My boyfriend got a car on my behalf on the 26th of february, my car (Toyota Etios Sprint 2018) still hasn't been registered, has a spare key or contacted for a tracking as promised. My sales assistant Mosedi Yalo has been in contact with their sales manager Jacques (Kia The Glen) for all the frustration but I still haven't got the answer, my insurance will not cover me if something happens to my vehicle because I have filled in things that are not even on the car (Tracker) or the spare key, I really don't want to go up and down with this....

I have a 2018 Kia Forte that has started stalling at low speeds and now over 30 mph. I have taken the car to the dealer and because they cannot replicate the problem they state there is nothing that can be done.
I tried to get Kia to put me in another car and they wont trade it because the value is upside down.
I drive for a living and it has been two weeks with off and on pay. I am putting myself in serious danger because they refuse to help me. All they want me to do is to take it back to Kia..which means another day or so without working and then try to replicate it. If it doesn't stop on them..then I am just stuck with a lemon.
This company is the absolute worst!!! I would feel better if they atleast tried to help.
I am currently trying to find representation.

I bought the Kia Seltos EX 1.6 in Jan 2020 and sometime during the year, the rear left window started making a funny noise and was very slow going up or down. It was checked when the car went in for service at the Kia Edenvale in Dec 2020 and they ordered window runner rubber and regulator which were replaced on the 2nd of Feb 2021. About two weeks there after the car did the very same thing and I took it back on the 1st of March 2021 which was Monday. It has been working fine but everyday it seems as though it gets slower again. Now yesterday the 3rd or March 2021, the very same door does not open from inside as though the child lock is on, but it's actually off. This is truly getting frustrating now for me to keep going to the Kia Dealer. I need answers please. The car is still new for God sake.

I had my kia clutch replaced in January. It still had a shutter on it. Took it back. The clutch and brake pedal was adjusted. Still same problem. Took it back again they say it's engine labouring. Took it to Stikland branch and they told me the throttle needs to be replaced and Stikland branch needs to fix clutch. Stikland says to me in their email Why didn't Tableview just fix it? I can't be without transport. My work requires that I must have transport. If I have to take the car back I don't have transport. And I don't have anymore leave to take. Stikland just says they don't have a courtesy car for me.

Clutch was replaced by kia Stikland. Still have shutter on clutch. Took car to Tableview branch. They say clutch wasn't fitted properly. Had car there 3times by Stikland. They say it's engine labouring. Car also cuts out. Stikland says it's the AC that causes it. Tableview says it's the throttle needs to be replaced. Now Stikland expects Tableview to fix clutch which they replaced. I can't keep on taking car back. My work requires that I must have my own transport.

This salesperson has not been patient at all, I had alot of questions on a Duster, which as I am living in Bloemftontein would be expected, as I wont see the car untill I buy it. He told me I have a 'houding'. Now this is not at all what I expect from a salesperson, and if I as a client have questions, then I would expect that these questions are answered without it made out that I am asking out of turn. I hope he just had a bad day, and do not treat other client this way. I will now not be buying through Kia because of this.

Liked mentioned above workshop of mokopane kia have insufficient tools to measure brake pads and dics of car so no proof of really condition of brake pads or discs and no grease to grease rails of sunroof so they clean it do not put grease on as asked the morning prior to the service the morning.in 4 years they tell me it is not necessary to change gearbox oil ask last year to change wipers did not change previous years brake pads thickness increases whereas it should decrease maintenance plan expired so no effford to replace anything whereas last it was still valid and they did not want to do anything I am haily apset with kie and there personal knowledge and experience with them

My father took my car Kia Vryheid as there was a noise when we turn the steering. Service team assessed the car on the 8/02/2021 and they said it the steering rubber that worn out. They replaced that rubber that day but later the car steering was hard to turn, they started pointing to some control box and my father was forced to leave the car with them and get alternative transport. The next day the called saying car was fixed, then my father collected the car on the 11/02/2021 on his way home the car showed the airbag light then he also noticed that the hooter and steering controls are not working.
My father reported the issue to Kia and he was able to return the car back to them on the 17/02/2021 on his day off. Kia took the car in assess it late in the afternoon then they said it the clock spring and now want us to pay for it while when the car went to them everything in the steering was working without any issues, they don’t want to accept that this is the same assembly there were working on and now we have other issues on it.
I’m very disappointed with the service I’m getting from Kia Vryheid, if the issue was somewhere in the car not in the steering where there were working I would understand. You assistance to this matter will be highly appreciated.

I want to complain about the Kia in Boksburg that does not do pick ups of clients that are servicing their cars. Many of us only have one car and thus cannot organize any other alternative means to collect the car. We pay a ridiculous amount of money to service these cars, the least Kia can do is drop off and pick up clients from their desired locations.

We bought our Rio Kia 2014 model by swan motors in Vereeniging two years back,but we have a problem and defnitely a manufacturing problem,on the right side of the roof the paint is peeling and gloss painting is fading and looks really ugly we were already by panelbeaters and good painting workshops and said it is defnitely a manufacturing problem,this is getting worser and the people who are also driving kia Rio is asking what is the mark on the car,really its a brilliant car but the paint work cant give problems after 4 years? We are really looking for answers and we paid a lot for the car?

