for our initial payment of PHP4,000. We've attached the screenshot file about the payment.
