My name is lindelwa dlamini a daughter of pastor Dlamini, on the 3rd of February my father bought a sienna mk2 3pce bedroom suite and a Sealy Salvador 152cm base set sl. Upon delivery the chest of draw that has a mirror did not fit due to screw holes not on right position. We then requested that it be changed and were told there was no stock left but if stock was available they wud come replace it. Our sales man was Bheki Cele who has been very unpleasant to work with ... my father has since that day called their store non stop to get feed back ... the gentleman has not cared about our issue at all ... we bought the furniture cash at store and ot has not been our first purchase ... I had to drive from Hillcrest to Durban
yesterday to get feed back from this guy... he told me it would be delivered today so I left my contact and he has not contacted us .. I wanted to know if this was the policy of the shop we are very upset about this issue I dont know if this is wat your employees I trained to do.... we have paid full buy are not happy n we're very disappointed...

I bought a lounge suite from your EL branch in October 2018, leather suite @ around R24k.
We have now reported problems where there are leather patches that are coming off, the backrest on the 2 seater is totally loose, there is a pin or something that is pushing through on the LH armrest on the 3 seater.
Submitted a complaints report end of December 2019 (MO-FURN-20200117-7578) and the lounge suite was eventually collected 2 weeks ago for inspection. We have had to continuously follow up with the customer call centre to find out what is going on, and NOTHING seems to be happenning. We would either like us to be REFUNDED (based on remaining warranty) or to receive a NEW replacement.
The service from Bradlows is really not very good at all. We are now having to sit on plastic chairs as our expensive reject lounge suite is not receiving any attention OR we are not being informed of all of the information.
Please can someone at head office, hopefully the national sales manager or CEO advis us as to what the resolution is going to be. This is really not acceptable, seeing that I bought it cash, alongwith a double door fridge/freezer and a queen size bed, total of R57000 paid CASH to Bradlows, and we have to receive this type of shocking service.
Your URGENT response would be appreciated.

I bought a bed at Bradlows in Midrand and the base broke. I went to the shop to report it they lodged a complaint with the supplier who promised to come and change the bed base within 7 working days. I have been calling and I have been told that Bradlows has approved for the exchange of the bed and someone will contact me regarding the delivery of the new bed. The first complaint was lodged in April 2019 and the second complaint was lodged in January 2020 with reference number MO-SLEEP – 20200108-3428 and I have not yet received the new bed from Bradlows.
Kindly assist regarding the matter above.

Bradlows delivery man damaged my lounge suite when they brought it back from repairs.I lodged a complaint and I was told they can neither repair them or exchange them.Bradlows has poor customer service and I am very disappointed.

I bought a restonic jasmine queen bed in Polokwane landrosmare store on 31 December 2019. On the 28 January 2020 I went to the store with a picture to show them that the bed is in a bed condition as the wires are coming out and they are hurting me. They said they logged a complain and the supplier will contact me within 2days which has never happened even today. I'm starting to wonder if the complaint was even logged...

When we alerted them, they apologized and said they didn't have new stock that's why they gave us the display set. now our problem is it's February now and they still haven't replaced our furniture. and why do you take our money if you can't deliver?! I bought a coffee table on the 17th January 2020 at Bradlows birch acres mall only to find out it wasn’t what I was looking for, I sent it back to be exchanged & there was money that was suppose to be refunded into my account. I spoke to the manager David who said money will be refunded into my account within 10 working days, on the 22nd January he called to ask what time of account am I using (whiles he was holding my bank statement with him) then I told him but up to this day money doesn’t reflect into my account. I want money & I will never shop at bradlows ever again

I bought a queen bed from the shop in Grahamstown for 7000. 3 weeks later the base broke, i went to the shop to report it they lodged a complaint with the supplier who promised to come and change the bed base within 7 working days. 7 days has come and gone all I get is excuses. While waiting for the bed base a mattress spring broke and is sharply protruding on the mattress. I went to the shop to report. I told them to either give me a descent bed or my money back.They refused and said the shop does not have a budget for damaged stock. Instead they lodged another complaint with the supplier. The same supplier who has not delivered the bed base. They said when the supplier delivers the base I must not use it I must wait for a new mattress only then will they refund me. Where am I supposed to sleep in the meantime.At this point in time I want my money back so that I can go and buy myself a bed from a trustworthy shop.