I was there for an interview as sales executive at Galaxy kia Kota Rajasthan, HR said ok final from my side now go to GM Mr. Manoj Sharma I went in his cabin then he said we don't hire Muslim candidates. I said ok and came back. That time that was very shameful moment for me. GM Mr. Manoj Sharma who is around 35years old has this kind of mentality. I think Kia management should look into this matter seriously otherwise this issue can make a very big scene in Kota Rajasthan that can be affecte Kia's business in all over rajasthan if this kind of people will manage the staff.

Bought a used kia picanto and was given a courtesy car few days later when my car was taken in for repairs for minor dents.
The conditions of the courtesy car wasn't explained for me to either accept or reject the car.
Unfortunately the courtesy car got scratched and the dealer was notified. I was then told to bring the car back and sign and affidavit saying that I am liable for the repairs and the car for my papers won't be given to me until an estimated payment of R8000 is made. The quotation finally came of R3700 which I am expected to pay for me to get my car papers.

Kia East Rand serviced my wife's car almost two weeks ago and ask them to look at the brakes as it made noise, the wrote on the service paper the front was 50% and back 49%. days later my wife told me that the noise is still present. I took upon myself to take of the wheel and I say that the back brakes " Back brake pad where the cylinder pushes to brake was now metal on metal. We called them booked the vehicle again for service and took the car in today, now my wife gets told they will send her a quote? This was there responsibility to make sure the car is 100% before leaving the dealership! it is not my problem the mechanic is to lazy to remove a wheel to properly inspect the car...

Ek het n nuwe picanto smart 2020 aangekoop in randburg kia op die 16de november by die verkoopsdame Tammy Thompson.Die voertuig het met die volgende foute op gekom.1.smash and crab het begin afdop.2.voorwiele voor trek na links.3.links agter dop die verf af asook geen gloze op die metalic verf van voertuig.verslag van paneelkloppers het bevestig dat kia aan die voertuig gepeuter het.Nog geen vorderring van kia randburg om die voertuig uit tesort nie.Ek gaan nou my eie aksie deurvoer en stickers maak om die foute uit tewys op hierdie nuwe motor adverteer en oorals rondry in port elizabeth en kliente uitwys om nie hierdie voertuig te koop nie.

I would like to convey my disappointment and dissatisfaction with KIA Silverton (Pretoria)
I took my car for a major service which costed me R5868...which included a sensor that they recommended to be replaced on the 24th November 2020.
The full report as not provided after the car was access fully .They gave me the breakdown of the cost and no one told if i will need to be mindful of anything in regard to the car malfunctioning .
within 2 weeks after i took back the car,i was stuck in middle of the road and upon checking the car i was told that i need to replace the OIL VALVE which will cost R4000 again .I could they perform a full assessment of the card and fail to check the oil valve.
KIA took an advantage of me since i am a female .I want that R3983.70 refunded .

I purchased a Kia Picanto in 20 June 2020 was assisted by Donovan. He was very hasty he just was pushing for delivery of a vehicle even though we told him we not in a hurry.
We had a trade in of an older picanto. He was selling cars fast so every second day he would say the other car is sold as we took too long and that's OK but eventually he got us a car from another branch. On the Saturday we came for delivery that price of the car was higher to what he pitched but it was OK I guess we didn't want to cancel the deal. He pushed we fill in the service we received, basically sign here n here tick there and there. Told us we will receive the number plates and disk soon there is a delay due to lockdown. He will also arrange a holiday voucher for the inconvenience.
Months later we still never received the number plates and disk we called in numerous times for feedback. We were told Donavan no longer works there. The new manager Grant is trying to fix all Donovans mess. I called again today to be told by Grant we must bring the car back in for roadworthy, it's very inconvenient my husband goes to work with the car full time and we paid for roadworthy if I remember correctly this should have been sorted before delivery.
This is our 3rd car we bought from Kia motors, I usually deal with Table view branch n service was always excellent. The car had no mirrors infront he says the car came out like that, it was dirty inside on the roof but he say they couldn't clean it due to the lockdown I'm actually very disappointed and disgusted with this pathetic service but left it so long as we in a pandemic and I was hoping they will sort things as the new manager promised.
I understand people are desperate to get sales in this times but to actually rip people off for a sale is not the way to go about especially for future sales.
Please provide me with feedback on the way forward as I'm considering going to the ombudsman.

I had my vehicle repaired for crankshaft sensor problem by kia on 10/04/2018 all the relevant parts were replaced 2 years and six months later and 26205km later the same problem occurred only to be informd of a bulletin by KIA dated August26 2009 and that the crankshaft system need to be replaced with a new system why was I not informed regarding this in 2018 and why was there no recall on the picanto as is seems to be a problem with the manufacturing of the picanto please provide me feedback regarding this matter
