May concern is yong pag redeemed ng points since pandemic ngayon mahirap magbyahe at malayo place namin at iwas narin sa crowded place. Sinabihan ko yong agent d2 na magredeemed ako same as before na ibabawas nalng sa cod ko. Sabi ng agent need ng bumaba sa store at don magredeem kc yon Ang instruction ng manager nila. Kung kelan pandemic saka kami pababain ng store Samantalang ilang years ng filled up form lng gagamitin at pwede ng magredeem ed at no need ng bumaba sa store. This is about the Puregold Starmall SJDM Bulacan branch where I recently visited. The health protocols are obviously not followed and are ignored by management. There was no social distancing measures, even the staff are not following it. Customers are not advised and not called out when masks and face shields are not worn properly. They just let people in, and its too crowded, every step you make you will have someone in front of you. The guards at mall entrance dont care either. They are more concern in checking out receipts of people going out. You can literally step in without having to check in with contract tracing forms and sanitizing hands. The staff inside are just the same, doesnt care if safety protocols are followed or not. Obviously, the more customers would ignore them if the staff dont care. I say this because there is a branch I frequent to, which is Puregold Molino Rd in Cavite,thats very organized and they even have a personnel who is dedicated to roam around and remind customers to distance from each other and wear masks properly, and just as they should be, customers follow, and all is well organized.

I purchased Puregold Voucher worth 3000 from Storm Flex, wherein I received a code that I can use during payment. I decided to forward the code to my sister so that she can use it. I checked in the participating stores, and PUREGOLD DEPARO is included in the list.
To be sure, I instructed my sister to go to Customer Service to be sure. The person there told her to just show the code to the cashier.
During payment, they refused to accept the code. Numerous staff checked her phone to see the code, but they still declined the usage. They are looking for the email on how the Voucher was generated, they also mentioned that it should not be from messenger. All of which are not mentioned during my purchase of the voucher.
Me and my office mates have been using Puregold Vouchers, but only DEPARO branch declined accepting the code. It was a total waste of time.
Today, I used the voucher here in TUKTUKAN Branch and my transaction was very smooth compared to what my sister experienced in DEPARO Branch.
Please educate your staff on all promos and redemptions. What if the person has no extra money and only relies to the voucher?

Just want to complaint 1 of your employee a Supervisory level re his attitude to his subordinate. I had my cousin working in Puregold Bucandala, Imus, Cavite. He mentioned that his supervisor don't treat him well and according to him there was a time that this supervisor don't give him a break to take his lunch even though he started his shift in other Puregold branch. This supervisor also talk to him secretly what my cousin would like to do about his work in Puregold, the option that the supervisor gave is to resign or wait for his endo or end of contract. I believe my cousin is doing well in his work as he became also a bagger of the month not only once and some of the employee and his manager treat him well unlike with this bullsh*t supervisor. He is not sure why this supervisor is angry about him in fact there is one scenario that this supervisor has a problem with his motorcycle and my cousin is the one who help him. There are lot of details that my cousin told me about this supervisor and he don't want to be rude and act like a professional even though this supervisor is not giving the same. Honestly, we don't want publicity or anything and we only want to give this supervisor a lesson to give an equal treatment to his subordinate. Please don't tolerate this kind of employee else this will give the company a bad reputation or Puregold might go down because this kind of attitude. I have had this problem every time I go to Puregold (which has been rather rare now these days). I was just there this morning and the check-out line was chaotic as usual. While the line says "Express lane - baskets only", people still have to wait longer because their so-called "baskets only" actually means allowing people with 3-4 baskets and loads of grocery items to check out at the "express lane." They could never fix this problem - not then and certainly not now. Very long waiting time for less than 10 pcs of grocery items. So disorganized with a lack of consideration for all customers. They should not make up such "rules" if they are not going to follow them anyway. In the photo below, you can see that the customer had boxes of grocery items in their "express lane."
The other issue I have against this store is their excessive checking of customers' bags and personal items. Once should be enough, as the customers enter the store. But these people had the temerity to (1) check the bags at the entrance AND (2) have the bags actually checked in at the bag counter (cannot be taken inside the supermarket) AND (3) check the bags AGAIN upon leaving the supermarket at the exit. Why in the world would they do this? This is complete distrust and quite frankly, an insult on their customers. Instead, they should invest in surveillance cameras and people behind those cameras who actually check to see who might be stealing from them. Customer service at this store:a whopping fail, if it even exists.

I would like to address the performance and behavior of the manager at Puregold Centro, Naga City, Camarines Sur.
My sister Florranne Aguito-Imperial (Puregold cardholder) bought 3 boxes of baby's milk with groceries last November 22, 2020 @ around 4:00 o'clock in the afternoon. Because of the store rules and policy of Puregold Naga, "hindi namin makukuha ang product hanggat di pa po nababayaran sa kabilang cashier" technically sasabihin verbal/magpapakita ng maliit na piraso ng papel para maorder ung gatas sa milk station ang produkto", so the saleslady handed the 3 boxes at the cashier/counter of milk without proper recap to the next station. My sister did not though t that she received a wrong item, which is she asked for Nido 3+ 1.6kg, and the saleslady mistakenly gave her NIDO 1+3 ages. Honestly my sister fault, she did not verify the milk because she is comfortable that the sales agent packed the correct item.
We decided to ask for the return of the said item because we cannot longer used the product since my neice is 4 years old. We are aware of the DTI rules and policy (7 days return) in every store as long as no damages of the product and we can still have the receipt for the proof of transaction.
But the manager refused and decline to return the item.
I am asking for your assistance to please evaluate the attitude and behavior of your staff. We are the customer requesting for the proper channelling of the complains but she doesn't entertain our concern.

Nag apply sya sa naturang branch ng Puregold bilang Merchandiser ng produktong Coca- Cola sa pamamagitan ng Acabar Agency. Mula sa naturang agency ay ang mga papel ng endorsement letter, ngunit isa sa limang papel ay nagkaroon ng ibang pangalan na dapat ay nakapangalan sa asawa ko. Sa makatuwid hindi ito na-edit ng Acabar. Mula sa HR office ng San Pablo City Colago, pinag si sigawan ni Ms. Rochelle ang asawa ko sa harap ng iba pang empleyado, pinag bintangan ng panloloko at tinakot na ipapablock sa DOLE at Acabar Agency. I was queuing in Counter #10 and the cashier was noticeably SLOW. Other counters catered to more customers, albeit their larger volume of items. After this Melissa/Mem girl's transaction with the 3rd customer ahead of me, she just left. I and the woman in front of me waited for over 15 minutes for her to return. I checked with the bagger and the supervisor on what was taking so long. She was having her bills changed!! First, she should have advised us clients where she would go, not leave us hanging and waiting cluelessly. MEM was written on the left sleeve of her blouse. I assume that it is her name. Also, she was not wearing any ID. What an inefficient cashier. She does not deserve that job. Other people are more deserving of the salary she gets from Puregold.
