Goodday! I will really spend my time to formally complain on your store.Puregold Terraces. This is to inform you on your product given to us which is surely "Sira"or "panis" though upon checking on expiration it will expire on July 21,2021. This is the first time we experienced this kind of issue in Puregold. Since Im a valued customer sa online niyo and walk in.The thing is sobrang natatakot ako ngayon for my 2yo at 6yo kids. Paguwi ko galing labas sinabi saken ng panganay ko na maasim yun chocolate drink na ininom ng mga anak ko. Nagmadali ako tnikman yun tirang konti sobrang asim ng lasa.Natatakot ako for my kids baka sumakit ang tyan at kung ano mangyari sakanila. Mga walang malay ang bata sa iniinom nila trusted pa naman ako sa Puregold Terraces. Pano ho ginagawa niyo sa ganitong situation? Kindly monitor your items naman kasi baka may magaya din samen. At worst baka mahospital pa. How can you compensate with this kind of issue? Kasiraan ng Puregold toh. I just want to inform you in advance whatever happens incase alam niyo.

To whom it may concern:

Hi good day! I just want to raise an issue regarding your sting energy drink promotion here at Puregold NE super bodega bldg. Maharlika Highway Bagong nayon,Baliuag Bulacan.

According to your promotion mechanics, that for every purchase of 6pcs of sting energy drink red 330ml there is a equivalent of 2 free Piattos cheese 40g. I purchased 48 bottles of sting energy red 330ml but your customer service just gave me 6pcs of Piattos for your promotion. Where as there must be a total of 16 Piattos for such promotion.

When I ask your customer service personnel that why i only receive 6pcs of free Piattos,she told me that there is only a 3 deal for such promotion as per promo mechanics, where as it is not posted at your promotion display, then she told me that there is a memo regarding to sting promotion for 3 deal only. I told her we as customer can't read those memos,only we can read your mechanics on promotion display.

My concern is not about the Piattos, it is about how you are faking your customer regarding your promotions, to purchase many items?

This pandemic be fair to everyone!

I was going out from parking of puregold tabang using my bike then driver of van with playe number NBD 9375 head towards me and was in the wrong way. I was out of balance because the van was wide and blocking my way. I asked him why is he on the wrong way, he reasoned that he was just slow.

I hope puregold is remind their driver to always follow the rules specially in their facility.

Minimart puregold here in judge jimenez kamuning quezon city, it happen last may 28, 2021 around 8:20pm i was about to buy soda just one soda and yet the puregold employee was in line and validating her item to the cashier but her card or i dont whats wrong in her payment,and i was nxt to her.. Nobody tells to me na pasensya n sir may problema lng yung card or whatever, i have to wait her just for one Soda. And why the manager on duty allowing the employee to purchased during on their duty.. i didnt see any action from the manager on duty seeing me on line waiting for my turn just for one soda,,, i see her chating only. customer first before their employee.. they can shop before their duty or after their duty not wearing a uniform.. and i think your manager has to take customer service seminar to be a excellent service.. The incident happened May 29, 2021 between 7:40pm to 8:00pm. The security guard: Perez Al G in Puregold Tanza was unprofessional, he commited slander and slight physical Injury to me Customer: Robinson C. Walthern and Nico N. Gonez. Perez Al G. tried to threaten with violence and committed to punch with force in my chest area. We request the management/administrator to take proper disciplinary action to this matter. We also request a follow up to this incident about what action was taken to properly resolve this matter. This is completely unacceptable behavior.

Good day, I would like to complain about the bagger who assisted the cashier who packed all the items that we purchased this afternoon dahil halos lahat ng chichirya o junk foods ay wala ng hangin sa loob nung binuksan namin yung mismong box na pinaglagyan dahil sa sobrang pag compress sa ibabaw pag itatali na yung box. This is not the first time this has happened, nung una pinabayaan na lang muna namin. It would have been okay if we were the only ones to eat it, but in our case binibenta din po kasi namin ito, once there was a rejected product madalas hindi na rin po ito binibili samin ng customer. It can't be possible ba na gawing dalawang box ang gamitin pag madami naman biniling items si customer? Most of the baggers kasi pinipilit nila talaga ipagkasya sa iisang maliit na box lang.

Hi, yesterday afternoon I purchase at Puregold Caloocan (formerly Parco Caloocan). When I purchased Ensure Gold I saw a promo of a discount and inquire about it. The guy said just present the discount stub/coupon on the cashier. When the cashier scanned the Ensure, I said there is a discount bur she has no idea about it so she called her superior Ma'am Jessa. She obviously didnt know about it and went back mear baggage counter and was looking something from a bunch of folders. About 20 mins. had past I saw someone telling a promo/bagger to look for a guy that may know about the promo. It took more than 10 min. for that guy to be there and talked to Ma'am Jessa. Apparently they don't have a memo about the discount promo. Another 15 mins. has past before Ma'a Jessa went to the cashier and finally punched the promo discount.

