Last May 25 nag apply ako s converge thru their agent. Pnakunan p sakin yung box n malapit s bhay and nagprocess n ng application. Knina may nagpuntang nag iinstall pero ang sabi sakin ang nkareserve dw n port nsa kbilang subdivision. Sabi ko anong gagawin ng port n un s kbilang subdivision eh hindi nman ako dun nagpapakabit. Sabi sakin possible n mareject dhil ung box n malapit sakin puno n dw. Bnigyan ako ng 2 options, either mag antay dw n may maputulan s box n malapit sakin or mag antay n may maikabit n bagong box. Sana man lng bago nyo tinanggap yung bayad eh tningnan nyo muna kung kaya nyo kabitan ang customer nyo dahil kung cnabi nyong malabo makabitan eh s iba nlng ako nag apply. Ngaun nagtuturuan ang agent at nag iinstall kung cno ang may ksalanan. Abala masyado yang ginagawa ninyo s customer. Sumagot dn sana kayo s mga tanong. Kung hindi ako mkabitan s lunes, ididiretso ko ang complaints s DTI.

Problem:
Nag apply ako thru online last March 14 2020 and after ilang months may nareceived akong email nitong May 14 na canceled na daw yung application ko

Question is paano ko marerefund yung initial payment kong P1,500.00

Nagtry akong mag-email sa Converge since wala kaming telephone number dito, but walang sumagot ni-isa.

Then may nag ask naman sakin thru FB kung ano yung application details ko daw pero hanggang ngayon wala pa ring reply.

PS. Mother ko yung pinangalan ko sa application, I guess dahil don kaya nacancel yung application ko.


Please help me!
Gusto na namin makapag pakabit ng internet, any suggestions kung anong magandang internet provider ang pwede, and yung mabilis mag reply sana.

Where can I file an official complaint against the internet provider Converge ICT Support? It's been three freaking months since I asked for an installation but they still did not put it in place. I've been calling them every single day I feel like I'm begging for my money, I already asked them to completely cancel the plan. I was promised to get my refund on May 22 but for some reason they still could not do it. I don't know what kind of game they are up to but I'm pretty sure I'm not gonna buy it, cause this is a little bit upsetting. So where na nga kasi? I just want my money back.

We sent emails no response and when we call, we always get the same answers. We do always check the status on the site, it's still schedule for installation! We spoke to several agents, unfortunately they work in a different area. Now the last agent we spoke who's handling the Mexico area, helped us to check the possible date of installation and she told us there's no available port in our area. On the 11th of May once we sent all the requirements, the status then was "Port Reservation", until we get an update and made a payment, everything was smooth. On the status, we need to make a payment asap to secure our reserved port. We have been told after we made a payment, they will do the survey and someone needs to be in the house just to make sure because after 2 or possible 3days they'll do the installation. So, today we were told no port available and it is impossible to do the installation! Why ask for the payment if they cannot provide service? We're now unable to work for 3weeks because of misleading info/update. Either they will expand or look for available box to give us service!

We have requested for installation around May 10, 2020. We were advised that there is an available port in our area. But when the technician arrived, they said that they were not allowed by brgy officials to install. The port assigned to us is with another brgy that cant allow me to install since I am not residing in their brgy. This is Alma Cajandoc/Account # 1050602035801/LOS Red problem, would like to complain about my internet connection which we cannot use since May 19, 2020. I already reported this to my agent Bing Globasa but she always says that she has no contact to anyone in Converge and that her report regarding my internet has no update since May 19, 2020. I already reported this thru the link sent to me by my agent on May 20, 2020. On May 21, I send an email and I was given a ticket# CTS-001878581. On May 22 & 23,I made a ff-up e-mail by following the instructions on how to ff-up an email, I wrote the ticket # and account number on the subject for ff-up but they've given me another ticket# CTS-001897059 still no call or any update from Converge after all the report I've done. On May 26, 2020, I send again an email and as usual, I was given another ticket# CTS-001911742. But still, no action on their part.My agent was not answering my message to her on messenger, maybe she doesn't want to accommodate me since I was upset when I send her messages. I also tried to call your Manila Hotline but wasn't able to connect. Line was always been busy. The four cp number found on google can't be reach or out of coverage. What will I do to check my line? it's been 10 days now since we have no connection. PLEASE CHECK MY LINE ASAP!!!!
I will also deduct the payment from the day that out internet connection have lost. It's unfair if I am going to pay that!

