Papasok po sana ako sa puregold pacita complex san pedro laguna.. ngayon po, pinakita ko yung aking home quarantine pass.. tiningnan ko ng gwardya yung aking quarantine pass..nakita po ng security guard na santa rosa po yung quarantine pass ko... At ang sabi po ng security guard.. "bawal ang taga santa rosa dito"... Hindi na po ako nakipag diskusyon sa gwardya.. sumunod na lang po ako sa kanya.. hindi na po ako pumasok..


Ang problema ko po sa guardia ay ung masakit na salita nya na ako ay taga santa rosa...

Sana po magiging maingat nalang ang mga security guard sa pagsasalita nila.. .

It was aug 14, 2020 we went to your puregold zabarte branch and went on to buy goods including bread ( tasty ) that shows aug 16 expiry date not knowing that puro amag na na pagbukas at sobrang baho na. Did you just change the expiration date para mabili p rin sya kahit puro amag na, yung nakausap ng wife ko na manager ata ng branch at gusto bumalik kami dun at papalitan na lang daw, wow ha!! Amid the risk of going out due to covid and mecq include mo pa n limited access to transport and quarantine pass guidelines..tapos ang sabi sila ang pupunta sa house pero di sila nag punta. Thats goes to show that puregold is not taking this issue seriously and lack of concern to people na makakain nun panis na pagkain na binebenta pa..

Your Branch Manager Mr.Edgar is very arrogant with customer. He is insisting to remove my cap,and insisting that is your store policy,He is very Unprofesional. In all that the smkt here in Quezon City your store,Puregold Balintawak is the worst.Try to be polite and accommodating to customer. Store policy is for store employees not for customer.Covid case are getting high every day.and we need to protect our body.wag kayong magbenta ng lumang karne ng manok at baboy.

Tang ina mo Edgar manager ng puregold balintawak, ang dumi ng store mo! bago ka manita ng customer linisin mo muna ang store mo! muka kang tindero ng fishball!

I presented my sister's puregold virtual card but the cashier didn't accepted it the fact that im not using the point but to only gain points and her supervisors as well. I often do this kind of transaction and this was the first time that my transaction was rejected. So im wondering if you guys are not accepting the usage of the virtual card, whats the purpose of its convinience? Thank you

I bought two pcs.of ripe mango at puregold san andres malate manila last tuesday, august 4, 2020 yesterday gagawa po ako ng mango graham sana, ok po yung isa pero yung isa pong mangga ok yun labas pero nung hiniwa na bulok po yung loob nya, so I decided to go back sa puregold today, friday august 7,2020 to have it replace kc yung I.D. ko po sa quarantine is MWFS pero the puregold staff refuse po sa customer service nila, I was told na since ripe po sya consume 24 hours lng dw po. Gusto ko mabalik na lng sana ang pera ko coz I paid for the right amount. Ok yung isang mangga pero yung isa pong bulok sana po mapalitan na lng. I am not satisfied with their explanation kung bkt ayaw nila palitan, nasaan na po ang customers act?

I would like to file my complain regarding ur store hours.

It was late afternoon July 20.2020 4:30pm.in the middle of kalakasan ng ulan I went to your store in Hugo Perez Trece Martires cavite. As far as I know hanggang 5pm pa ung close pero pag dating ko dun 430 plang ayaw na ako papasukin ng guard. Kung hindi pa ako nakiusap which is hindi nmn dpat since customer ako! May si nasabing silang cutt off na daw tlga ba cutt of anu kayo bangko. Sana nila lagay nyo is 430 lang ung store so the cx will aware about the closing time.kinakilngan ko pa nakiusap napa iconsederate ng mga tao nyo dun. And then my mga bibilhin pa sana ako kaso ung pki ramdam na pinagmamadali ako nkkbwesit!! Pag dating ko sa loob mga wala nmn ginagawa mga nka tayo lang. Tapos nag sisinyasan na magsasara na dw at dpat exactly 5 ibaba ba ung roll-up. Wala kwenta ang branch na ito. Sana mag Sara nlng ito kung ayaw nmn mag accommodate ng cx khit bukas pa nmn sila!! Nakaka Inis kasi basa ako ng ulan sa labas ng store nyo!! Sana pag sabihan nyo mga tao nyo s a branch na to. Mgkaroon sana sila NG compassion at consideration sa mga namimili.

A ladygard was hold me in customer entrance to enter @ PUREGOLD supermarket @ 7: 30 pm when i was arrived from my work @ cubao, she said it’s already cut off. . . .as Ive kwon 8pm close of the mall but 7:30pm only they not allowed to enter the customers, so I tried to ask to go inside @ supermarket to buy only a diaper for my baby needs, but she ignore. . it’s just only the important needs of my baby, . . .knowing no other supermarket stll open @ the said time. i was so disappointed, is that a kind of front liner you have?

its was happend Last July 14, 2020 @ ayala Mall Fairview Terraces PUREGOLD ...please try to extend time for some important instances like this . thank you & best Regards.