For almost an hour before the issue was resolved. The worst part here is that Ma'am Jessa doesn't even care how long I wait or even the line it made during that time. She didn't even talked to me or any of the customer behind me complaining on the very long wait. If she can't confront a customer she doesn't belong at the frontend of the store and stay at the backend instead. There are no customer service at all at this store with a very simple problem. For me its not the promo of Ensure is the problem but the ability of the OIC to solve a simple issue with their customer being their first priority.

Good day! Last Wednesday, May 19, 2021 nag visit ako sa branch niyo sa Puregold Commonwealth near Ever Gotesco para mag grocery at bumili ng stainless lababo. To cut the story short, nag request ako isa dun sa mga nag aassist na bigyan ako ng bagong stock ng lababo since na noticed ko na medyo lostred na yung pinaka door niya dahil sa sa display ito. Habang nag babayad na ‘ko sa cashier sinabihan niya ako kung pwede na daw itong iassemble sabi ko okay kuya. Then natapos ko nang bayaran naka box na yung binili namin I though bago ang binigay pero nung sinilip ng Mama ko naka box na raw ito. Nung pagkauwi hindi namin agad inayos recently lang namin nailgay sa aming kusina. I notice na lostred pa ang door. At feeling ko yung display pa rin ang binigay sakin siguro medyo pagod at nag mamadali na si Kuya dahil 7pm na. Paano po ito? Salamat po.

226 Puregold bayan bayanan avenue concepcion marikina branch delivered my sofa bed last May 13,2021 upon checking I saw the item has already faded and dusty parts because it was open already aside from obviously it is old stock and display item.I already informed them about the problem the following day and requested for a new stock. they gave excuses that there was no available same item so I asked them when they gonna have a new stock they told me end of this month.I told them I can wait till the new stock arrive and requested the sofa bed they deliver to pick up again.but now they are not answering my text and chat anymore so please I want an immidiate action regarding this matter.thank you and god bless

Hi Guys, I think you need to update the app. for my purchase today under order number 000271756-1. The rider has not left the store yet but the status says already delivered. I don't think it is nice for us consumers to get frustrated over this especially that online transaction issues have been increasing.

Also, the store where I purchased my groceries/goods is not so accommodating. They do not update you via SMS/call about your purchase/delivery. There might be tons of orders and we do acknowledge that but I am hopeful that a simple SMS like " Your order is on its way" or "Our picker is done adding your orders in our cart/basket, would be nice. " The gal I spoke with today thru your complaints desk is really warm and approachable sadly the call got disconnected as I ran out of mobile credits.

I ordered my groceries yesterday via mobile app and payment mode is COD. I was told everything was complete and just need to do a payment via gcash or bank transfer since COD system is down. But I said only COD. They made me wait the whold day then around 4pm they informed me they will to process my delivery tomorrow when the system is able to accept cod. Around 11am today I received a text that COD is working but until now I have no updates on my groceries. I called and text. Including screenshots of the convo. I need the diaper of my baby. Im a mom. Of 2 and won't be able to go out.

Nakakaawa lng isipin na mababa ata ang standard or hindi sinasala or napipili ng maayos ng recruitment team ang inyong mga employee.. Nakakasad lng na hindi ata alam ng employee ang basic customer service..


Nakapila kami sa counter 19 and we have 3 baskets..Si bagger ayaw atax magbox ng 3 baskets and Nagsalita pa or sinadyang pinarinig ng" EXPRESS LANE BA TO" (counter 19 BASKET LANE) .. Dun palang nagbuild na sya ng uneasy feeling sakin or discomfort. If may problem Sana sabihin ng straight samin na "Mam bawal po dito ang 3 baskets".. Hindi ung pakikitaan ka ng pagkamot ng ulo or let me say rudeness..And idagdag mu pa si cashier na nakasimangot..

Ok na Sana ako after the transaction but sa napamili namin we earned voucher na 10 load so I asked her so that I can reedeem it..binigay ko sa kanya ang resibo and hindi nya ata alam ang promo sa umalis sya without telling me na "mam wait lang po ah magtanong lang po ako" walng paginform n nangyari.. iniwan nya lng ako sa gitna na nagmumukhang tanga, hindi ko alam kung nasan na ung resibo ko, kung hintayin ko ba na magclose ang puregold.. bumalik sya ng counter and nagtransact ng kasunod na customer without telling me na wait lng po or informing me kung anong dapat kung gawin para akong hangin n nakatayo sa gitna..Basic customer service lng un eh di pa maapply..

