Internet was down since 1:00am today in the middle of my wife’s on-line class at Harvard Business School. Can you please attend immediately, since we have encountered the same problem with Sky Cable and hoping that this will not occur with you. In addition, we have observed that from midnight, we either don’t have internet connection or very low and intermittent connection. Can you make the necessary billing adjustment by not charging us the monthly fee? Your landline cannot be contacted, why? Can you not attend to all the complaints?

Converge ict has been a reliable internet provider according from people online, it has a very good reviews, this is the reason why i choose to send an application not until this time, it's been three months i already paid the fees required and all i have is a 3 text message saying im qued for installation, it's been three months i didn't get a single call for installation! I think this company became a scam, taking advantage to people who wants to have an internet at home. I thought you're different from pldt and globe, but you're not. What a shame!

OYEN na tatawagan aq for update pero wala aq natanggap so tumawag aq nakausap q nmn ung John at sabi 24-48hours marereconect at tatawag ulit so nghantay nmn aq wala pa rin sobra katangahan na niniwala my maayos sa problema q so ngmesage aq sa email follow up at ngcomplain na pero wala pa rin until now so ayun para wala kayo pakialam sa customer nyo sabgay ganun tlga pag lumalaki ang companya wala na kayo pakialam sabi pa nga ng isa sa installer nyo na madali lng ioon ung Connection button lng yan pero tamad kayo lahat kahit ung customer support nyo wala kayo pakialam sa consumer nyo d kc ata kayo nakaranas ng problema dahil pandemic sana my pumansin nmn at lagay nyo ang sarili nyo sa katayuan nmin mukha kami mga TANGA diba.

We've been waiting for our installation for over a month now and we are calling your customer service every other day! We are also contacting the agent that we talked to to process the application but of course we know that they are only agents just like us working in this house and can't do anything for the installation but to follow up. To be honest, we are very tired and frustrated to wait and call and just tell us that they will follow up our request, this is very unprofessional work of your company! Imagine the struggle that we are having to work from home and it also affects the studies of the children here. If you are not going to fix this within this WEEK! I am sending this complaint to the Better Business Bureau (BBB), I will contact the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and I will forward this email to the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). It's funny how you messaged directly to "Ms. Liza Soberano", and processed the installation of our neighbor who's a "Teacher" and just took 2 weeks, obviously this is about connections and all.

How can CONVERGE delay tge installation for more than a month while in theur ads it us said only 10 days?

We paid already to get service but until now we don't have update. We decided not continue and just wanted to get a refund since my relatives told me that service is bad and so do customer service. I experience bad customer service been waiting for update or response for 3 weeks no once seems to care. We juat like to get a refund. Seriously thinking to take legal actions and would post this as well to social media to encourage people to file complaint as well if this is not resolve. It's so frustrating.

After promising an improved response time, nothing seems to have changed. We lodge for an assistance request as we have an outage since last week and the auto response is quick to acknowledge my email and says that CS will reach out shortly. So much of "shortly". Can you define what this means to manage the expectations of your subscribers? It's been 5 days ever since and 2 email follow up emails and no response still.

This is the worst service I have encountered. After paying, they will leave you hanging. Until now, our internet haven't installed yet. Do not ask for payment if you can't do what you've promised. Asking for refund is also a pain in the ass.
