Having internet connection since day one of the installment...no action was taken from them.. they promised to replace the modem but no one came out to replace it...whenever i called customer service it keeps on disconnecting and havent recieved any call back

We paid converge installation P1500 last July 14, 2020 but upon checking the area by the installers, they told us that our area cannot be serviced yet by converge and so we were advised to ask for refund from converge.

I emailed the customer service email (Ticket#002799855 CTS-002799855 CONVERGE ICT REFUND) but no reply until now regarding the refund. The reply is always an auto response and not a true response to our email.

What to do about this converge???

Since August 22,2020 my internet lost connection up to now no technician come you should refund the equivalent amount that we have no connection

its almost 3 months na and yet no update regarding my application after payment of 4k, they always notify us that my application is queued for installation, but its napaaaaaakatagal na...poor customer service, no one is answering, once me sumagot, then referred me to other department, i waited for more than 1 hr just to drop the call on the other side saying that they can't hear me...thats BS......very poor customer service, they are fast in the collection of payment but very very very slow in processing of application... and very very very poor customer service....i already submitted a report to dict and ntc regarding this

my wife applied last month for our WFH and Online schooling of my child.

We paid the advance and was informed that we will be contacted by their installation crew for the date of such.

25 days has now passed and still no internet installation that happened. We constantly send an email to the respective party but to no avail, zero actions taken.. they replied though when my wife went ballistic on them, but the things is the same apologetic response with no definitive action plan from their end.

Ive sent an email today, for a sensible explanation but no reply still.

Im hoping that they would be able to do something about it because the level of annoyance from their consumer base is piling up day by day.

this kind of customer experience is very horrible to say the least... and I am still very generous to even say that.

Common Converge time to step up or your first few years will be your end soon, like the companies that bedazzled customers before you...

wakie wakie motherfuckers.. our money is sitting duck on your pockets when it could be have better served us.

Its been one month, one hell of a month that we've been waiting for their technician to install the wifi. I sent them the payment last month of the 20th of July. We've been receiving emails that blah blah we apologize your new installation is stillnon queue, the first time I receive the email I was like fine, its quarantine I understand. METRO MANILA is still at GCQ but their vans can go ahead and transport from one place to another, can install the shts needs to be installed but we are not receiving phone calls either as to when we can expect it to be installed. This is causing a great inconvenience not just to me but to their other clients too.

Numerous efforts were made but they do not respond and just transfer me from one department to another!! Can you please just refund my money! I applied last May 2020, paid installment fee and down payment worth 4500 last june, they installed my internet last July 30, 2020. Yet, until today August 22, 2020, i still dont have internet connection. I emailed them a lot of times, but still no action. My work is already affected as i am in work from home set up. I cannot installed other internet provider as they already have my money. And i am afraid that they will bill me for internet connection. I just want a refund instead if they cannot really fix it immediately.
My money is sleeping with them without interest, while i continue incurring cost due to their delays.

Hi

As a first time customer and as per advertisement you have a better customer experience in serving your customers well. But thats not what ive experience. I sent follow ups email using your website and i just same canned response with out answering the main concern.

So i go to your facebook page as i want resolution. Someone answered with the same canned reponse and i said maybe this is how they reply for the first time. So ive replied with another question and guess what happened, it was just sent and no response at all.

All i wanted to know is to when the installation will happend as payment has been made for almost 20 days already. If I only knew that it would take years i wouldnt have to pay in advance.ive rather go to a different provider.

From the time that the service was connected (account num 0020230597232) we did not receive any SOA even through email yet we pay 2000 each month. Finally, through facebook, I learned another way to access SoA but it only shows SOA from May to August. I was astonished to see that only 3 payments (June-Aug) that we made reflected on our account and our current balance is 6036.46. We made a payment last Dec for 1625 (we sent a screenshot of payment to the agent Susan A.) and Feb 17 2020 for 2000 but I don't think it reflected on any of our SOA. Technically the amount we owe should only be 2411.46. Ive been sending emails to your Customer Service for clarification but no response at all and now our service is disconnected