How sad ung customer service ng puregold nakakadismaya lang..napakalayo ng nakasanayan naming customer service sa ibang supermarket..Dinadayo pa namin si puregold kahit na malayo saamin dahil we know na affordable ang items but sa naexperience nmin today hindi ako magdadalawang isip na sa ibang supermarket mamili kahit na medyo pricey pero EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.. anyway konti lng din naman ung natitipid nmin..

Turuan nyo employee nyo kahit basic customer service lng...

Earlier this afternoon I was at Puregold Deparo Caloocan City. My transaction date was 05/02/2021 17:51 , my total transaction is 1,054.60 and my ONLY cash I have is 2k in 2pcs 1000 bill. The cashier asked me if I have 55 pesos or 100 even 5 pesos. And I replied none of those because I don't really have the coins or other bills aside from what I have. And by the way the cashier name is C: 141 Janine / B : 1 bagger. The attitude of your cashier and bagger is so rude. Because when the bagger arrived , he asked the cashier " bat galit ka nanaman? " may binulong ang cashier na ikinatawa ng bagger. At puro dabog na ang ginawa nya pati way ng paglagay ng pinamili ko sa plastic at pagbigay ng sukli ko. And hindi ako tanga para di mahalata na na-badtrip sya dahil wala akong ibang bills or coins na hinihingi nya dahil short sya sa bills na panukli nya. And hindi ko kasalanan bakit wala sya panukli or di ko naibigay ung hinihingi nyang certain amount of money. Eh paano kung wala naman talaga ko talagang dala ibang coins tulad kanina, entitled na ba sya magsungit at magdabog sa harapan ng customer gaya ng ginawa nya sakin kanina? And magbulungan sila ng kasama nyang bagger sa harap ko dahil badtrip sya sakin is too much of disrespect as customer. I work before in customer service but I never act that way towards the customer just because they don't have the certain amount I asked for. Hindi ko problema ang wala sya panukli para pagdabugan at bastusin ako ng ganon. I hope you don't tolerate this kind of customer service and I hope I can hear from this branch. Thank you!

Good day! :)

I would like to report a cashier named Michelle Hablo she's one of your cashier at Puregold Tabang, Bulacan. She doesn't have a pleasing personality and doesn't serve a good customer service. She responded to all of my question like she's mad and doesn't have a good day. I understand that we're all tired but she repeated that behavior three times. I asked her to price check one of my purchase and as I saw the price I already said clearly that I don't want to purchase that specific product but she still choose to scan it and that proves an uncompetitive and a cashier that doesn't pay attention to details.

I just wanna make sure that this will not happen to any other customers.

Good day, saan ako pwd mag reklamo kasi meron dito sa Escalante City, Puregold cashier, Lage po niya tinatanggihan if gcash payment po. Ang alam ko wala naman problema ang gcash ko. Yung iba naman hindi naman, sya lang po talaga. 3 times napo sya tumanggi. Nung una sabi niya 6pm cut-off sa gcash/barcode payment. Second, nagbayad ako around 5 hindi na niya tinanggap nanaman. Parang na gets ko na ayaw na niya tumanggap kasi para maka out sya agad. Nakaka dissapoint po. Pati den po ang leader yata na Jo ang pangalan, sumigaw pa na hindi daw pwd. Saan dun ang good customer service?? Wala napo talaga respeto.

April 30.Around 2:30 we arrived at Puregold branch MANILA EAST ROAD PAG-ASA BINANGONAN RIZAL
To shop then me and my mother saw a marketing in the front of items written BUY 1 CASE AND GET 10% OFF we ask for 2 case of different items which has marketing of the same promotion and ask the merchandiser if that items is really 10% off then he replied and he added that it will be automatically less in the cashier. But when we reach in the cashier we ask the cashier if the price is less already for the 10%off then she replied that the promo will be tomorrow she call the duty supervisor to ask then she said that the promotion will start tomorrow i got mad because we already ask the merchandiser if that items is on promo then the supervisor insisted that it will be the promotion for tomorrow so i get the marketing on the said items and show it to them that there is no specific date written on the marketing and they should tell to the customer direct if the promo is not for today and its for tomorrow the supervisor who attended us did not do anything sort out the problem and she told us that the promo is only for the gold member i got pissed because we show to the merchandiser the aling puring card and he did not tell us that its only for gold member only. It was a horrible experience in that branch the staff near the cashier is whispering and laughing at us and i feel offended..As one of the biggest and well known groceries store you should let the staff to be trained regarding on the promo and how to have a good customer service as well as the management team if your company really want a loyal customer. I use to shop at many branch of puregold but this Branch really have a BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I want to complaint regards on the cashier's attitude, with pos#136 named REYMADEL based on my O.R. I went to puregold tanza this April 28, 2021 at 16:06:09. After the cashier transacted my items when i left the counter she said at my back "SA SUSUNOD 10 ITEMS LANG TAYO HA" before i was finish in my transaction i saw her doing make face, that i did not think it's because of my purcahsed.