I bought pork meat in puregold Iba, Zambales twice, and twice I get a meat that taste like soap. At first I thought it was just an accident but when it happened the second time, I am sure that it is not. I went to the store yesterday in the afternoon to buy meat. I put it in the fridge when I got home and cook it today for lunch and discovered that it taste the same last time. It wasted my other ingredients, wasted my time and gas. It is not happening to me when I buy in a diffeent store. I want to be compensated.

Had a not so good experience in Puregold Alang-alang Branch, Alang-Alang, Leyte today July 8, 2019.
As i entered the store,the security guard (John Rey Baroy) asked for a certification or a pass ( which i do not have with me because most of the stores/offices no longer asked for it, i actually just left it in the car) when i told him i do not have it, he also asked for an ID, he said medical certification and ID is required to get in. Because rules are rules, and i being a govt emoloyee totally understand, i just stayed outside and phoned my husband to bring me my certification from the car.
Funny is while i was waiting for my hubby, a group of 4 or maybe 5 persons came, only 2 or 3 have identification shown and the other 2 dont have IDs but he let them in,the security guard let THEM IN just because "maghusay man kamo" (its ok to get in as long as you look pretty) Really? Ganyan ba tlga sa puregold? same time my husband arrived, i showed the guard my ID and certification, but since i really am not happy about what he did so i told him i wanted to speak with his SV because i want to report what had just happened. Instead of leading me to his superior he just reasoned with me, and telling me he was just doing his job. Really? Then you shoud be fair. The guard (Julian Gatela) on the exit door also reasoned with me telling me to just let it pass because im inside the store naman daw. He also said that "gawas nala lugod maam" (better get out of the store maam) Really? I really am disapponted with this, where are their manners, i am a regular customer of Puregold with almost all my grocery needs bought in your store. i hope you can do something about this.

We have the permission of the owner of the credit card (my mom). But they won’t let us pay with it. With all the groceries we chose we didn’t even take home even 2 of it. We didn’t bring cash because normally when we buy stuff people don’t so that shit to us.

This is very offending and disgraceful. Kindly tell your employees to reconsider and think about their actions. Never going to puregold again

Hello good afternoon, gusto ko po sana ipaalam sainyo na may problema po sa positioning ng parking stopper at mga poste nang ilaw sainyong parking. Una po dpat hindi po nka gitna sa parking stopper ang mga poste or pwede nman po na nkagitna but make sure po nasukat nyo po properly na hindi aabot ang likod or harapan ng sasakyan. Ang parking stopper po at ginawa for safety po nang mga sasakyan at proper spacing. Sana po mabigyan nyo nang solusyon. Kagaya po nang nangyari sakin nagparking po ako nang paatras, ang concern ko po eh ung sasakyan sa kanan ko at ung push cart na iniwan sa kaliwa ung ang mga iniiwasan ko. Hindi ko akalain na tatama ang sasakyan ko sa poste dahil alam ko may stopper kaya expected ko sukat iyon nagulat nlang ako na may tinamaan o naatrasan ako at un nga ang problema. Sana po matugunan nyo po ito una mahal po ang magpagawa pangalawa pra hindi na maulit ang ganung pangyayari.

Nais ko lang pong icomplain ang kahera nyu dahil sa pagiging ignorante nya kahapon June 2, 2020 ng mamili aq sa Puregold Extra, M. Paulino St. San Pablo City branch ganap na 4:17pm...

Tinanong nya po ako kung saan ko daw ba ipalalagay ang mga pinamili ko?
Sabi ko, sa box po sana kung pwede,
At sumagot sya ng: "para lang po sa priority costumer ang box kung gusto nyu po meron po kaming ecobag 10pesos lang naman, so saan sir sa ecobag o sa supot?,"
Tapos may diser sa likod ko sinabihan nya yung kahera na hindi magkakasya...

Hindi nyu po ba inoorient ng tamang pakikipag usap ang mga hina hired nyu na empleyado, to think na dapat bawat isang costumer kahit mayaman pa yan o mahirap, bata man o matanda ay ituring na importante at priority, tapos namura pa siya na "Putang ina aabsent talaga ako bukas" kahit kaharap pa aq at nagbabayad paanu nalang kung kasama ko ang anak ko na makakarinig ng gayang mga salita hindi nya ba alam ang field na pinagtratrabahuhan nya...

Sana gawan nyu po ng aksyon ang ganyang mga bagay matuto sana kayu itrato ng maayus ang bawat costumer nyo.

