i went to puregold hermosa juan luna branch in gagalangin tondo manila earlier at 5:56pm. i purchase essential products including selecta lowfat milk.And 11:10pm i am about to open the sealed my husband noticed that the milk is already expired.(i have the receipt) expiry date 4.10.2021.this branch neglegence of securing the item expiry date. and the cashier was rude.

My friends and I have been experiencing this kind of violation on that particular law and I send you this complaint to make actions to avoid bigger problem that may arise.

The store branch is not giving exact change especially if the change (sukli) is under centavos.

This cashier probably was not able to undergo customer service training. After waiting for my long turn to pay for my groceries, I put the basket on top of the cashier's station because there are frozen meats and cold cuts inside the basket, and instead of offering something where I can put those products, she told me "patanggal na lang po sa basket" with not so good tone, so I replied "kelangan ko ng lalagyan ng mga meat and cold cuts" she handed me over what I need and proceeded with her doing what she needs to do but you will feel like she's doing something that she doesn't want to do. After paying for my groceries, she talked to her colleague about a certain "rich" customer that's kind, helping her pack the groceries and all that stuff, I just find it unprofessional for her to talk about it given the situation that we had. This is the first time that I filed a complaint about a customer service representative, and I'm working in a customer service industry as well, I know how it works. I hope you guys can find time to let these employees undergo customer service training so that they can reflect the Puregold's Service Policy,
1. Providing above par customer service
2. Service with a smile
3. Helping the small entrepreneurs.
I attached the screenshot of the receipt that indicates the cashier's name and the transaction date and time.

nag chat ako sa puregold paliparan para mag order grocert at mai deliver hiningi details ko pinasa ko mga details ko after nun nagtanong nung may perks card sabi ko wala. akala ko busy lang sila inabot kinabukasan nag chat ako nagpasa id ko dahil akala ko valid id kelangan nila perks card pala sabay sabi d ako pd deliveran dahil wLa ako perks card.. eh di sana kahapon pa lang sinabi na nya na d pwede deliver pag wala perks card para hindi nko nag hantay napaka wala kwenta kausap nag hihintay ako wala ako alam na hnd naman pla asikasuhin order ko dahil wala perks card sana man lang ininform ako na mam wala po kau perka card kaya hindi pd mag pa deliver. pinag hintay nyo lang ako sayang oras ko sa inyo. dati na ako nag papa deliver sa knila. iba na daw kasi patakaran ngyn kelangan n ng perks card na yan ok naiintindihan ko ung patakaran nyo pero sana sinabi nyo agad kung hnd pd. hnd un nag aantay ako reply wala naman pla d naman pala pwede kasi akala ko pwede kasi matagal naman na ako nag papa deliver. hnd man lang kau nag inform..

SIR/MADAM: Good day..I would like to make a complaint against JENNIFER RODRIGUEZ, SUPERVISOR, PUREGOLD, ANTIPOLO ST., BLUMENTRITT. BRANCH, for ORAL DEFAMATION... Here's my story.. I delivered the goods to this branch, in good mood, happy face.. When suddenly, upon checking them, SHOUTED at me, saying, "MALI ITO. HINDI KA BA MARUNONG MAGBASA? ANG" TANGA-TANGA" MO, TATANGA-TANGA KA. ". When i looked at the items, there was no mistake. "ang tanga mo kasi, hindi ka muna nagbabasa" (with a LOUD VOICE, people around looked at her)..i don't know why she shouted these words.
I admitted that I made a mistake and apologized, but, not to the extent of insulting me and can't accept her "BAD WORDS" against me. She did not stop till i was led out by their security guard. I requested that she give me the papers i gave for her signature, to be submitted to LOGISTIKUZ (warehouse), but, refused to give it back.. I called up LOGISTIKUZ and reported the incident, and the person was so kind to tell me that their other personnel will get it for him..(items and documents were not given to me.).TO THE MANAGEMENT OF PUREGOLD: this JENNIFER RODRIGUEZ, your personnel, does not deserve to be your employee. She's a disgrace to your company/business. She must have a knowledge of respect to all customers(whatever walks of life).How can i be sure that this lady be reprimanded? She does not deserve to work in your good business, much more, ruined your good business.
SIR/MADAM.. WHEN I REPORTED TO LOGISTIKUZ, they checked the items and found no mistakes i delivered. It was this RUDE LADY who made a mistake..THIS IS JUST A CORRECTION ON MY FIRST LETTER.. THANK YOU

Good evening , i just to complain puregold shaw branch. Nag grocery ako today April 10, 2021, counter 24 , napakasablay ng customer service.