hi! We also have the same problem here regarding LOS. I tried to call on the link for the hotline, but I haven’t even made one successful call on that link. May I know how did you get the reference ticket number thru email? May i know the email address you sent to? Thank you so much! :)

I applied for an internet connection at Converge on Feb and they confirmed that my area is serviceable. After paying the upfront payment in advance, they sent the technician to install around mid-Feb. However, the tech said that there is no available port and they cannot install. I requested for a refund but until now (May 20, 2020) no update and I didn’t get my refund yet. I hope someone can help me regarding this and I hope this will reach the higher department of Converge; not just the customer service. I hope I will get back my hard earned money!

Same sakin. January 2020 ako nag apply at nagbayad. After 2 months walang galaw kaya ng request ako ng cancellation. Ngayon July na, hindi ko na sila macontact. Laging busy yung number or biglang nagddrop yung call. Hindi sila sumasagot sa FB Messenger, seen lang. Sa email wala din.

i have applied for converge and it was approved and queued for installation, installers called and did not came 3x, when i checked the website the status is already active. I complained 2x and nothing happened.

I called customer service many times and they confirmed it was already installed. How can that be, the payment confirmation is with me and nothing was installed in my house. They seem installed in another house.

same here i applied internet connection at converge on july 23,2020 and after paying the payment in advance, they sent a technician to install but due to our safety our barangay request the swab test of poeple who want to enter our barangay but they fail to represent it so they cannot install. so i wait a day, a month but still on technecian return so i applied a refund on nov.21,2020 they say 10 days i can claim my money but until now no update and I didn’t get my refund yet. hoping i will get back my hard earned money and I hope someone can help me regarding this and I hope this will reach the higher department of Converge...

Converge is not a good choice for your internet service:
-Cant reach their Hotline.
-Dont reply to emails for rebates or complaints
-Dont give rebates for no-internet days.
-Lots of dissatisfied customers at their office. I was not alone.

I already had a scheduled installation before but was cancelled due to the lockdown. I already went to the barangay and confirmed that they already allow installation.I also have their written permission. I just want to schedule a technician as soon as possible for my job. Please see attached file of the barangay's written permission to install. Also, what’s the process of refunding the 1,500 pesos I paid for the installation? I will be checking other internet providers next week if this is not yet installed within this week. The status of my application is still on hold until now and I haven't received any calls from you. I contacted your technician but they never responded. I tried to call you on your number but my 350 pesos load is used up even before I get an agent due to your long wait time. Your 15 seconds wait time is equivalent to 30 minutes hold. I don't mean to be a complainer but I had enough and my patience is already running low.

Hi! In my case, I emailed them to request for a refund because talking to their customer service over the phone is like talking to a robot. They can’t resolve and answer simple questions. However, the down part is, it will take forever to get the refund. I requested for a refund 1st-2nd wk of March but today is May 21, 2020 but no one told me yet how and when I can get the money. But at least via email, you have hope compared to phone calls. I already paid 2 bills from other provider but Converge didn’t refund me yet.

I applied for internet and everything was fine until the installation, I was told by the sales representative that there will be no problem with the installation but the tech told me that it cannot be installed without poles , a lot of complications. I emailed, called, texted and chatted converge customer care but no one is helping me to cancel the order and refund me the upfront payment of 1500. You're not expecting us to wait for nothing. Please someone take care this. This is absolutely ridiculous for growing company without since of urgency. Even cancelling order is not available online. Sunday, they installed the modem and said it should be activated anytime of Monday. Monday came and went, it was not activated. I called and spoke to their CSR, names John. He told me at first that he needed to get serial number of the modem so he could fill out the form to manually configure and activate my connection. After getting it he put me on hold for more than 5 minutes all the while I was thinking he is already into it just to get back to me and tell me that he will give me a ticket number for the manual configuration and I should wait for 24 hours. I told him I already waited that long and it was the same thing I was told by the person who installed it. He said that I have to wait for another 34 hours and he need to put me on hold again to get me the ticket number then he was gone. He came back after to give me the ticket number. I spent my minutes and time to get nothing done and this company will not even own that. How difficult it is to configure a connection that I should wait another 24 hours and their csr is less than unhelpful just sticking to what he has to say instead of listening to me. They got the payment a week ago for service they can’t even provide on time. They should not be in business for having such a poor business practice.