Hi Goodmorning.
This morning May 31, 2020 namili ako sa puregold jr san roque cainta.
Alam naman ng lahat ng tao yung memorandum about sa anti hoarding or panic buying. And may mga nakapaskil naman sa shelves pag namimili ka.
Namili ako ng mga possible na kailangan namin and sumunod naman ako sa bilang ng pwede bilhin. Pero pag uwi ko nabasa ko sa resibo na 3x niya nalagay yung milo w/c is mali kasi 2 lang binili ko dahil yun lang allowed. Bumalik ako para sabihin sa kanila pero iniwan ko na pinamili ko kasi mabigat. Mahirap nga naman maniwala kapag pumunta lang dun resibo dala tas picture lang. So i said baka pwede icheck nalang sa cctv, then inexplain ko yung about sa allowed number lang na pwede bilhin which is 2 packs lang so bakit magiging tatlo yung akin. Then sabi nung cashier "pero hindi kita sinabihan na bawal tatlo kaya baka tatlo talaga kinuha mo" myghod kawawa sa inyo, so mali ko na sumusunod ako dun sa memorandum? Sana hindi niyo na lang pinost yung about sa anti hoarding kung ganun naman pala.

Icocomplain kolang yung manager na si MON MORALTA im not sure sa name nung manager sa loma de gato branch as a customer i have the right to have his name but the guard denied it all over and said bago lang ako dito hindi ko alam ang name ni manager parang hndi nakaka paniwla dpt bilang security guard ka ng guard ng isang company aware k dpat sa name ng mga head mo. My problem is HINDI NILA KAMI PINAPASOK NA CUSTOMER FRONT LINER AQ AT BASE SA MEMORANDUM NG LUZON SUNDAY ANG TIME NG MGA KAGAYA KO FRONT LINER (FINANACIAL INSTITUTION)monday to saturday office time ko then sunday lang ang off kaya sunday ako makapag groceries wala sila tao sa loob nkiusap aq at nakipag usap ng maayos na meron pala kau BAGO MEMORANDUM OR ordinansa NA ganyan dapat nakA paskil yan sa labas nio at nakaka galit dito SA loma binaliwala lang ako nung manager jan . At ung guard punta daw kmi brgy sunday today wla brgy dpt hndi kmi inalis sa sinasabi ordinansa nayan ..

Sana pag ukulan nio ng pansin ang loma de gato branch at ipriority dn kmi front liner na wla kmi rest day para mag groceries sa sinasabi nila day monday to saturday..

im writing a complaint on behalf of my father who is in his senior years already. this morning, i received a txt message fr him that he is having a high blood pressure due to an incident happened in puregold ampid san mateo branch. h
my father(eduardo agnes) who is a regular customer, said he felt disrecpected when the security guard harsly put down the eggs he bought. in fear thatbit may break, he had a confrontation with the security guard named sg paycana.
i would like to file for a for a complaint. since all customer shld be treated properly.

Parang pinopost lang po nila 2 dito but they are not doing any disciplinary actions against their employees. Mine is the super bobong supervisor na gusto KO tlgang mabigyan ng disciolinary actions. Poor customer servcie .

I am a valued customer at Puregold Hinigaran. I follow the rules especially this lockdown but the guard didn't let me in even though I have my home quarantine pass AND IT'S OUR BARANGAY SCHEDULE FOR BUYING ESSENTIALS AND I JUST DO IT WEEKLY. I explained myself but he's very RUDE. HE REFUSED TO LISTEN AND JUST SAID I DON'T HAVE ENOUGH PROOF. THE THING IS, ACCORDING TO THE GOVERNMENT, BRING YOUR QUARANTINE PASS EVERTIME YOU GO OUT AND BASED ON YOUR SCHEDULE, WHICH I DID. BUT THAT GUARD WAS DUMB AND STUPID. CAN YOU PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!!!

NA PINADALA SA KANYA, MAY AUTHORIZATION PO KALAKIP YUNG GOVERNMENT ID NYA (VOTERS ID) AT UMID KO PO. NAKAKABILI PO SYA SA SAVEMORE, WATSONS, MERCURY AND THEY ALL ACCEPT THAT.

THIS APRIL 24, 2020 PUMUNTA PO SA PUREGOLD ALTURA SI MAMA KO WITH THE SAME DOCUMENTS. NUNG IPAKITA NYA SA INFORMATION. HINDI SYA INALLOW NA GAMITIN ANG CREDIT CARD KAHIT MAY AUTHORIZATION AT ID'S. TINAKOT PA PO SYA NG SABI SUPERVISOR DAW PO NA IREREKLAMO NYA ANG MAMA KO KASE GUMAGAMIT NG HINDI NYA CREDIT CARD KAHIT MAY IDS NG WALA. NUNG SINABI NI MAMA NA NAGAGAMIT NYA UN SA SAVEMORE sumagot po daw yung babae na "EH BAKIT HINDI KAYO SA SAVEMORE BUMILI?"