1. kulang ang cashier - napaka daming customer's pero kaunti lang ang cashier kaya napakahaba ng pila knowing na hapon na ang naghahabol ng maka uwi sa bahay ang tao kasi malapit na mag curfew (6PM).

2. yung ibang cashier walang bagger kaya ang tagal lalo matapos ng mga transactions.

3. kaka multi task ng bagger/s dahil kulang sa tao. Nagkamali sya at hindi nasama yung binili kong frozen goods (hotdog & tofu) sa trolley ko.


Omy what kind of service ang ganito?!! considering na bluechip company ang puregold isa ako sa naka invest sa company nyo thru mutual funds and stocks tapos ganito ang customer service? Ano ang work around para mabalik yung incomplete items na na charged sa akin? Wala akong madaming time para bumalik sa store nyo!

Hello, Ive purchased chicken skin (1.43kgs) and ground pork (.278 grams & .286grams) in Puregold Lakefront last April 7, at 4pm (based on my receipt. As I went home,I use the ground pork in my amplaya dish. As we ate it, there's a taste of a chemical-like on our ampalaya viand. I thought that it's the amapalaya that causes that taste since we just bought it in our neighbor. We just throw the food and just order online.

Today, I cooked some chicken skin, and this time, I tasted the same. The freon-like chemical on the food. Knowing that I cooked the chicken skin well. And as I smell the remaining raw chicken skin. I smell that chemical on it. I am trying to call puregold Lakefront for the nth time but nobodys anwering their line.

I would like to demand a valid explanation on this coz its not something that I can accept an apology quickly coz you almost poison my family.

I am planning to email DTI for this and have it investigated if you will not near my concerns ASAP.

I did not purchase PPC BAGUIO BEANS 2753917002848 worth 28.40 pesos, but it was included in the receipt.

I did not intend to buy baguio beans and I am sure that I did not see any baguio beans from my grocery basket.

This happened in Puregold Ninoy Aquino Ave. Sto. Niño, Parañaque at 4:46pm, April 4, 2021.

I know that is a small amount. But, this is obviously cheating and it's wrong.

This it to let you know that Puregold San Mateo is selling only old stocks of chips or junk foods. The following items are not fresh and crunchy compared to SM, Shopewise or Robinsons.

Sometimes, VCut large

It’s probably because puregold is the cheapest, but pease sell only fresh and new products.

Ako po si Hernando Santos, isang senior citizen at regular na mamimili ng Puregold.
Gusto ko lang po sanang iparating sa inyo ang hindi magandang nangyari sa akin, 03 April 2021 sa PUREGOLD ZABARTE dito sa North Caloocan.
Nandun po ako ng 10am para sana mag-withdraw sa ATM para bumili ng maintenance med ko. Nagkataon po na ang colored coded quarantine pass na dala ko ay 1:30pm pa pwede. Nakiusap ako ng maayos sa security guard on duty sa entrance ng Puregold na kung pwede ay bigyan ako ng consideration dahil matanda na ako at offline ang atm sa labas at sobrang init kung lalakarin ko pa yung ibang atm. Wala naman akong ibang sadya noon kundi ang mag-withdraw lang at lalabas naman din ako agad.
Hindi niya po talaga ako pinapasok kahit sinabi ko pa na emergency case ito at kailangan ko ng uminom ng gamot.
Ipinaliwanag ko sa kanya na sinabi naman ng IATF na kung magka-problema sa quarantine pass, makiusap na lang ng maayos sa sinumang sisita. Sinagot ba naman po ako na paano daw kung hindi pagbigyan ang pakiusap?
Naramdaman ko na tumataas na ang bp ko kaya nakiusap ako uli sa kanya na kung pwede ay makausap ko na lang ang store manager ng Puregold o kaya ang kanyang OIC. Hindi niya lang po ako pinansin. Mabuti na lang at may isang empleyado ang Puregold na nagtanong kung ano ang nagyayari. Sinabihan niya ang guard na papasukin na ako dahil emergency case naman. Pero yun ay pagkatapos ng halos kalahating oras na pakikiusap ko sa guard.
Pasensya na po at naiparating ko pa inyo ito. Wala naman akong gustong mangyari sa guard dahil trabaho niya yun. Pero sana mapagsabihan siya na dapat alam niya kung kailan dapat niyang gamitin ang tamang disposition. Ang security guard po si SG FUROG, JN ng JR8 Security.