Good morning.i have a huge problem,I did go to one of your stores to try and resolve this matter,they promised to call me as I told them I have been placed under debt review,I did cancel it but i was still flagged.that means they could not debit my account,but I told them to take my details so they could continue with the debits.they never got back to me.now I'm phoned by Barry Easton attorneys and I'm expected to pay Bradlows and the attorneys.they have started to debit again which is fine.but i cannot afford to pay my account and their attorneys with all my debt

Bought 3pieceCambridge at Bradlows Mahikeng-Lichtenburg Branch but because of its poor quality I have already returned them 3 times and has logged a fourth complaint after they came back damaged after repairs.The Regional manager Antoinnete promised she will make sure she will get them exchanged for new ones since these ones came back damaged from repair.Until now i am stuck with damaged couches nothing fruitful is happening.Very unhappy customer.

We were promised from end of November last year till date that they will send someone to come fix this headboard. They delivered a headboard but the mirror can't get attached so the mirror has been on the side of the wall since last year...I have been making numerous attempts to get assistance but nothing till today. Come get your item if you cant fix it...what a shitty service from bradlows!

I bought the suit last year September. On the single and the double chairs the seating area is lifting up forming a bubble in the middle. I insist this suit be replaced and not repaired. No service from the branch (Bradlows, Port Shepstone, Wooley st). This is my 3rd complaint already.No one contacts me back and I'm paying over R2000 p/m for this. Unacceptable please do something about it.

on the same boat. their service is horrible, i called their offices, no one answers or they keep transferring the call from one person to the next. it's disgusting.

laybyed the 3piece praque sofas from bradlows paid deposit and paid up the full laybye on 19 dec 2019. I was told there are no stock but went back on 27th and was told stock arrived i should monitor my phone for the number 087 from warehouse.Up to now no communincation from germiston branch i am sitting on a matrass in my lounge as i have no sofas. I basicly bought the sofas cash and expected better service as "Bradlows" is suppose to best in the field of furniture. I have never experienced such poor communication before and lack of ampathy for the customer.Please explain what is required to get a refund i am no longer interested in buying the sofas.

Bradlows branch in Pietermaritzburg church Street Capital center, what a poor service even the manager there it's like she don't care about customers once you buy something and findout that it's not working she doesn't care as if it's none of her business

so yesterday 116/01/2020 i got a call from bradlows telling me my sofas are ready for delivery almost 1 month after buying it.I got a call even though i cancelled on 30/12/2020 so this meaning you never processed mt cancelled order. Im def taking this further as for nearly a month im sitting on a matrass due to your bad service.

Bradlows overall have very bad CUSTOMER service.They shouldn't be in business. I had lay bye with Bradlows Maponya mall and I paid off the Laybye 3 weeks back and even now they haven't delivered. When I try to log a complain. They refer me back to the store where I never got no help because I call them almost every day. They don't even give updates to their customers. I had to find out that they don't have stock after I called for more then a week. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM BRADLOWS IN MY WHOLE ENTIRE LIFE.

On the 25th of November 2019 I bought a Sealy Argo 152cm base set. Unfortunately I could not take it on the day because I was still busy with renovations at home, so in order for me not to spend the money that I budgeted for the bed, I decided to buy the bed on the day. I requested that they keep it for me until I come back before the 14th of December 2019. The salesman promised me that they will be able to keep it for me until I come back to fecth it. I requested strictly to give me their assurance that they will keep it aside with a sticker of "sold and waiting for collection" and I was given that assurance. On the 06th of December 2019 I went back to the store for collection and I was disappointed to find that the salesman has sold my bed. After a long discussion, the solution was that the new stock will arrive the following day and my bed will be delivered to me in the morning. The 7th came and passed and my bed was not delivered. Even the 8th came and passed and no delivery was made. What is worse is that, the store does not even call me to tell me that the stock did not arrive. This made me very angry because Bradlows as a brand has just lowered it standards and is now behaving like a spaza shop that does not care about it customers, only cares about them pushing sales and incompetent salesman who only want to gain a commission at the expense of quality customer service. It took me to go to the store again today to enquire and seemingly they only check their orders once I am there. This is very disappointing because it is like they only take you serious once you are there and start expressing fake apologies as if they care. Now it is worse because the store does not even know when is the stock going to come. I have fully paid for the bed, but it is not in my possession, I am not even sure whether I will get my bed or not or my money back or not. This for is robbery, so yes Bradlows has robbed me. What then is the difference between Bradlows, spaza shops and "my friend"? We come to Bradlows because we trust your quality products, quality customer service and your standard is high as a brand. Unfortunately my confidence to Bradlows has just lowered, so vote of no confidence to you. As we speak I am sleeping on the floor with my pregnant patner with regrets of coming to Bradlows because I have lost both my money and bed to such a store.