Using Purego, before I placed my order they have a disclaimer message that due to surge of orders/ecq, delivery will take 3-5 days. Since this is understandable I still placed my order and was confirmed last March 24 (#3890/3738)After 3 days, i sent an email to check my order or follow up, no one replied even in messenger. 5 days after i again followed up my order, luckily someone respond and as usual the reply is “your order is in progress we are doing our best”. On March 30, they confirmed they will deliver w/in the day, I waited and still I havent received anything, followed up March 31, April 1, they always say they will deliver on that they, now its April 2, its the same sh*t i hear as their reason. Purego, you are servicing essential goods, imagine how may people are relying on your service. You could have monitored, control and manage all the orders, work only based on your capacity or means. Dont take orders if you cannot fulfill the delivery time, we are talking about food here! Dont give false hope to your customer saying you will deliver that day, imagine for 4 days because of your confirmation we waited and rely on grab food for those days? Dont be too selfish in taking orders, be true to your customers, if you cannot accomodate tell them so they can explore other online shops offering the same service. I am very very disappointed on your service, pinapaasa nyo mga tao sa gingwa nyo paano kapag yan nlng inaasahan nila para makakain?

Hi,

I went to puregold Aguirre last Tuesday, March 23 and purchased 2 packs of Purefoods tapa.

Upon checking each item when I got home to disinfect then, I noticed the pack of tapa had a slit opening on the side. And that goes for BOTH packs that I purchased.

I couldn’t go back to the store for heath and safety reasons to return and change the item. But the products are still with me.

Hoping you can deliver a replacement in exchange of the said items

Went to get groceries last feb. 28,2021.It was really a bad experience at first I went to customer service to renew my perks card I was told to pay the renewal of 100pesos. So i went to the cashier i saw a long que. So i decided to get my needs first and again we were on a long que. They violated social distancing due to the unavavailabilty of cashiers. I notice guards going back and forth I guess someone made a complaint they started to deploy more cashiers. And then i asked the cashier if I can pay the card first I was told that system is down blah blah blah told her that I went to customer service before paying it I told her that this information came from customer service. And with an attitude she told me that the system was down so after paying my total bill I asked her one more time and this time with a loud voice she immediately run to customer service and told me "sorry po kakarating ko lang kasi" upsetting right? How could you possibly say no without checking.She grabbed my card and said I will process the payment of 100pesos. End of the story

Selling pre expired products

I'm in a work from home setup I decided to eat the pringles that I bought 2/28/2021 and guess what the chips smells like oil a spoiled cooking oil at first I didn't mind when i took my first bite the chips doesn't taste good. This chips cost 40 pesos and I bought 2 pcs. How unfortunate.

I sent pringles and email and sent them pictures even the name and the location of the store which is Puregold Price club New Molino Blvd. Molino 3 Bacoor Cavite.

I'm frustrated that they don't have an email I just want to cc DTI and IATF about my concern.

This is not the first time that I bought an expired or pre expired item.This is too much

I hope that this company go to bankcruptcy they don't deserve to be in the business.

Their employees have bad attitudes
Manager doesn't exist when in need.
Doesn't follow covid rules
Employees doesn't know what they're doing.


You don't deserve to be in business guys.

I just want to complain the customer service representative and cashier sa may puregold pacita san pedro laguna napaka inappropriate ang attitude niya as customer representative we just ask lang naman kung pano/ano ang benefits ng card na sinasabi nila as a customer kinuhanan ako ng personal information tapos hindi ipapaliwanag kung para san yun at may gana pang pagalit nung tinanong ko kung anu/ para san yun how bad attitude meron ang employee nila sana actionan nyo to kasi at that time hindi lang ako ang naka expirience nun kundi 3 kami pati señior citizen hindi nya pinalagpas sa pagiging masungit nya bagsak na agad sya sa qualification as cutomer service hindi ko nakuha ang name ng cutomer service representative e kasi nag mamadali na din ako
